Waited an hour for 1 Acai Bowl and a Mocha espresso which I ended up canceling the order entirely for three reasons: - They mentioned the wait would be 25 mins. - People who ordered after me started getting served. When I went to check on my order I was met with a bunch of attitude pointing to a sign that they don't serve fast food and they only have two blenders. When I brought up one example of a person who ordered explicitly after me had been served before me, they said she had ordered before me (the customer let us go in front of her because she was still deciding when we came), waited 40 mins (when we had as well), and they fulfilled her order because she cancelled another part of her order... - If you only have two blenders, why are you blending other orders ahead of mine? A bunch of people ordered smoothies 30 mins after me and were all getting their orders shortly after purchasing. Very disappointed, especially as I had been 2 purchases away from filling up my rewards card with them and had not experienced treatment/wait time like this before. The owner is friendly, assertive, and efficient. She gets that people sometimes need to stop in quickly. I like the concept! The girls in there are great, very nice and welcoming the second you walk through the door! However, the smoothies I'm not so impressed with. The size is large, which is a plus given the price. Love this place, it's my favorite weekend treat. We had really been lacking for an açaí place in the area so I'm pretty glad this place opened up! The staff is very nice, and they will bring your bowl out to your car when it's ready. I like both the açaí and Pitaya bowls, but I think the Pitaya is now my favorite! I love that their bowls are naturally vegan and the granola is gluten free. These bowls are generously sized, so expect it to be a full meal! Love their açaí bowls. Only thing I don't like about the bowls is that they only come in one size. I wish they had a smaller portion so I don't have to waste it. This might be a healthy dish, but when it's as large as it is, you're consuming a lot of calories and all the toppings can be fattening. Let me start by saying I've never had anything like this before so I don't have anything to compare it to, but our experience here was great. My sister wanted to go here (she'd been before) and I was just along for the ride but I'm glad I checked it out! I went with the traditional Acai base for my first visit but I'm excited to return and try the 'dole whip' style base that isn't on the menu yet. They also have a Pitaya base for anyone wondering. A bowl comes with four toppings and I added an extra. I think I paid $20 after tip but I couldn't finish my bowl in one sitting and I am a big eater! Given the freshness and quantity of food received as well as the service provided, I don't have any issue with the price point. The owner was working the counter and she helped me through the menu, and even offered to walk our food across the street to where we were parked when it was ready. She was busy and we were fine so we just waited out front but the offer was much appreciated! My one critique, if you want to call it that: I do wish a smaller size was offered! Went here back in October. I was passing through the town and sorta stopped here by chance. I believe it was the owner I spoke with, she was very kind and very patient.
