I get açaí bowls twice a week. Still can't use the app to order them. When I do I get told your out of bananas or other basic items. Sometimes the store just has a random. It's on the door. I'd love to say I had a good experience here, but I can't. I can't physically wear a face covering due to a medical condition, and I stopped by Jamba to get something something sweet on the way home from a long trip. I was stopped even before entering, and when I explained I had a medical condition that disallowed me from wearing a face mask, they refused me service. Now... This location would not honor the $3 off when you register online, even though there were several signs in the store advertising the promotion! The employee said that their system was "new" and it may or not work. When it didn't work I showed her the email saying I had $3 off and she wouldn't honor it. It then took 20 minutes for us to get 2 sandwiches and 2 bowls, and when we opened up the sandwiches in the car they were burnt to a crisp. I went to this location on Tuesday with my son and after drinking a portion of his smoothie he spits out a metal ball and upon further inspection there were multiple metal balls in his smoothie. They appear to be ball bearings or BB gun BBs. I called that night and the worker was very apologetic and said I would get a call back because there was no manager on duty. I called back the next day because I had not heard back, the manager was extremely rude and said "well what do you want me to do about it" I would like to know how their negligence led to metal being ingested by my child. So sad because we need good food/drink shops like this at The Crossings. Just stopped by there to get a drink for my son and I and there was quite a bit of people standing outside. A sign on the door read "Short Staffed, on break... please file a complaint." Well, there would be no need to file a complaint if your sign read your break times or "please come back at 3pm... our apologies" The inside looked closed and another man walked up and said "They are on another break?!? They are always on a break!" so I called in to check if everything was ok. A snotty girl name Bella answered the phone and said she was on break and I asked her next time to please write down her break times so customers know when to come back. She said "THATS WHAT MY MANAGER SAID TO DO!" I asked, Can I please get her name?" Bella said "My manager is not a she!" Well, Jeff the manager, if you are reading this, I would highly suggest you have your employees write down the times their breaks are because your store just lost out on quite a few sales. You also lost out on a customer until you can get your employees customer service skills up to par. I get every business out there is short staffed, including the surgery center I manage, but we should never treat our customers like they are a bother. Worst Jamba experience ever. Door wide open letting flies in and hot in the store with employees visibly sweating. I have been to this location several times. The service is sometimes slow but the outcome is always delicious. The employees are for the most part friendly. Now that I have downloaded the mobile order it is much more convenient so that I don't have to waste so much time waiting for the order. I recently got one of the Acai Berry bowls and it was delicious. The toppings were perfect and everything tasted very fresh. The honey on top was the perfect amount drizzled across. Update: Came in again, I asked for a receipt being told from this store by another team member that when ever I ask for a receipt a survey with a coupon will come out. I saw my receipt print but the girl who took my order didn't give me the survey part, she crumbled it and threw it away. Are they that worried about their survey results? Really annoyed with this store. I had a $3 dollar smoothie coupon that for whatever reason was not showing the complete QR code. Email, text, and on the website only showed half for whatever reason. "I think bc it's the last day of the coupon it's not working, we have no way of discounting it without that code." Really?! Nothing you can do?! How is that fair? This location had the most terrible customer service I have experienced at any Jamba Juice. Furthermore, the employees lack any sort of problem solving skills. To start there was no greeting when I walked in, or before I ordered by the young man at the register. He was the only person working at 10am. Although, there was one customer ahead of me, I waited 30 minutes for a strawberry bowl. Only to receive a watered down, barely cold bowl with the fruit sinking down to the bottom. In addition, when I walked out and came back in to return the bowl and show the young man it wasn't cold. No apology whatsoever was given and no offer to even remake another bowl. I then asked for a refund that he didn't know how to process so his co-worker who came in late assisted him. That was okay, but she should have assisted him with the orders as I and the customer before me was still waiting when she walked in. Then she advised my funds would be back on my card in about a week. I asked for the manager name and number and was told Oh her name is Mary but we can't give you her number. Unacceptable!! A note to the owner and management: I understand you have new millennials working for you, but please invest in customer service training and teach your employees the importance of teamwork and how to resolve problems. I have never had any issues with Jamba before this last week. This is the 2nd time within less than a week that I have received the wrong drink (both have been through doordash). I would also like to say that this is not Doordash's fault as you can't really tell what smoothie each customer is getting since the cup isn't labeled and is taped up to avoid spillage. I didn't say anything the first time, but now I'm really disappointed because I'm out both money and a drink because I strongly dislike the drink they keep giving me instead. I like to order the matcha green tea blast and instead I keep getting the gotcha matcha i believe? It's just annoying as i strongly dislike the gotcha matcha and am being given that one because someone isn't realizing that I've ordered a different drink. So Iska B and I go to Corona and man, is it hot outside. As in over 100 degrees hawt. And right next to the movie theater is none other than Jamba Juice. Since we're over 1/2 an hour early for the flick, we figure, why not get a smoothie and cool off. Well, plenty of other people had the same idea since the line as about 5 people long. And at most Jamba Juices I've been to there's lines too, but this line was sloooow. And had two people serving the register. So we order our drinks and wait as the time ticks down. And ticks down. And ticks down. And now we're in "oh god I need to slurp this mofo down before the movie starts" mode except that we don't have our drinks. And we look around to realize that there's a bunch of other empty handed souls around us too. Because for the two people ringing up orders there's only one dude actually making the drinks. And he doesn't seem to have proportions right as he's constantly adding more water to the mixes and blending them twice. A what now? For our smoothies it took over 20 minutes from ordering time until drinking time. Starting a movie with brain freeze = unhappy customer. read more
