Anytime I visit the crossings I drop by this place, but then I realized a pattern. During nights, about an HR before closing, all the chairs are up and somehow someway they are always out of carrots and oranges. I've either ordered something I didn't really want or just walked out. Here's what they are doing. They clean the juicing and orange squeezing machine so early that if you order any drinks that use those machines they will tell you that they are out. Lazy workers and really disappointing. What about this.... Try not cleaning the machines till the end so YOUR customers can order something at 9pm on a Saturday night which contain oranges or carrots? Like tonight for example ... Very disappointed. This doesn't count the other times I've been here on the weekdays around 8pm. They are always out of carrots and oranges. Not going to waste my time by coming to this location anymore. I hate being turned down by employees that cleaned up early so they don't have certain fruits/vegetables ready to be squeezed and juiced. I guarantee sales from the last HR are always low but because they just happen to not have carrots and oranges in stock. read more

This is my favorite Jamba because of the short lines, or lack thereof, and their consistency. Not to mention, I truly believe the staff at this location is equipped with superior brain function as well. For one of the drinks, I like to substitute sherbet for their moo'd dairy base. Other locations always give me a hard time about this because they are freaking dumbasses whose judgment becomes arrested when any substitutions are made to their pre-assigned recipes. I guess the other guys cannot handle the extra brain exertion required of such minor changes, but the guys at this location don't seem to mind. read more

I live near this store and stop in some days for a smoothie or smoothie bowl. In quality terms, this store is like any other I have visited, however, with one glaring difference that is the reason for my low rating. Three times in a town I have stopped by on weekday afternoons to order a smoothie bowl, and all three times they have been unable to fill the order due to a lack of toppings. They have consistently been out of strawberries, bananas and many other toppings. How can a store expect to operate with critical ingredients being out all the time. Who is responsible for ordering and projecting these items? They are dropping the ball and need a serious re-evaluation on how this store is handled. read more

Its in a big shopping center, and since I am unfamiliar with the area I asked someone where it was. So to save anyone else the trouble, its next to the Edwards theater, near the Chocolate Factory and Coldstone. Think Best Buy side. Anywho, I ordered the medium Carrot-Orange fusion, no added shots. There were only a couple people in line and all received their orders pretty quickly, mine took quite a while. The smoothie barista (what are they called?) apologized profusely. To be honest I didn't mind, its the first hot day of the year and they have A/C. :-) My smoothie is delish! I love that they offer chia seeds and give you the protein information. I've been coming here for over a year now. I used to go every morning when I worked at Kings Fish House. Not once did I have any sort of problem. I see Mayra the most now and she is the best. Super sweet, very knowledgeable about all of the drinks and my drinks come out perfect. If I bring a protein powder to mix into my drink usually who ever is mixing that day will happily blend it in for me and that's a huge plus for me. I realize that it could be against rules but I'm really thankful they still do it. My favorite drinks are Berry Upbeet, Razzmatazz, mango madness, and a carrot and orange mix. read more

I asked them why is it crumbly like this and the girl told me because they made the blend the night before and didn't want to waste it. This is the second time I try this place (since it's in my favorite shopping), and both times I leave empty handed because they always claim that their orange machine is broken. First, I had to wait for the girls to stop having their own conversation before they would attend to me. Then, after they told me the machine was still broken, I asked if they could mix anything else or if they had any suggestions. The girls didn't even try. They told me ALL they had was carrot juice. Jamba Juice is my favorite of the major smoothie chains, and it's tough for me to accurately qualify that, but I think it's got to do with the fresh fruit and free boosts they offer. Unfortunately, out of three experiences at this location, in all three I came away with a drink that was more ice than fruit. I understand that--being a corporately-controlled franchise--there are portion control guidelines, so perhaps every other Jamba Juice I've ever visited has disobeyed them and this one is in fact the only compliant Jamba I've been to, but the end result is that I'm not getting the Aloha Pineapple I'm used to. Being next to a movie theater, the line is obviously going to be contingent on what's going on over there; suffice to say I've never had a problem getting my drink quickly, but I also rarely use that movie theater. read more

All the reviews about this particular jambs juice were right... They just SUCK! Ordered a large Kale-Ribbean breeze. Not only was the top of the drink two inches from the lid but it was pure liquid. Now I get this drink all the time so I have a pretty good sense of what it's supposed to look like and this most certainly is not it. When I asked why the drink was so empty, the lady said that she didn't put enough into the blender to fill the cup. She said that she could make another but would have to charge me for it. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT! If someone pays for a certain sized something, they expect and deserve to get just that! Horrible Management. Unfortunately this is another establishment that has participated in taking advantadge of teen labor. Everytime I go in, i hear the manager "Serena" talking rudely to her employees. It is completely unprofessional and should not be tolerated, unfortunately these kids are too young to understand that they dont need to be spoken to this way. Also why is it that every time I go into this jamba juice i feel like im going to pass out because it is so hot. The A/C has been broken for months and it is absolutley RIDICULOUS that these kids are working in those conditions, last time i checked this was America.
