I really really love this Starbucks. Although this particular Starbucks is not as close to me as the other 3 near me, this location is top tier for me. Recently I introduced myself to Store Manager, Jill Lopez. I let Jill know that I like this Starbucks. They never get my order wrong and every employee I've communicated with has been kind. More the reason to come back again and again. SMILE...I'll be back soon. read more

Went to this location today. I've been here several times before. It's in a newer shopping center. I used the drive-thru and placed my order. I asked for a black iced tea with light water. I was handed an unshaken tea with very little ice. I showed the tea to the girl at the window and asked her for a cup of ice. She rolled her eyes and got the ice. Good grief. read more

Right when I walked in she had a nice smile on her face and welcomed me. I don't write reviews too often, however I had to because of the best experience she gave me. I will be coming here again. I spoke with the manager this morning at 7:06 AM regarding an issue with my order. I waited in line only to be told that they could not serve matcha powder and ice--despite the fact that I was able to order it the day before without any issues. This inconsistency suggests a lack of clear communication or training among the team. Better alignment on policies would improve the customer experience. Unfortunately, the situation was not handled well, and the overall customer service was disappointing. I'm so sad that the lovely location on Tuscany has closed. I'm not sure what Starbucks is trying to do, but I am feeling that they are not about customers or community. Every new or remodeled Starbucks has very few tables inside and a couple tables outside. It is no longer a place to meet and chat. It's a get your coffee and get out kinda place. I am hoping that a better coffee establishment takes over the Tuscany location and is more supportive of the community, friendly and has a "let's meet for coffee" kinda vibe. The cashier was kind but the vibe at this particular Starbucks was here's your coffee now don't linger. Inside was hella loud and outside was scorching hot with ineffective umbrellas. We ended up driving back over to the Tuscany location with our coffee and enjoying the cool breeze, fountain and shade. Bummer that they closed former location. Will get something from Panera next time, but really hoping that a Peets goes in read more

I'd be cautious ordering mobile pickups here. They don't keep an eye on the beverages or food and let customers touch on items that aren't even theirs. I wanted to take the time to give a huge thank you to Gavin who helped me out on 10/11/25. I ordered my drinks about 5 minutes before pulling into the drive through for pick up. Upon arrival I realized how long the drive through line was, and unfortunately knew I'd be waiting a while. After almost 20 minutes in the drive through, I asked Gavin at the window if they would be able to remake my drinks as they had been sitting, and explained that I have my infant in the car otherwise I would've just pulled into the parking lot and came in to grab them. Without any hesitation he said of course. Thank you so much Gavin for your understanding and making this busy mom's morning! read more

I seldomly used to go to Starbucks until recently. I came to this location and ordered my usual passion fruit lemonade ice tea extra sweetened. When I got to the drive thru window, I was handed a tropical pineapple lemonade refresher. This was not what I ordered but didn't want it to go to waste so I said I would take it and give it a try. The morning team is truly amazing! Sometimes I come through just to start my morning off with their positive energy. This team goes out of their way to connect with their customers and provide quick and efficient service during what is often their rush hour. When I come here, I do not feel like I'm a number in a big franchise, rather, I feel like I'm visiting my local small town coffee shop where people know my name. Daniel is the definition of golden retriever energy and deserves to be recognized! The coffee is also always made right and never disappoints. read more

This Starbucks is by far the best, the people here are so sweet and genuine, when I'm having an off day, the employees can tell and they are able to help keep me positive for the day. We need more genuine people like you guys in the food (drinks) industry read more

Pumpkin Spice and everything nice!!…read more I love this time of year. Spooky season, Fall and Winter. There's no better time to grab a warm cup of coffee. I also love the seasonal drinks that come out this time of year. All the pumpkin and pecan flavors. It's so comforting! I'm pretty much obsessed with the iced pumpkin cream chai at Starbucks! It's creamy, very sweet and delicious! I love it when I don't taste the coffee in my drink lol My drink was perfect. Service was good. I was in and out pretty quickly. Loved my drink. I couldn't ask for anything else. This seems to be a good location. They have a drive thru. I tend to only hit the locations with a drive thru. It's just easier and less time consuming.

Instead of making me feel rushed for not having my order ready (which can happen at some drive-thrus), he was patient and genuinely helpful. Great customer service can make all the difference, and Aiden's positive attitude, patience, and recommendation turned a quick coffee stop into a great experience. They lived near the original location. It wasn't busy and they gave me a ton of random stickers. So since then, Dutch has always been my favorite coffee spot and the stickers have always been my fav thing to look forward to on the 1st Wed of the month. Every year I'd visit my grandparents and Dutch bros was always a stop, sometimes twice in a day! Fast forward to now, we have a Dutch 10 min away and tonight I totally realized I forgot to stop by for my sticker. They were all out and I was lowkey so bummed because my favorite color is blue, and I love checkers everything (it's the millennial in me). Daisy stepped away for a moment and brought back a sticker! Her sticker. She gave me the one she got as an employee. I know it's just a sticker, but Daisy, you made my night. My grandma just passed away last week and life has been kinda rough lately. Dutch always reminds me of her and my grandparents house.

The frozen yogurt itself has a creamy, almost ice cream like texture. It's great! I also love that you can add fun toppings! There's fruits, nuts, cookies, etc. My only complaint about my experience here was that there were only a couple flavors. I guess they were out of a couple ones? Ran out of the Dubai Chocolate flavor. Bummer. They also ran out of spoons lol People kept asking for that and the poor employee was like sorry I don't have any spoons lol The line was long and PinkBerry got slammed with a ton of people lol Service was fine though overall. Ambience was busy and warm inside the froyo shop. I don't know if it just got warm because we had a line of people in a small space or if it was just warm in general. I ordered the cookies and cream flavor but it just tasted like chocolate. Disappointed there.

I usually like coming to here to get ice cream but I've noticed the prices keep getting higher and higher. At this rate it's cheaper to go buy a pint at Walmart if Albertsons that's next door. Right now they are having a Dubai chocolate flavor which is quite interesting. You can still get a tiny scoop of sample to try before you buy. We also got their ice cream cake but it was good ice cream interior but the cake portion tasted stale. I don't recommend getting ice cream cake here but their cones and sundaes are fine.

The inside has tables and chairs for seating if you want to eat there. We came in to try their Ube Coconut Smoothie and they told us they were all out of it. The cashier said they had a mango coconut smoothie so I tried it. It was not what I expected. The mango flavor took over the whole drink, and I barely tasted any coconut. The smoothie was not blended very well, so there were big pieces of ice in it. I liked that it had a thick consistency, but it needed more coconut flavor. My husband got the strawberry mango and he said he liked it. I did taste his and it was better than mine. He did mention that his was more juicier than mine. Mine had a thicker consistency. We got some breads to try while we were there. Haven't tried them yet but I'm sure they are delicious. The prices on their pastries and buns have increased significantly. I probably wont get a smoothie again from them. I will probably stick with their coffee or their matcha lattes.

The store told me to contact its manager, and the manager said Grubhub had to issue the refund. Thanks for the run-around. When I contacted Grubhub, the first representative told me I had only 48 hours to report the problem and that the deadline had just passed--by less than an hour. (Because I waited to hear from Nekter as I was instructed by their staff) She treated that as the end of the matter and did not offer to escalate or transfer me. Only after I specifically asked to be transferred did another representative reverse the charge. I ultimately received the refund, but the second representative's ability to resolve it made the initial response even more troubling. Using a barely missed deadline to discourage a customer from recovering money for an item that was never provided, while withholding escalation unless the customer explicitly demands it, feels deliberately obstructive and deeply untrustworthy. I will never order through Grubhub again.
