Shout out to the amazing Tati that is the only working woman in this whole establishment with 17 patrons. She is vacillating between cashier and smoothie production with ease. She is blending while scooping the next order and assuaging waiting guests and welcoming new ones. It's rare I see someone in this industry so competent tbh. I'd hire her in a second if I had a business. Someone give that woman a raise. And maybe some back up. Well her coworker arrived who is less friendly but also working hard. The smoothie was what you'd except from Jamba. Gotta love their happy hour. read more

Jamba - Razzmatazz to the rescue - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Corona, California

It's been years since I've had Jamba! We were the only customers and were immediately helped by the employee. I had a white gummy smoothie (blend of mangos and pineapple, raspberry, orange and lime sherbets) and my husband chose the razzmatazz (mixed berry flavor with strawberry, a hint of banana and orange). They were a sweet refreshing treat that totally hit the spot on this warm summer day! Customer service was good. Counter seating available inside, as well as games such as connect four and Jenga. read more

Haven't been to a Jamba Juice in a min. I was in the plaza so stopped by for a quick visit. Parking: There's a large parking lot with plenty of spots. Ambiance/Environment: The indoor space is like any other Jamba. Small with limited seating but clean and nice. Service: There were only two workers, but they're quick and efficient. Drinks: We were recommended their new series "over ice." Each drink was absolutely fruity and refreshing. I like how colorful each drink looked. The names basically explains the drink lol. 1) Blue Lava 2) Electric Ice 3) Mango Morphosis 4) Dragonberry Blitz 5) Lemonberry Twist 6) Peachberry Blast Pricing: This is Jamba Juice. Tonight I came in with my husband and son. We ordered a strawberries wild and a peanut butter moo'd. The place was packed and only had 1 worker by the name of Victoria. Victoria did AMAZING being in her circumstance. She kindly advised us it was going to be a long wait as she was alone. We understood and let her know we'd take a walk around the area and would come back to ease the pressure she was under. Once we circled back our order was ready and it brought delight seeing other customers were patient and also kind to her as she was working her tail off too quickly and efficiently get our orders out. Thank you Victoria! read more

Jessica provided outstanding customer service from the moment I walked in. She was friendly, welcoming, and had a genuinely positive attitude that made the experience enjoyable. She was efficient, knowledgeable about the menu, and took the time to make sure my order was exactly right. It's clear that Jessica takes pride in her work. Even while the store was busy, she stayed professional, worked quickly, and treated every customer with patience and respect. Employees like her are a big reason people come back. I hope her management team recognizes the excellent job she's doing--she represents Jamba extremely well. read more

The worst Jamba Juice I've ever been to. First off totally disgusting super super dirty. I heard the workers complaining about two roaches in their drain first off second employees super unprofessional, not lively. I'm pretty sure it was the Manager who was just super ugh. I can't even explain it just ugh not welcoming AT ALL. I usually take my kids here because they like a quick smoothie. I remember there was one time I went in the owner of the store was there and may I tell you these guys are just so unprofessional and unlikely and not kind at all I'm not saying you have to kiss my ass or anything, but when customer comes in You should be welcoming no one hears welcoming and no one here can do their job right because every time I come, there's always something wrong and it's just super dirty and it smells and the bathrooms are disgusting.!!!!! I'll be honest, I've been coming to Jamba Juice for years. I know that it's probably just a half-step away from any other sugary drink, but it's fun and I like the experience. This place was like any other Jamba - the service was good and the drinks were tasty. One thing that shocked me as a long-time Jamba guy was that wheat grass shots are no longer freshly made and now come in a bottle. Mind: blown. Not sure how I feel about it yet. The waiting area was a little small and there weren't many places to sit, so if that's a dealbreaker for you be warned. read more

Jamba - Inside of store - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Corona, California

We've been coming to this Jamba for a long time, but recently it has really gone downhill. The store is always understaffed, which makes wait times ridiculous. We have been asked to leave so that the employee (yes, singular) could take their break. The employees aren't to blame, but turnover is very high (we've had friends work there and leave quickly) clearly the store is struggling so badly to keep their employees. On our most recent trip we got two smoothies (we have had both before) and they were NOT up to standard. I have attached videos of both for reference. The cranberry orange whip (a winter seasonal special) is one of our favorites, but this one was thin (not a smoothie consistency!!) And had no coconut whip. The vanilla blue sky was not fully blended and you can see how chunky and under-blended it is. There was only one employee staffing the store and she was clearly stressed trying to take orders and make drinks at the same time. We're disappointed and frankly wanted our money back, but didn't want to bother an employee who was already at her wits end. Management needs to step up and staff this store adequately, because it is affecting the quality of service and the food. read more

Today I went to purchase a smoothie at Jamba juice. Right when I walked through the doors, I felt a great feel negative energy coming from the employees. I ordered the Acai super antioxidant smoothie with some small substitutes to replace the soy milk for oat milk, and the raspberry sherbet with bananas. The stuck up boy making my smoothie rolled his eyes when I ordered my smoothie. These crew of kids need to go to a class to learn how to be cordial to the customers. PLEASEEEEE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES. NO ONE LIKES TO DEAL WITH KIDS. read more

Just now - Friday May 26 at 12:15 pm - I had the two "dullest" employees ever. Cashier had me repeat my drink order three times, missed my pretzel order twice, then forgot to put it in the oven. After I got my drink I stood there looking at the two girls for five minutes while they talked about Snapchat or something. When she finally looked up I asked if my pretzel was ready. She had to look at the computer to make sure I had ordered one. Good thing I only come here for a smoothie when my wife is sick. read more

I only came here Because Organic Junkie was closed . There was a long line but the people there seem to be running it smooth . At what point will the corporate office stop leaving and I'm so sorry message under everyone's complaint. this store is very understaffed and the individuals who are there are not always very friendly. I've had this issue on every one of my visits which is 3 times in the past couple months. I've been there before and my smoothie was not smooth it was very chunky but unfortunately I didn't notice until I left. Today I waited in jamba at least 15 minutes. Watched people complain about messed up orders. Knew I'd have the same experience & a long wait. Ended up at my regular spot. Acai Republic by stater brothers .... check it out!! read more

If I could give it no stars I would. Went here on Saturday since it was a bit hot and placed my order of a classic smoothie. Banana Berry. 3 of them for me and my kids. Turns out they couldn't make them since worker stated they had no bananas and no berries. What a disappointment. Whoever placed the order inventory needs to get replaced or re- trained. This is the second time in a month that they are unable to make my order because of the lack of ingredients. read more

Although I enjoyed my Strawberry Surf Rider smoothie, the store physically needs a serious clean-up. There was dust, dirt and empty shelves (for other treats sold) all around. The tables look like they need to be replaced, there's etchings (graphitti) all over them. And honestly, the floor beds and the floor could use a good sweeping and mopping. But the smoothie was yummy, so yay! read more

Not even one star at this location , I ordered two açaí bowls and the were putting them not in the regular bowl but in a drinking glasses. I asked them why they didn't tell me before ringing up the order that they were out of bowls. I have already paid and they told me they couldn't do the refund because the manager wasn't there. I am trying to make an effort to patronize local restaurants in this difficult times but is disappointing to encounter poor service . read more

Jamba - No employees and a lobby full of patrons - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Corona, California

This store is forcing managers to schedule minors to work alone. The girl working all by herself was so overwhelmed and was the only employee in the store for 8 hours. We called the manager and we're told to file a complaint. Several stores around this area have had robberies with weapons involved. And the young girl told us she has had incidents where she has been assaulted by customers. It is dangerous for minors to be working alone under these circumstances, and almost all employees at this location are minors. Until this issue is resolved DONT GO TO THIS JAMBA JUICE. read more

My boyfriend and I come here literally almost everyday...and we come here for ALEX. He makes the BEST pina-colada smoothies out of every jamba and jamba employee I've ever been too. He's awesome. I have to add yet another negative review for this location sadly. I went in yesterday around 4 pm to use a gift card and it took the young man nearly 10 minutes to even greet me - and by greet, he asked if I was there for Door Dash or to order? I was there to order and after seeing the young black woman who did arrive shortly after myself for Door Dash, it was clear then the possible assumption he made. Keep in mind, NO ONE was in the store the entire duration of my visit. Moving on, a woman took my order and made my drinks shortly after he realized his error but I must say. As a big fan of Juice it Up, please do yourself the favor and go there! It is a little ways down, off Ontario Avenue in Corona but it is so worth it. Even Acai Republic just over the freeway bridge by Stater Bros, I'd recommend second before I would EVER return here. This location is dirty in it's physical indoor appearance, bathrooms were closed or inoperable from what it appeared and the staff was very lackluster in their interest to give customers quality customer service read more

Refuses to help figure out non milk options. Refused to let customers use restrooms because of covid. That's just pure laziness because they don't want to do their jobs and clean. Yet they will hand you a receipt without gloves and or with out using hand San after every customer. Duh that's how covid is spread. People are really stuck on stupid here. read more

This is one of my go to spots, especially in summerrrr. Since this location is conveniently 5 minutes away from my house and close to the movie theatre, Best Buy, Kohl's etc. this have become my favorite one. Everyone is cheerful and friendly when you walk in and so far I haven't had them screwup any of my orders. Ingredients are always fresh (at least they taste fresh lol) and the smoothies and bowls are yummy!! I think once I had some chunks of frozen pineapple in my smoothie bowl, but it wasn't a big deal I just let it defrost before consuming lol I'd take a frozen chunk of fruit over hair in my smoothie/bowl any day! Not much seating so I'd suggest grabbing it to go or walking around the corona crossings and finding a table and chairs to sit at outside. Also I love that they can make any smoothie or bowl vegan!!! read more
