We waited 10 over 15 minutes to order because she kept having to run into the back to ask the other employee questions. The employee came out front and would just chat with the one making smoothies and not offer assistance. When we finally got our drinks they tasted nothing like watermelon. They tasted just like strawberries and had chunks in them like they were blended. We were already over it and just left. I would not return to this Jamba juice again. read more

Yeah... I never had 1 complaint here until now! The ladies that usually make my kids smoothie were always on point and kind! This one lady that I've never seen before but clearly is older than the rest, I'm going to assume she's the manager. Well besides her inappropriate attire, she purposely made our drinks half ass! The facility is clean and conveniently located on Everett Mall Way. Lots of parking. I got the Acai Primo bowl and it was delicious, however the size is small for the price point it's set for ($12.50, $14.50 on Uber Eats). There was also very little granola on my bowl. You can definitely get bigger and better acai bowls at competitors for the same price. read more

I remember in the old days of Jamba... that things were like SO GOOD - like ice cream good... Maybe they rolled that back so that they could get calories in check (and... maybe slightly edge towards being considered "healthy"), but for whatever reason, Jamba just doesn't hit the same spot it used to. This was the first time I've been in like... 15 years? However, one evening, my wife wasn't feeling well (had an upset stomach), so I thought this might be nice to settle it a little (and get her to eat something). In that regard - it definitely worked... it was tasty, exciting, cool, refreshing, etc... perfect for what I needed. I ordered online - what was weird (or maybe genius) is that they didn't make it ahead of time... they just make it when you get there. Not sure if that's expected, but that's what happened for me. It wasn't a big deal - waited a couple mins and they gave me my smoothies (didn't have to order in person... I guess that's probably not much of a time savings). Anyway, it was a fine experience and I might be back in the future. The male working the register auto tipped and completed the transaction... when I asked why he auto tipped the employee said, "the register is broken." He asked if I wanted to remove my dollar from the tip jar, I said no, but don't do it to the next guy in line. He did, and told the customer, "sorry it's broken." To be honest I have been to many Jamba Juices in my lifetime but this one is the worst one I've ever been to. I went here with a friend today, March 20th, because it was near Target, and I was craving a White Gummi. When my friend and I arrived we received a friendly greeting by the female Asian worker, and that is the only positive about the whole experience. When my companion and I were ready to order, Taylor, one of the employees, greeted us with an attitude. No greeting, just a simply "What do you want?" Well, OK Taylor, I want some quality customer service. After she took our order we waited for our drinks. You would think that with only two customers and five workers that our drinks would have been out fairly quickly, but oh are you wrong. You see, these workers were having a competition in which they had to make a drink with a low time limit. The boy who was making our drinks, seemed new and like he didn't need the pressure of Taylor counting loudly. In fact, it made him mess up my drink, and put in less then was needed for a medium sized drink. Taylor demanded that he put in more sherbet to make up for the fact that there wasn't enough of my drink for a medium size. Now I've had plenty of White Gummis before, and I know what they should look and taste like. What I received wasn't a White Gummi at all, as you'll see in the first picture. It was some weird orange drink that tasted nothing like what I had paid almost $7 dollars for. Because I had paid so much for my drink, I decided to go back in the store and have it remade. I have never done this because other locations typically make my drink correctly. When I walked back in, I told Taylor this was not the right drink at all. She did try to combat me a little and ask why it was wrong. I don't understand this because as someone who knows basic culinary rules, adding too much of one ingredient can throw off the whole flavor, PLUS THE DRINK WAS ORANGE. She remade my new drink while the young boy who made my original one made sure that we were being helped. She very loudly stated that I didn't like my drink in a dismissive tone, as if to say I was being picky. I finally received the correct drink and all was well. I don't know if this countdown game was maybe a training thing but, as someone who has worked in food industry, I can tell you that this is a horrible way to train someone. The boy felt too much pressure as he told her that he really didn't remember the recipe for a White Gummi too well, which I can understand. Had Taylor let the boy concentrate by leaving him alone, my drink would have been fine and all of this inconvenience would have been avoided. If this wasn't a training exercise, then these kids need a bit of a reminder that while you can have fun at work, you should also focus on making sure the order is correct first. Taylor needs to work on her customer service attitude, as this was very jarring. I will not be coming back here anytime soon, and I don't recommend coming here unless you want to wait for kids to mature enough to do their jobs. I've gone to this place 4 times in the past 4 months. Each time is to get an Açaí bowl for myself, brother, and nephew. And each and every time I've been dealt with TERRIBLE customer service. Every time I have gone they have always sold me the bowl short of ingredients. And that is not the issue. It's the fact that I'm fully charged for my order, and not given the opportunity to decline. An Açaí bowl has about 5 ingredients (blended açaí, granola, blue berries, banana, and strawberries). All 4 times I was charged and given it lesser of an ingredient. When I mentioned something the 3rd time asking why wasn't I told before I was charged that it would be lesser of a banana, the cashier yelled at my saying, "NOT MY FAULT IT WAS A BUSY DAY." I was shocked that I was spoke to in such fashion as a paying customer. And today. I didn't realize until I got home. Again, being short of supplies happens in food chain. But tell your customer. I usually never write reviews on big chain companies unless the locations are really bad or really great. You can tell from my 5 star review that this place is REALLY GREAT! I've been coming to this Jamba location on & off for a couple years now. &&& every single time I go in the servers are SUPER FRIENDLY & are never far from acknowledging you as you walk through the door. I've never had a problem with how long my drink has taken to make or how my drink has tasted. My Jamba usual is a White Gummie with Whey. Bombdiggity if you ever think about giving it a try. Went here with a gf & she said that their flat bread are bomb, so I decided to make it my dinner & get the Smoked Chicken Flat bread. Besides the black beans it was pretty good. Not too full-filling but I wasn't trying to gorge myself or anything so it was PERFECT! She bought the waffle which was yummy & not too sweet. It had like bits of sweet sugar in it. I used to be a regular coming in twice a week but I needed to stop my addiction and decided to take a small break. 3 months later (today) I saw a Facebook post on Jamba and craved it so much that I caved in and went back and was it the best decision ever!!! I ALWAYS get the pb mood with extra pb and to have it not too blended (I like the smoothie to be a little thick) and usually my smoothies still get mixed in a little too much but it's okay Bc they always offer to remake it if it is too watery! BUT today my pb mood was PERFECT!! (SHOUTOUT TO LEXI, who ALWAYS makes my drink the way I like it!) & my bf tried their seasonal Pumpkin delight and we both really liked it. I would definitely recommend trying it if your a pumpkin fan. This Jamba Juice is booty. Collectively, my husband and I got a sandwich, an açaí bowl and a peanut butter banana smoothie. Let's not even talk about the sandwich because I smelled it, looked at it, and threw it right in the dumpster. My smoothie was gross. It tasted plain milk and peanut butter. I didn't taste any banana at all. This is a chain, so there's a universal recipe for everything and I'm not sure why this one was just so disappointing. I have to write this from the point of view of someone with Celiac Disease. I have to eat gluten free, or horrific things happen to my GI tract that one doesn't mention in polite company. Celiac's can't have gluten, which is a protein in wheat, barley, and rye. This can show up even in smoothies, I am sad to say. I have been going to this Jamba Juice for several months. I wasn't sure at first, as my experiences with Robek's up in Bellingham, left me a little worried about the ingredients. My friend had insisted that they rocked, and had signs for allergy folks all over. When I went in, I was surprised that there was a book with ingredients, and nutritional info, for the drinks at a little stand in the store. If that book doesn't have the info, the employees have another book at the cash register, that they can look things up for you. I wasn't sure what to order when I first went, so I got the fruit only drinks. They have four flavors that are nothing but fruit. Then on a slow day, later, I asked about the frozen yogurt, and found it was GF. Another slow day for Jamba had me asking about the sherbet, and being happily rewarded with even more drinks I could have. Every time I worked up the courage to ask about the ingredients to the yogurt, the sherbet, or the drinks in general, the staff were very kind. After being Gluten Free for so long, I always brace for the blank glazed look of irritation when I ask. Not these kids. Every last one was nice, and kind. If they didn't know off the top of their heads, they looked it up. Not begrudgingly, either. They really seemed to get it. The drinks themselves are always great. I usually stop off after I workout at the gym, to tide me over before I get my breakfast. I have never had a gluten reaction, and that's despite their serving wheat grass shots on site. Every drink I've had is tasty, and worthwhile. I heartily recommend this spot. It's not often I can go into a place, eat great food, and feel 100% safe in doing so. read more

@ the reviews that say these smoothies have no taste? Well my friend, you do have a choice of getting regular smoothies which are loaded with natural sugars or sugar-free. You might have gotten that version. Because those are straight up unsweetened. Just a little food for thought. Jamba, jamba, jamba! You need to go. They have a wide variety of flavors and mixes and boosts. I usually get the strawberry surf rider (strawberries, bananas, apple juice, and frozen yogurt of course) and it's delicious. I usually get the energy boost, but you can choose from a huge variety, including immunity and antioxidants. As I said above, they have sugar-free versions, which contain less calories than the regular. Speaking of calories, they list how much is in each smoothie, and their foods. Pretty smart idea. They even have protein smoothies, such as the Peanut Butter Chocolate Mooood (something like that). But that's ideal for those who work out. They recently started selling organic oatmeal, and it's delicious. Even if you don't want to buy the whole cup or bowl, they will give you a sample. I recommend at least trying it. Now, my favorite part: Wheatgrass detox shot! I recommend getting this everytime you get a smoothie. What it does lies within it's name, and you simply take the shot, and bite an orange slice afterwards. Jamba Juice is very healthy, especially provided you get the healthiest drink there. The servers are always friendly, and quick. Except for maybe a few times when there was a long line I've never had to wait more than a couple minutes for them to make my smoothie! I like the lower calories options, I usually get the Original (16oz) Strawberry Nirvana. And I usually get either the whey protein or energy boosts. This will all run you just under $5. I asked for orange carrot juice and she made me a orange carrot smothie.
