I would like to share my Horrible experience at Jamba Juice in Dublin (Hacienda Crossings) and raise awareness about the disrespectful behavior of a staff member named CAEDON. When I asked him if I could use my BOGO fundraiser card (Six - Buy one get one free "punches") as in past at different location ppl honor it and punched the card , he informed me that it couldn't be used directly and should be redeemed through the app. I agreed and asked for my BOGO card back, but he adamantly refused to return it. Despite my repeated requests, he persisted in denying my card, insisting that it should be discarded. Moreover, he accused me of cheating. While it is within his discretion to honor the BOGO card or not, his refusal to return my card after multiple requests created a distressing and intimidating experience. As a result of this encounter, I have made the decision never to visit this Jamba location again. VERY BAD staff "Caedon" and and sad experience. read more

Came to Jamba Juice today both ladies working, took a very long time to even take our order. Once they finally got to me they were very rude in asking what I wanted. Did not feel great after waiting that so long. Had no sense of urgency when making my drink as well. Safe to say I'll go to a different location next time. read more

Great location! Tons of teenagers flock to Regal Cinemas so to place a JJ here is extremely economically smart. I too frequently stop by to pick up a yummy concoction prior to viewing a movie and it's a lot better than having some greasy popcorn and an overpriced soda! They're doing all they can, with social distancing markers clearly communicated and a to-the-point Don't block the door sign up front. But I commend this Jamba Juice, I'd much rather come here to a business that communicates where to stand for safety and less confusion. I always try to respect the signs, and keep social distancing from other customers and staff when possible. Clear signage is a blessing in these times. I ordered an orange C buster or something, which came out lickety-split. There were gaps in the top, not huge, but I like to max out smoothie coverage when I'm dropping $9 on a cup. Jamba Juice seems to always hit the spot! Only downfall is that it's in the hacienda shopping center... One of the worst to navigate through in my opinion. I usually go with a strawberry wild adding protein. Occasionally I'll go off the menu and order the blue skittles. read more

Horrible service, I listened to the employees ask each other if any of them knew how to make my drink, standing around for ten minutes asking each other what drinks they have made. Finally got my drinks and they both tasted bland and watery, I also had ordered wheatgrass shots and I heard them ask if anyone had started them, which they did not, so it took about another 10 minutes to get those. Will definitely steer clear of this Jamba Juice again. Hopefully they will hire more capable employees in the future. read more

Jamba juice is always good. because the recipes are always the same. the drinks should always taste the same give or take if its blended right. but the service is what makes it snap and makes u not regret paying almost 5$ for a blended fruit drink. This is a jamba inside a safeway so there is the safeway employees. yes they may be trained but usually i stop by here before work in the mornings and there is one worker who looks so miserable to be there it makes my drink taste bad. jamba is good. as their price begins to keep climbing i begin to stop going. read more

As always JJ delivers on the product, but I was a bit dissapointed on service. We went to the counter to order and the staff member very nicely asked "would you mind waiting 5 minutes to order. We are busy and there's only two of us". Now mind you I clearly understand when things get busy and do not blame the staff (again very nice - Marco's) but it's Christmas Eve and the shopping center is nuts. Message to the ownership, do a better job of staffing and you'll make more money. Two guests walked out while we were "waiting". Merry Christmas! read more

Well I got a nice welcome in BUT when I asked about my points the gentleman got snippy with me when I was trying to ask my second question and hurried and said he doesn't know. WELL! I just learned today that JJ will be doing away/redoing its menu next week!!! All the functional flavors on the left column of the menu (Functional flavors) will be gone (I've been told) including my all time post work-out favorite: Protein Berry Workout as well as Green Tea! The place is very small, but then again floor space is very expensive in this shopping plaza. The parking lot is almost always full so parking can be a hassle. Can fit about 5 people inside, but there are a handful of tables outside that can seat around 10-15 people. The staff are usually decent. The smoothies here have been a little more runny and overall subpar to other jamba juices i have been to, so unless there isn't another jamba juice you can go to and you are craving your smoothie, drop by here. read more

Been there 4 times till date never to get the juice of my choice. 1st time - mixed broken. 2nd time - our of carrots 3rd time - our of cucumber and kale 4th time - today 04/01 out of spinach and orange juice is broken. Orange carrot karma smoothie tasted more carrot than orange but still good. The chicken cheddar Dijon sandwich was terrible. There were 2 thin slices of Oscar Mayer style chicken, one slice of cheese broken up into two pieces which were placed just right under the chicken on half of the sandwich roll. The sandwich was heated up so the cheese had melted a bit therefore the cheese was only on half of the sandwich. Never will I have this sandwich again for $3.99 + tax. read more

I go to Jamba Juice almost 4 times a week. This location SUCKS... I order the same thing every time I go to a Jamba Juice, Penya Colada... Now as most us know, that is a White colored drink. Now every time I go to this location my drink comes out light pink, and when I go to return it they say it is supposed to be that color. Who the heck do they think they are. Maybe if they would clean out there blenders the way the majority of Jamba Juices do after every order they wouldn't have this issue. I have to say I will never go to this location again. This Jamba Juice location had the most incompetent group of workers I have ever seen. I understand that it was quite busy and they seemed overwhelmed but it took 45 minutes for my order to come which was a strawberries wild and a Caribbean passion. The group was just crowded in the front and orders were coming out of order which was frustrating to many. There was a group of girls way ahead of us in line who must have waited over an hour for their drinks just because the workers simply forgot to make them. This group of workers needs some serious training in how to multitask and how to work productively instead of just pacing back and forth while saying their backed up. I also suggest a supervisor/manager is present to prevent this from happening again. Worth the wait? No. But 45 minutes later, we got our drinks and they are damn good smoothies. read more

When I came in, they we're friendly but whenever you request a drink to be THICK, they add more ice. My drink of course came out more watery and with a lot of ice in it. The most important thing that ticked me off was the girl that was making me my drink, whenever I told her I wanted my drink to be thick as I ordered: she rolled her eyes at me, then added more ice, and then finally walked away from the pouring area and went to the back. So I have to hand it to this location, the staff here are completely awesome. Not that I have ever been to a Jamba with a non-awesome staff, but there is something about the group of people that works here that really makes you want to come back. They are always friendly, always cheerful, and always get the orders right (and I sub like mad subbage plz). Out of all the times we've visited this Jamba Juice, we've always had fast service and were greeted (I can't tell you how annoying it is to visit a location and not be greeted by the staff). I'm not sure if it helps that we visit during the weekdays late at night after the dinner rush. But at least I know there's never an issue with parking since the lot is gigantic (just don't come during the weekends on a big movie premiere night). read more

The workers here at Jamba Juice are unprofessional and rude. I came in to order and the person taking my order just stared me down and was so impolite. His name was Marc. Also the woman at the pick up slams down drinks. The employees here have 0 idea of what customer service is and I'm surprised how they're working at a Jamba Juice with that type of attitude. Needless to say that none of the employees were wearing gloves here. They are touching the top of cups and washing the blenders without cleaning their hands, going from the cashier to touching their face and clothes to touching the cups. Employees who just started their shift came in from outside and began handling cups and blenders without even washing their hands! Hello-- we're in a pandemic in case you haven't noticed!
