Every time I've gone and passed by it's been SUPER busy, but it makes sense since this is the closest to the trams when they drop people off for the parks and when it's time for pick up to go back to the Pixar Pals and Mickey and Friends parking structure. Great coffee pick up for the start of the day or at the end of the day. With that in mind, know that it'll usually be SUPER PACKED. No seating (at least every time I've been there), but the service is super efficient and gets your drink out decently quickly. They have it mastered like a gear in a well oiled machine. Your drinks are ready and you can start sipping before even getting into the parks. For ambiance, super busy, but I guess that makes it a bit more exciting as well. This Starbucks locations is GOATED for DL Rope Droppers!!! You can submit your mobile order right on the dot at 7:00am. I always go straight to pickup and my wife gets in the park security line. There is nothing like a nice quad shot flat white to start off your magical day at Disneyland. This Starbucks is always busy but the line moves quickly and efficiently. There have been times where it is much faster to get my order when I order in line rather than for mobile pickup. It is a Starbucks reserve, so definitely more of a vibe in the store. Interestingly, there are no Disney Starbucks merch items for sale here, though there are other locations at DD that have them for sale. I think Starbucks is pretty much great everywhere but there is nothing better than grabbing your favorite drink at Disneyland and strolling through Downtown Disney! The store is always busy but they really get people's orders out in a timely manner (whether a mobile order or standing in line) and they always give you your drink with a smile and a have a great day (or something similar). The store is quite big and has seating inside and plenty outside as well. I remember when styff started opening up throughout COVID. DTD opened back up before the parks and we were excited because we just felt at home again. A sense of comfort. My favorite memory was mobile ordering our drinks and just sitting out on DTD. The line kept moving and drinks were coming out almost immediately after ordering. I came here during the busiest season of the year -- Christmas, but only waited in line for 10 minutes. Fast and friendly service and the plus side is that they are open late! We were parched after walking around and stopped in for a refresher. We were unsure of which one to order, so we asked the cashier which one she recommended and we went with her pick. We ordered a Grande dragon fruit refresher sub lemonade instead of water. I don't do a lot of Starbucks, but I do like this store. This Starbucks is located within the Downtown Disney district. I usually just order ahead because the line can be long at times. The waiting area is very spacious and has maps and fun facts that you can read as you wait for your coffee drink. There is also a fun interactive display screen you can sit in front of and play around with. They keep the pickup area away from the ordering line to help with crowd control. Good service, people here are very sweet. The selection of merchandise is much better than other Starbucks locations maybe because of the sheer size and the fact it is located in Downtown Disney. I had some free time so I walked around Downtown Disney and eventually made my way to this Starbucks. I wanted to try something different so I ended up ordering the Rwanda Sholi (notes of raspberry) via the Clover method. The employee assisting me was really really nice. At first, I was confused why he was asking me to grab a new bag of beans (thank you for your patience!). Apparently, if you're ordering a reserve coffee and there isn't a bag already opened, Starbucks employees ask the customer to grab a new bag (these are the ones available to customers for purchase). He was relatively new and my cup of coffee would be his first time using the Clover method. The coffee came out perfect; very delicious! This tells me Starbucks either does a really good job training their employees and/or the written instructions on how to make the coffee is very clear. I just wanted to give a shoutout to the Downtown Disney Starbucks employees. First off, customer service in general is not easy, but my experience at this particular Starbucks was one of the best.
