This is a Starbucks Reserve and they probably could win the dirtiest Starbucks bathroom of all of California. It was in the late evening and not sure when they cleaned it last? Or maybe customers in Downtown Disney are just really messy or this Starbucks is understaffed or the employees just don't care and are lazy or the manager is not doing the job. I did not get coffee or food based on the condition of the bathroom.
Love this location! I would highly recommend ordering ahead of time on the app so you don't have to wait in line. They have limited seating. Ordering is very fast and easy and all the staff is helpful.
If you're expecting just another crowded theme park Starbucks, this Downtown Disney location will genuinely surprise you. First off--this place is massive. The high, lofted ceilings immediately make it feel more open and relaxed compared to your typical Starbucks, which is a huge win in a high-traffic area like Downtown Disney. There's actually room to breathe here, which already puts it ahead of most park coffee stops. What stood out most was the attention to detail. It still has that familiar Starbucks feel, but with just enough Disney polish to make it feel elevated without being over-the-top. Service was another highlight. The team was quick, efficient, and friendly--exactly what you want when you're in the middle of a busy park day. Even with a steady flow of guests, the ordering process never felt chaotic or overwhelming. And here's a pro tip for families: this ended up being one of the easiest (and surprisingly affordable) places to grab whole milk for our son. Not exactly what you think of when you think "Starbucks stop," but it came in clutch. Overall, this is one of those rare theme park locations that doesn't feel stressful or overly crowded. Whether you're grabbing your morning coffee or just making a quick stop for something simple, it's a smooth, comfortable experience from start to finish. Definitely one of the better Starbucks locations you'll find in a Disney setting.
Treated myself to the Iced Ube Coconut Macchiato with Oatmilk. It was tasty and I enjoyed it. I didn't know you had to ask for a straw and someone should tell you instead of looking for it by the condiments and going back to the server who took your order. I was redirected to the pick-up counter but had to wait for someone to appear. I think it's pretty obvious you need a straw for this drink but maybe I'm wrong?
Line moves very quickly- service is fast. I got a crumbled cookie hot chocolate which was on their secret menu. So delicious. They have about 6 baristas making drinks so the wait is not long but it does get crowded and a bit noisy.
The line was long but does move quickly. They were providing Peppermint Hot Chocolate to sample. My oh my and boy it was delicious. I told the employee I needed to change my order because it was so good. There is only outdoor seating with very limited inside benches. Lots of people come or go from here.
This Starbucks locations is GOATED for DL Rope Droppers!!! You can submit your mobile order right on the dot at 7:00am. I always go straight to pickup and my wife gets in the park security line. There is nothing like a nice quad shot flat white to start off your magical day at Disneyland. The ambiance of this place is great, super up scale decorating inside and super quick service.

I think Starbucks is pretty much great everywhere but there is nothing better than grabbing your favorite drink at Disneyland and strolling through Downtown Disney! The store is always busy but they really get people's orders out in a timely manner (whether a mobile order or standing in line) and they always give you your drink with a smile and a have a great day (or something similar). The store is quite big and has seating inside and plenty outside as well. I remember when styff started opening up throughout COVID. DTD opened back up before the parks and we were excited because we just felt at home again. A sense of comfort. My favorite memory was mobile ordering our drinks and just sitting out on DTD. Starbucks and Disney, just a sense of comfort for me. Love the location and the people working there!
The Baseline: For a Starbucks it must serve Starbucks offerings well, be a clean cafe, and have good service. Food: The drinks are well prepared. I ordered a flat white for my 11pm drive home. The Flat White is my baseline drink for all Starbucks and it was a great Flat White. Service: The staff are friendly, efficient, and did not err on the order. I also ordered an Orange County Discovery series mug using points. This store won't give Magic Key discounts but will allow points to be used. Atmosphere: This Starbucks is a store in the heart of Downtown Disney and it serves standard Starbucks offerings. The cafe is clean, no visible graffiti, and the bathrooms are clean.
Downtown Disney- has its busy moments but the crew in there have it down. Love the inside, it feels upscale and clean. Order was perfect and timely.
The Starbucks is massive I get they have 100000,000 orders per hour, but like after standing in the mobile order area for over 15 minutes and then they finally say what's your name and you're not even in the right area even though the sign is here is kind of ridiculous

*Starbucks located in Downtown Disney *Super busy but they do a good job being staffed and getting those drinks out *Separate line for mobile orders * Outdoor seating only * Started my day here daily and only once did they get the order wrong- they offered to remake it but I was on a time crunch to get to rope drop. * If you are planning on going to either of the parks, they each have a Starbucks- but I found the lines shorter at the downtown district... but if you are a late riser, your line will be shorter at any location. *Of note, the Starbucks store does not sell Disneyland/ Starbucks merch... you have to buy Disneyland/ Starbucks merch at the stores in Disney village or at the theme parks - just not at the Starbucks (ie Starbucks store carries Starbucks merch but not the Starbucks- Disneyland collab merch. read more
This is one of the Starbucks locations we stop by the most whenever we're at Downtown Disney. After walking around for a while, it's a nice place to take a break and relax. We've also come here after watching the Fourth of July fireworks, or after spending the day at Disney when we're ready for a drink before heading home. The store is spacious, clean, and well organized. There are plenty of outdoor seats where you can sit, people-watch, and enjoy the lively atmosphere of Downtown Disney. The staff have always been friendly, and my drinks are consistently made the way I order them, which I really appreciate. Out of all the Starbucks locations I've visited, this is one of my favorites. read more
Love this Starbucks location. I have been here a few times from the day it opened. It used to be an Anne Geddes stores at this spot years ago. Anyways I love how spacious this place is with outdoor seating. The lines move fast, the service is friendly. I loved my brown sugar shaken espresso over ice. So so good. Variety of drinks here and lots of cute items for sale. Some you won't see in other locations. Overall a great spot to stop by for coffee. read more

This Starbucks deserves more 5 star reviews! Always packed because it's located inside the Happiest Place on Earth, but the workers do an amazing job here. The line kept moving and drinks were coming out almost immediately after ordering. I came here during the busiest season of the year -- Christmas, but only waited in line for 10 minutes. I ordered the chestnut praline latte with an extra shot. It was needed. Gotta love the Disney themed Starbucks cup the drinks come in. And all the unique Disney Starbucks merch. I also saw an employee handing out stickers to kids who were standing in line with their parents. How sweet is that. read more

Fast and friendly service and the plus side is that they are open late! We were parched after walking around and stopped in for a refresher. We were unsure of which one to order, so we asked the cashier which one she recommended and we went with her pick. We ordered a Grande dragon fruit refresher sub lemonade instead of water. The drink was really good. It was refreshing and cold. We sat outside in the patio area and people watched for a bit. Service was great. The inside is pretty cool looking and they also carry the Starbucks reserve line. The line for the bathroom was very long. read more

Friendly staff and quick service towards the end of the night. They still had some good seasonal food available, like the bat cookie and pink sugar cookie. They also have various Disneyland Park mugs and tumblers which is great if you're looking for a momento. Clean and spacious if you avoid peak times. read more

This Starbucks location is one that is almost always busy. It's the only Starbucks inside of California Adventure. Located at the end of the main street entrance over on the right hand side. It's also connected to an ice cream shop and a cute candy and dessert store. The ambiance is off an "old time" feel. Lots of brown wood and lots of seating inside and outside. Even though it gets crowded, you can almost always find a seat at this location. read more
I don't do a lot of Starbucks, but I do like this store. This Starbucks is located within the Downtown Disney district. I usually just order ahead because the line can be long at times. The waiting area is very spacious and has maps and fun facts that you can read as you wait for your coffee drink. There is also a fun interactive display screen you can sit in front of and play around with. They keep the pickup area away from the ordering line to help with crowd control. Seating is very limited here. Starbucks is located right next to the big World of Disney store. read more

This is probably the largest Starbucks I've been to, with a high ceiling and nice wall art with historical moment of coffee. The lines for the restoom was long and probably not the best place, due to limited availability. I would not make a special trip to this location, as parking is horrible and costly and the crowds kind of defeating, as you try and enjoy some peaceful time. read more

Came here because this is one of the few locations in SoCal that have Starbucks-Reserves and I had sometime to kill waiting for friends before heading to Disneyland for Lunar New Year. Mai at the Starbucks in Downtown Disney provided exceptional service! I ordered a Reserve Roast pour-over of the Mexico Tenejapa San Cristóbal, and she made the experience unforgettable. She patiently explained the flavor profile, gave me a card with more details about the roast, and even offered leftover grounds for three extra cups at home. Her kindness, expertise, and cheerful demeanor made my visit so unexpectedly enjoyable. To management: Mai is a shining example of incredible customer service and a true asset to your team. Please make sure she gets the recognition she deserves--and approve any time-off requests she might have, because she's earning it! Employees like her are worth celebrating. read more

I had some free time so I walked around Downtown Disney and eventually made my way to this Starbucks. I wanted to try something different so I ended up ordering the Rwanda Sholi (notes of raspberry) via the Clover method. The employee assisting me was really really nice. At first, I was confused why he was asking me to grab a new bag of beans (thank you for your patience!). Apparently, if you're ordering a reserve coffee and there isn't a bag already opened, Starbucks employees ask the customer to grab a new bag (these are the ones available to customers for purchase). He was relatively new and my cup of coffee would be his first time using the Clover method. The coffee came out perfect; very delicious! This tells me Starbucks either does a really good job training their employees and/or the written instructions on how to make the coffee is very clear. I just wanted to give a shoutout to the Downtown Disney Starbucks employees. First off, customer service in general is not easy, but my experience at this particular Starbucks was one of the best. Overall: If I'm in the area again, I'll be back! read more
