It is a bit aged and dingy, but it's one of the long lived businesses in Downtown Disney. A long, long time ago, they had free samples here, but I haven't seen that in awhile. Maybe they still do. The prices are a tad higher than at other Jamba locations, I believe, but I think that's the Disney tax of being here. I wouldn't normally get anything here if I'm heading into the park, but if I'm just hanging out in Downtown Disney and want a refreshing drink that has any semblance of health, this is a go to. My usual go to is White Gummi with an add in of vitamins and zinc. Gotta keep my god awful immune system up. Solid like every other location, sweetness of mangos and pineapple with the citrus taste of orange and lime, and a dash of raspberry too. I thin it's a good balance of tart and sweet. Not sure if this place is shutting down but it seemed a little bit on the dingy side. The people working there didn't seem too happy to be there either. I'm just assuming that they had a rough day with all the Disney tourists demanding stuff. Normally, when I see that, I find another place. But today, I really wanted an Acai bowl for dinner. I ordered the Acai Primo with a peanut butter drizzle. What I got was the acai bowl with a dallop of peanut butter smeared to the side. I was disappointed but ate it anyways. I appreciate that this Jamba has been here at Downtown Disney for some time. I come to this location often at the end of a Disney trip. I guess after a full day of stuffing my face with all of that food and sugar at Disneyland, I need to have some sort of healthy option. The prices here are the same as any other Jamba location. This is good on my pocketbook after all the money that I usually spend at Disneyland. I recently grabbed a smoothie the day before the Disney Half Marathon to help prep myself for the run. The wait at this Jamba hasn't been too incredibly long during the times that I have visited here. The store is clean and located right in the middle of the Downtown Disney District area. Less sugar please. Not all stores in downtown Disney sell ears. Over here, they sell the same drinks on see in other cities. It's the traditional drink and bowl items. I'm not sure if you can pick from their secret menu. But let's face it, if you pick from their secret menu it's whatever ingredients are in front of them to make your drink. It's get pretty busy with a line forming outside at a blink of an eye. Plus the waiting area is pretty small so it can get crowded. Overall three stars. Prices are steep here and space is limited. Hello everyone. I went to Jamba Juice on Thursday night- October 30, 2025. I usually have a good experience at the downtown Disney location. But ever since prices have been raised, as well as the taste changing. I have not been very happy. I ordered two smoothies from the location as I normally do. A razzmatazz and a peanut butter mood in a small size. Now this night, a girl working there said a small gets filled to the line. But tell me why my friend's smoothie looks a bit more filled than mine. Or why they just can't fill it to the top. When they even had that little extra in the blender left. Not even that, my smoothie looks almost halfway gone after one sip through my straw. Knowing the fact that I was upset, I tried talking to a guy worker there. Who said that he would remake it, so I'm thinking oh cool I'm getting a full one. But instead a lady called out my order again, and just gave it to me as it is. I don't know why this is happening, considering I've worked at food places. And they want things filled to get their moneys worth. So what I can say, is that if they want it, why can't I have it? Same with, I usually get my smoothies full. And my razzmatazz tasting more like a citrus one, but it tasted more like yogurt. Hmmm, but my friends actually tasted like peanut butter. This is why I hardly eat out or get drinks out and about, because my order is usually wrong in some way. So tonight was not that night for a good mood. First time coming here -- and definitely the LAST. While my order was being prepared, I watched the worker literally sniff the cups of smoothies. Yes, SNIFF them. When I confronted her, she said she "wasn't sure which one was which" since they were two different drinks. But seriously... why would she put her nose that close to food someone is about to drink? It's definitely one of the most fancy Jamba I've been to. The overall place looks great. They have a system, place your order, wait and pick up at another counter. There is no seating. The service was a bit slow but the staff were extremely friendly, unlike any other Jamba I've been to. I got my usual super blend pb+banana protein which tasted delicious as always. Jamba Juice at Downtown Disney scammed me, and I'm fuming. I ordered their new **Peach Lemonade** drink--delicious, but the problem? I took maybe **FIVE SIPS** and it was **GONE**. I thought maybe the rest was frozen at the bottom? **NOPE.** Opened the cup--**it was almost entirely crushed ice.** I could've built a snowman with how much ice they packed in there (no Disney pun intended). I go right back--**I hadn't even left the store yet**--and order another one with **no ice.** Didn't even ask for a refund, just figured they might acknowledge the issue. The employee asks, **"Can I put a little ice?"** I say, **"NO. I did an order online for pick up and most of the drinks were ready to go. The only thing I wasn't fond of was that they wrote the name of the order on some of the cups but because we had a variety of flavors that look similar I couldn't tell the difference. Just a recommendation for large orders (hope this helps) but I think writing the names on the cups first and type of Jamba flavor before pouring in the smoothie will help with the sharpie actually working. I do love Jamba and they are very consistent with flavors but i was disappointed with the organization and service this time. Maybe next time they will be better. read more

This is one of my favorite Jamba Juice's to go to. I'm a Magic Key holder and go to the parks a lot. This one is super convenient when I want to grab a Jamba before or after the parks. It is located in Downtown Disney a little passed Starbucks. My daughter and I always get an Aloha Pineapple. It's always made perfect. The staff if always nice. Inside is always clean. Also an extra perk is we get a small discount when you show your Magic Key. Only thing is you can't get your Magic Key discount and use a reward from the app. read more

She said there's no other sandwich available but the bacon, tomato & spinach sandwich ($4.49). If I knew beforehand that this was the only sandwich they had, I would have saved myself the trouble of looking up at the menu. I also had a large Watermelon Breeze ($7.99) minus the $2 coupon I saw online which the cashier gladly accepted. Although it was a very busy day when I visited, service was quick as this branch was fully staffed. Jamba juice is located in downtown Disney and is fairly close to where the park entrances are. I went to Jamba juice in the late afternoon on Sunday. I.e., a really busy time. The ordering process was really quick and despite the amount of people that were inside, they made the drinks pretty quickly. There must have been a whole army working in there. They don't have any indoor or outdoor seating that is specific to Jamba juice. However, there's plenty of ledges and covered areas in the shade around downtown Disney if you want to sit down to enjoy your smoothie or juice. I got the peach perfection and it was really good. I would say it is on par with what your typical Jamba juice would make. I would likely also recommend the mango. Or perhaps a strawberry banana for anyone that's new to Jamba Juice. read more

We used to have a Jamba at a Target near us, well actually, two machines, but Target discontinued it and the kids were really very sad. They were extremely excited to have a Jamba in Downtown Disney since we had never been to an actual store front with a full menu. This was such a perfect place for us for breakfast, and our go-to place to visit before hitting the parks. We stopped here every morning before our park reservation to pick up some good smoothie fuel. I got their cold brew with the sweet cream foam. It was delightful, so sweet and creamy. I like their slushy like ice, it was amazing. Not as good as Starbucks, but way better than Dunkins. The kids different smoothies. They tried the Caribbean passion and the electric berry lemonade. My husband tried a peanut butter protein shake. We also tried their acai primo bowl and savory pretzel. Absolutely everything was good. That is why we went there a couple of times, it was worth it! The only thing I wish I had known was I could have had a discount if I used my room key according to the cashier. But she only told me after I paid and last time I visited, so I could have saved some money. I also wish they opened up a location closer to me. I see online there is a location at a grocery store in Michigan, but not one easily accessible. There is a big smoothie market, so it would be great if they considered moving over here. I've came here to this location many times but none stood out to me like this before, team members seemed uncomfortable or distant.
