Came to get Jamba before going to the parks. Ordered something off the menu and the girl at the register proceeds to rudely say this location doesn't have that item even though the go getter was clearly on their menu, if it was sold out understandable but why have something on the menu if it's supposedly not sold at that location. Take it off so if people ask they don't get a rude comeback by their employees. Not only that she charged me for 4 savory pretzels when I told her and motioned the number 2 for how many I wanted. Feel like she did that on purpose cause her attitude was gross from the moment I told her good morning and she was just dead inside. Do mobile order if you don't want a bad experience. My daughter and I are big fans of Jamba Juice, particularly this branch. My daughter loves them because they're in Downtown Disney next to the Disneyland and California Adventure Parks. Mommy loves them because they're the only branch where we can get a discount for being a Disney premium annual passholder member. Yes, one of the perks for spending enormous, ridiculous amounts of money with Disney. Ha! Surprising for a toddler, my daughter is open to trying any of their drinks. I have even chosen one of the dark green veggie packed ones, which I didn't even enjoy, but she happily slurped it down with no complaints. Although her favorites tend to be the classic "red" smoothies packed with strawberries. I think she just finds it a big treat to just be able to have something sweet. I don't like mine too sweet, so I usually go for something with a little more tang to it like peach pleasure. This is usually a pretty busy branch because of their location, but so far we haven't had any problems with their customer service or our drinks. We will definitely be back! read more

I had a small smoothie here this afternoon. I came here because I had a coupon for a small smoothie for $2.99. When I showed it to the staff they said it was okay and that I would just have to click on it. Unfortunately, it turned out that they were a Jamba Juice that does not participate in the coupon program. So I was charged about $6.00 which with a 15% discount, which was the best deal she could give me. I should have walked away from the whole thing. Instead I was bitter about paying twice as much as I was expecting. I had gotten a cookies and cream with protein smoothie. I felt it was unremarkable. In hindsight I would have gotten something citrus. The places was clean enough and the staff was friendly. The smoothie was made correctly. I just did not like that I could not get my coupon honored which was a big reason why I went to Jamba Juice, the other reason was that it was right next to me. read more

Jamba Juice is the premiere place for smoothies. I prefer their non-dairy drinks, the ALL FRUIT Smoothies including: Peach Perfection Pomegranate Paradise I find that dairy products don't quench your thirst and may in fact make you more thirsty and are less refreshing, so opt for the ALL FRUIT. I don't like the supplements, free or not, as they seem to be gritty and if you're going to enjoy something, don't try to fool yourself it's healthy by adding some powder, it's effectively ruining an enjoyable experience. I don't drink coffee nor tea. So, when friends who want to go to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf or Starbucks or any other premium coffee chain, and tells me "they have smoothies and non-coffee drinks" to satisfy my needs, I'm now learning those places are coffee houses, not juice bars and their versions of non-coffee drinks all pretty much suck... that's why I should insist on JAMBA JUICE, it's a big enough chain that locations are convenient to find and I'll bring mine to their coffee shop to sit with them and actually enjoy my beverage. Jamba Juice by the way is a public company whose stocks trade under the symbol JMBA on the NASDAQ stock exchange. The 52 week low is $1.51 per share and the 52 week high is $2.94 per share, as of mid-January it's trading around $2.50 per share. FYI comparatively Starbucks has a low of $43 and high of $62 and is currently at $55, and 5 years ago (2008) their stock was $20, then dipped to around $10 in 2009. I think Jamba Juice is the Starbucks of Juice Smoothie chains (where Robeks is like Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf and Surf City Squeeze is like Peet's Coffee). Oh, back to reviewing Jamba Juice... This location is good. At least when buying from known chains, you have price consistency in tourist trap areas like Downtown Disney, so that's good. This location is found at down town Disney, so you'll need to park in the dtd parking lot. They don't validate so be aware of your free parking limit. They have a clean location and they are quick with their orders! I came in with a coworker to talk to the manager about helping out teachers at my school. The manager didn't hesitate to help the local school and gave us some gift cards to share with my fellow teachers for the school year. We are forever grateful! During my visit I also picked up an acai berry smoothie, it's my favorite it's packed with good flavor and nutritions. Worst Jamba experience ever. Bought an acai bowl & 2 shots: ginger & tumeric. I asked the nice cashier for a cup of ice to go so I could pour my shots in them. He was so sweet-I gave $5 tip-feeling the Disney happiness. That's where it all ended. Once we got our order, the girl did not give me my to-go cup of ice. I asked for it & she was clearly already annoyed at me. I got my ice, then asked if I could have a lid and straw so I could put my "shots" in them. She said, "we don't give lids for free water" I explained that this was not for free water, it was for the shots I just bought here. She was still adamant and said "no lids for free water" I told her I'll pay for it. I told her I just gave this store a 50% tip and I can't even get a lid, especially during "Covid" times etc. she was definitely fluffing her rooster feathers to me and now clearly annoyed-said no. I asked for a straw at least-NOPE. So I head towards the registers where she met me and before I could even ask for a manager, she def let me know she was the manager. Caught her name: HANNAH on her name tag. I had enough. Obviously she doesn't know how to lead and chooses to use her "power" as a manager. Give me a break little girl-grow up and get some leadership skills. Jamba Juice-train your leaders better. This was the worst experience ever. The hours on Google is misleading though as it says on there that they are only open on Saturdays until 1pm. I'm glad that I went to check it out against Google posting the incorrect hours. The doors were open which my heart jumped for joy. I wanted an acai bowl but did check out their menu just in case if anything was interesting. They had bbq tofu wraps that looked awesome and the fruit cups but still went with my original option. The acai bowl is not bad for the price of an arm and a leg. Just kidding, it's just a price of an arm ($8.49). The acai bowl was good but I've had better. I substituted almond milk rather than soymilk. I looooove Jamba Juice and I LOOVE this one especially for being in the downtown Disney district. They have a lot of staff so everything goes by fast. Their smoothies are thick and not too sweet. You will not miss it ! The inside is just like any typical Jamba Juice with a cashier that takes your order and someone that makes your drink for you. This week and the next following week they are doing 2 dollar sixteen ounce fruit and veggie smoothies. I called ahead at this location and asked if they were accepting the coupons and they said yes! I was pretty surprised but very glad that they did and I got my nice cute sixteen ounce drink that I loved!! :) I don't know what it is about it but I do love pomegranate plus the strawberry ones are good too! If you want a nice fruit smoothie this is a cute and fun place to come and get your drinks. When I was a little kid, I almost hated trips to Disneyland. They were awful. This was back in the day when the best rides you had to buy an E ticket, and my parents were cheap and would NEVER buy an E-ticket. We took lame rides that wouldn't scare anybody, since mom and our poor as dirt relatives from the Philippines were too terrified to do anything more than drive the cars at the Autopia or go to America Sings for the umpteenth time. What made the trips worse was that by the end of the day, my sister, my brother had all had a meltdown. Our parents would then spank us to force us to behave, which made everyone tense and us miserable. Add to that the long wait in lines while standing in the sum and nobody would think Disneyland was the happiest place on earth. What my parents didn't know is that we were losing it because they refused to buy drinks. We craved a cold, icy drink sold at the park. My parents thought we just wanted the drinks for the novelty and Dad wasn't shelling out the cash for that because they still had the poverty mentality that new immigrants have. I will admit that we liked the novelty of buying a grape juice sold in a plastic grape cluster looking container. What none of us realized was that we kids were also trying to answer nature's call- the call to stay hydrated and to keep up blood sugar at a safe level. As I grew up, I finally cracked the code: when your kid is thirsty at a theme park, give 'em a damn drink. The $5 you pay for a stupid soda is actually worth about $65 bucks, which is the price you pay for admission. Give the kid a drink and they'll stop losing their minds. Anyway, all this set up is to explain why I absolutely, positively needed Jamba Juice at the end of my day at Disneyland. I was getting ready to board the tram to get in my car and go home. I was tired and I had a headache, but all of the sudden I was craving a Jamba Juice. I thought the chances were slim, since it was almost 11pm and some of the shops at Downtown Disney were already closed. Mercifully, they were open. I got a peachy cup of smoothie. Sooooo good. It was just what I needed. I tasted the drink and it was nothing special. Just your typical Jamba smoothie. The difference is that I was getting it after a long day at the park. It was a nice cap to the day and I really felt that I needed it. My body was screaming for it in a way that a soda wouldn't do. Thanks for staying open late, Jamba Juice. This location is at the entrance of Disneyland parks after the security gate and is a good place to get a cold smoothie before making your way through to the ticketing gate at either park entrance. I got a fruity smoothie that combined Mango, Pineapple, and Passion Fruit. My friend got a veggie smoothie which she claimed to enjoy. Been a fan of Jamba Juice for many years when I lived in the Bay Area many years ago. While checking out Downtown Disney the other day, dropped by this location for something refreshing, yet healthy. A little dismayed to learn that they were now charging .25 for each boost you want to add to your drink. Not sure if this is something recent, because I don't recall paying for any boosts while patronizing JJ's in Vegas when I resided there until recently. Overall, still great tasting, and enjoyed my boost less Razzmatazz all the same! I'm thinking I need to dig up my old Jamba Mug that was purchased in 2001, and supposedly would always be good for a refill price, though I can't recall the price. Because it's at Downtown Disney, this location can have very long lines. That usually means that there's a backup in making the smoothies so, you might have to wait a bit longer than at other locations. But that's ok.
