ATTENTION FOR ALL PEANUT ALLERGIES!! Do not go here, first of all they got my order wrong, I asked for a small strawberry wild, and they gave me a large peanut drink which I am highly allergic to. After finding out post-tasting it, the young girl who made this drink was careless and had absolutely no emotion. I called just now and she claims to be the "manager" which is disappointing if true. I believe that Jamba should be aware of the orders, and have more compassion towards there customers. read more

Ordered my drink using the app and it was super fast. Sam was awesome! I was going to get a refund since my boyfriend didn't like his drink but right away she asked if I wanted something else or to make a new one. That's how you do customer service!! She didn't hesitate at all & I loved that. Amazing customer service. read more

What kind of Jamba Juice worker doesn't know that a mango mantra, while no longer being on the menu, is still an item that can be ordered outside the menu? "Oh, that's not a Jamba Juice item, that's Juice It Up." Actually girl, IT IS a Jamba Juice item and your sarcastic tone only shows your lack of knowledge about your place of employment. But here's a photo to prove it to you. Hopefully, you don't continue to make other customers feel as dumb as you looked. One star for her crappy attitude! read more

Jamba - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Anaheim, California

Always a great experience at Jamba Juice! Love the PB and banana protein! With almond milk!

We got Jamba Juice from this location multiple times in the last two weeks. Each time was inconstant for how the smoothies were made and the service we got. If you asked for substitutions they gave you a hard time one day and not the next. Sometimes the smoothies were smoothie consistency sometimes they were juice. I love Jamba Juice so I wish I could give a better review but I was not impressed with the inconsistency of this shop. read more

LAME!!!! the smoothies here cost more just because they are near a theme park area. whatever man!! that blows. also, this place is always busy because it is in the downtown disney area. there is usually always a long ass line and the people working are always slow. I'd rather serious go up to the Hagen Daaz place in the same area and get something there. read more

Jamba Juice, a great drink on those hot days. The perfect juicy treat while walking around Downtown Disney. The family and I made a pit stop here to quench our thirst. Staff was friendly and did their best to hold of the crowd. It gets busy in here so be ready to wait a bit. My wife ordered her usual, the Pomegranate Paradise. I shared the the Strawberry Whirl with my kids. Both are great berry drinks with all those antioxidants. The best part of Jamba Juice is the extra kick of energy to keep everyone going. My wife and I both like Jamba Juice because it will hold us over until we are ready for a meal. Instead of snacking on junk food, we have a JJ to fill us up. read more

Aside from its incredibly convenient proximity to the two Disneyland parks, everyone at this location is just AWESOME. I have never walked out of here without being greeted with smiles and extra help if they notice I might need any. (And I have been here every single day except Saturdays for the last 13 days.) Plus, what you get here is likely healthier, fresher (yes, even though most of it is frozen), cheaper (relative to its quality), and more natural than any other drink/snack you'll find inside the parks. Even that Schmoozies smoothie place in DCA with its limited options (nonexistent veggie selection) designed for quick turnaround to deal with potentially massive crowds. I always end up buying a medium or large smoothie that contains kale at this Jamba Juice.. and they kindly pour some into a mini cup (or two) with a lid and mini straw for my 21-month-old picky eater (who fortunately has no problem drinking her veggies) so I don't need to deal with the extra work (and mess!) before pouring the rest into my cup. The lines may seem overwhelming but they move quickly as the team works efficiently and the folks who handle the register here have also informed me of special offers and apply discounts without EVER being pushy. Thanks, guys! TIP: 1.) Use your annual pass to get a discount. 2.) Collect points by inputting your phone number as a Jamba Insider. 3.) If you have an applicable coupon or gift card, both can be used at this location. read more

Love Jamba juice. Get orange dream machine with waffles and cheddar tomatoe twist. Always quick and friendly service. I feel good eating it every morning. Would gladly recommend any Jamba juice place as my go to breakfast place. read more

I used to like this location a lot, 'cause I'd get a drink here and bring it with me to the theme parks. I didn't mind that they were more expensive than other Jamba Juice's 'cause that's how it always is with theme park restaurants - even though it's only in Downtown Disney District, it's still part of the Disneyland Resort. The one in Universal Citywalk does the same, so whatever. On New Year's Eve, I was greeted by a very friendly employee who had no problem taking my long and descriptive order (Original Strawberries Wild with Energy and Immunity boost - thick please, so less Apple Juice). However, it wasn't until I asked where the nearest Cheesecake Factory was when I had trouble. They said the nearest one was ON Harbour Blvd. 2 miles north in Fullerton. After a long and hard debate, we decided to leave the district to hunt down CF, since we had a craving. We drove ALL THE WAY DOWN to Fullertown where they had the street blocked off 'cause there was an ice skating rink. We thought maybe that's where the restaurant was. We parked (thank God it was free), and walked forever. Finally we asked security and they said that CF was back near Disneyland on Harbour and Katella. Um, what? I understand that it's not Jamba Juice's employee's responsibility to know directions to places outside of Downtown Disney, and we took their advice at our own risk. But come on - "2 miles north up in Fullerton on Harbour" and a couple blocks away ON Katella is a big difference. Minus one star! read more

My smoothie tastes really refreshing and healthy. I got the kale ribbean breeze. The service was prompt. The place looked clean. The price was fair. I would go back again. read more

If I'm looking to suck down a smoothie, Jamba Juice ain't exactly my first choice. But, on this occasion, I'd just gotten out of a show at the House of Blues and something sugary and marginally healthy sounded awesome. I've got to give the employees here some credit - it was 11:45 p.m. and the line was still out the door. They had one person taking orders and two people slaving away at the blenders. And it was nonstop for all of them. I didn't see anything on their menu that closely resembled the 800-lb. Gorilla I like at Robek's, so I got something called the Protein Zone (or a similar name, I don't really recall) with an extra boost of whey protein. Soy is for women, and it does nothing in my body except give me gas. Well, more gas. I can't say I liked it much. The base ingredients were banana & strawberry, but I think all the added whey protein powder gave it a viscous, mucus-like consistency that didn't taste quite right. You know how sometimes you'll down a bad protein shake because you know that you need what's in it? This was kinda like that. I could have easily ordered something that would taste amazing, but my gut didn't feel like slurping down 800 calories along with 125 grams of sugar this close to bed time. Once 9 p.m. hits, the only things I eat are full of protein. I wasn't going to make an exception here. Clearly, I'm no fun at all. read more

Standard... PROS: * They have a "LIGHT" jamba drink... * They tell you the calories * Fast * Free three hour parking CONS: * Not that friendly * Didn't remind me of the free boost read more

I have been to this Jamba a couple of times. I am always well taken care of when I get here. They occasionally have had free upsizing deals for happy hour! When they do, they always give out the upsizing unless you don't want it. But if you don't want it, be prepared to be looked at kinda funny! Lol But this particular location is clean and has great customer service. Unfortunately there is always a line when I have been here. But it is in Downtown Disney so what do you expect. Long lines would be one of those things, especially on a hot day during the summer. The bad thing is that the price here is a bit inflated like everything else at Downtown Disney :-( thus it didnt meet the 5* mark. So if you are over there on a hot day... enjoy a nice Jamba Juice! read more

Pre-juiced carrots?!?! Seriously Jamba Juice? What a great way to render something absolutely useless. I might as well have taken a shot of sugar water. Them carrots must be rolling in their graves. I hope their macerated bodies were composted at the very least. I really really reeeeally wanted to smack myself senseless with some vitamins...not some oxidized liquid crapola. I cried myself to sleep. read more

COME HERE IF YOU ARE VISITING DISNEYLAND. i'd rather come here than get a frozen lemonade from dland that costs more. but thats just me. its worth it. its jamba juice and you can never go wrong with their product haha. I've been here a couple of times and I've never been to one of these until I started visiting Downtown Disney. Each time I've visited here the staff has been outstandingly friendly and helpful. Both drinks I've tried have been "delish"!!!! I'm sure I'll eventually make my way through there entire menu. This place really hits the spot on a hot day. read more

Love this place! I have been going to Jamba Juice for a long time and this one I like the most and they know my drink as soon as they lay eyes on me. They keep it very clean and its not super pack at the time that I go in, so its easy in and easy out. read more

Great customer service! I did not get the name of the gal who was working here this day, but it was in the afternoon I was there - around 2-3pm on the 25th. I had 2 freebie drink coupons, and 2 gift cards to use up. Perfect location to use it here (they have been sitting in my wallet unused for over a year)! The gal working my orders was getting just as excited as I was about using up the gift cards and freebies. And boy did she work with me to get it done! I had 5 drinks ordered in the system - and gave her the cards all at once. Sadly you can only use 1 freebie coupon per transaction - completely reasonable and fair. Now here is where the magic happened. She somehow was able to pull one beverage out of the total order and ring it up separately; WITHOUT cancelling the main order! Yes I fell in love with this gal right then and there for working some awesome magic skills on the transaction without having to cancel everything out and reworking it. This is what customer service is all about! And as she was doing all this she was just bouncing up and down on her toes with such the awesome look of success - and then she blurts out - 'I just LOVE seeing this kind of stuff happen for our customers, especially like when you have all these coupons to use up!' And she ensured to shout to the crew making all the smoothies to make sure the single one I ordered was prepared as it was part of the order! I know I will be back - have to wait to replenish our funny money funds to afford the air fare and resort fees and all first! read more

The team at this location is running on all cylinders! Kudos to them for holding down the fort while the swarming vacationers were growing by the masses. The menu board can be a bit confusing for first timers. There are sections with or without yogurt in the blend. Then you have their fruits and vegetable section. I wasn't sure where to begin so what I did was just throw a dart at the board and ordered a Pomegranate something something without yogurt. It was a solid fruit smoothie but I wished I would have saw the yogurt section in the small prints before I ordered. ‍ read more

Being that this location is in Downtown Disney, this place is probably busy during the morning rush to the parks - but the staff here were all friendly and they worked fast! My BF stopped here on our way into Disneyland Park and enjoyed a Green Tea Smoothie and Flatbread Pizza - had to fuel up for a long day at the park! We just sat right outside and enjoyed our breakfast...people watching. Taste wise is the same as any other Jamba Juice I've been to. read more

Amazing that despite helping hoards of people daily, the staff of the Downtown Disney Jamba Juice is friendly, fun and upbeat all day long! Went in for my juice kick--specifically addicted to any juice with greens or in this case ginger! Wham! Ginger hit me hard! Like when wasabi goes straight up your nose after that first bite! Now that is a definite wake up!! The lines at the Starbucks a few doors down are crazy so I have started to do the juice blast instead--in the morning and at night. They've got these great combinations of pineapple juice, orange juice, ginger, and Chia poured over ice! Or with lemon. The whey protein, milk, peanut butter, and chocolate or cookies and cream smoothie--can also be made with soy and almond milk. Yum!Had a lot of fun with the two ladies here--Cynthia and Lilly--genuinely friendly and fun. And isn't that what a visit to Jamba Juice is all about!! read more

I was disappointed with this Jamba Juice! I always get the same drink at Jamba Juice and here it tasted a bit watered down, the flavor was a bit lacking. I am not sure if this was just an accident or how they make the smoothies here. I was happy to see this option in Downtown Disney as it isn't your typical Disney quick service place. read more

I, am that person that you hate when your ordering a drink. Because my drink isn't on the menu, and basically i recreat my own drink plus i tend to talk fast which is never a good thing when they are trying to remember everything.. But i have to say now that they know me and im no longer that person .... Well at least i hope im not i always order the same thing every time, the people that work there are super super nice and for the most part they have a good time with me.... Its perfect for hot days rainy days well ok lets face it.. Its perfect for all day's really and seeing as i have one all the time it always makes me feel better at the end of the day.. This was my first visit to Jamba. I'm a vegan, and I wanted to order the vanilla sky plant based bowl. I didn't realize there was also a smoothie by the same name. When I received my order, I realized my mistake. I went back to the cashier, Melissa, and explained the situation. She talked to her manager, and I was given the bowl at no additional cost. Shout out to the shift manager who made the bowl right away! Great customer service by Melissa and her manager. I will be returning to Jamba Juice (and now I know how to order!) read more

Love their smoothies and bowls! Sign up for their reward and pay yourself for frequent visits. I stick with the classics and always check my email for BOGO offers as my wife is addicted to this place and Starbucks. The location is always busy but clean and well staffed. I will disclose that was a shareholder and happy with their performance! It went from $1 and sold at $12! In the midst of all glitz and glamour of the Downtown Disney District, this little gem sits next to Sephora. Glad to have this here and be able to grab me some healthy juice, since I had to come in at 430am this morning. So for lunch, technically breakfast time, grabbed me a quick tropical greens beverage. Line was short, and a quick trip it sure was. Although, I received a text that the hot squeezed beverages would be 50% off from 9-11, but they said they were not honoring the discount. Oh well, I work locally and got a discount anyways on my tropical greens. It's a pretty clean location for the amount foot traffic that goes through here. Floor was a wee bit dirty. The wait wasn't long. The cashier was informative and a pleasure to talk to. And the beverage tasted great for the first time trying it! I'd order it again! read more

BOTTOM LINE: Great customer service, and the juice is consistently in line with Jamba Juice's high standards! SUMMARY: As far as taste and quality are concerned, this is your standard Jamba Juice in a good way. It's what one would expect in a good way. Sure, prices are a bit higher (hey, it's Disney!), but in a good way, the juice here is exactly what one expects from a Jamba Juice. read more

This Jamba truly is a happy place! Wonderful smoothies right in the neighborhood of the Happiest Place on Earth!! Ironically enough, this location was also the scene of one of the saddest days of my life - and that was this past May, when I bounded out of my hotel (the Grand Californian) to see that it was closed for refurbishment! SUPER SAD FACE! But, you know how much my Jamba love runs? I still give it 5 stars because I loved it before, and will love it even more that they took the time to make it even better =D read more

Meh Service is always just OK. I've had some instances when the employees are busy gossiping with one another when there's a long wait. They're always busy which is definitely understandable. If you head over to this location before the park opens or within the first hour of park opening, expect an even longer wait. I've noticed they offer extended hours on days there are marathons. Drinks are just your typical Jamba Juice drinks, nothing special. Don't expect to use any Groupon vouchers or coupons at this location, they don't accept them! read more
