When you walk inside the store, it has a cute ambiance and it looks like they offer some open space for vendors or a workout class. They have a decent diverse menu that offers shakes in three different sizes, teas, coffees, and snacks. I got to try their Spinach shake and strawberry cheesecake and both were delicious. They didn't have a chalky taste and the owner was nice enough to fill the cup to the brim. Prices are pretty reasonable since it is similar prices to other places I know that sell similar products. Service was great and the lady who help make the shakes was really nice to remind me to stamp my card so I can save up on their reward system. Overall, I will definitely make this place one of my usual stops if I feel like I need a protein shake.

The store told me to contact its manager, and the manager said Grubhub had to issue the refund. Thanks for the run-around. When I contacted Grubhub, the first representative told me I had only 48 hours to report the problem and that the deadline had just passed--by less than an hour. (Because I waited to hear from Nekter as I was instructed by their staff) She treated that as the end of the matter and did not offer to escalate or transfer me. Only after I specifically asked to be transferred did another representative reverse the charge. I ultimately received the refund, but the second representative's ability to resolve it made the initial response even more troubling. Using a barely missed deadline to discourage a customer from recovering money for an item that was never provided, while withholding escalation unless the customer explicitly demands it, feels deliberately obstructive and deeply untrustworthy. I will never order through Grubhub again.
