Jamba Juice is... well... Jamba Juice. I'm not giving it only three stars because its unclean or tastes bad or something like that. In fact, its beautifully renovated and is clean to Disney standards, AND my Cold Buster tonight was delicious. I'm giving it three stars because its painfully expensive. Its in the $5 range for a sixteen sized smoothie. I mean, its great if you are craving something possibly healthy (depending on your order) to drink as you stroll through Downtown Disney... But the price is worth avoiding. Now i see a great reason why there is no Starbucks in DTD, A latte would be $10. But if you work for Disney or Downtown Disney (Dunno about Annual Passes) You get a discount that makes the price comparable to normal Jamba Juice. :) read more

I always make a stop here whenever I'm vacationing at Disneyland. I swear this place serves up perfect, delish drinks every single time. I never have those "Oh this tastes a little different/sour/weird" comments. Every time I order something here it's perfection. It's located in the Downtown Disney District, and it's usually pretty packed (especially during the hot, summer, peak months). The prices are a bit steeper than your regular joe schmoe jamba juice because it's located next to the park/located in downtown disney. But despite it being pricer than usual and that there's always hella people at this place at all times, it's refreshing. My strawberries wild is always on hit. No complaints ever. The staff here are pretty nice and they work pretty fast too. I never have to wait too long for my drink. Oh and btw if you're an annual pass holder you get 10% off your purchase, so there's an incentive right there. So glad they have this here. And on top of that they don't trip when you wanna bring your drink into the park either, well for California Adventure atleast. This Jamba Juice conveniently located right next to the Grand Californian Hotel side entrance which also *SECRET* has it's own entrance to the California Disneyland Theme Park (brings you right in between Soaring California & Grizzly Peak). I love Jamba Juice! So much so I don't mind spending the $6 for a medium. This location gets pretty busy but it's in Downtown Disney! So no surprise there. I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes and that includes waiting in line and getting my drink made! The staff are super friendly here and work quick! The cost is prohibitive - but the wheat grass poured over a Vita C smoothie is delicious. Its nice that you can grab one of these and it often fills you up as much as a meal with less cost for Downtown Disney. Or they are big enough to share as a snack. Its important to remember that any of their drinks with milk are as calorie and fat rich as a whopper. They have some monster fatty drinks here - which is weird for a place that centers itself around Juice. It makes you have to be warry of what they are doing to your drink. They are not a heart healthy/responsible organization or business in any way. If you know what to look for - the carrot juice mixed with orange juice comes to mind - then you can drink very healthy here. If your just trusting their judgment you might as well have a burger and some fries. The Juice counter at whole foods seems consistently better - but no wheres near as convenient. So, 3 stars is because they are too expensive, too high in calories, and not even as good as the juice stand in a grocery store. Probably 2.75 would be more fare overall - but on the other hand I have had a smoothie that was a 5 star smoothie - its just not an accurate reflection on the whole menu/business. Because of their location in DTD, this Jamba Juice usually has a line out the door. Lucky the staff is very friendly and efficient and I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes (from point of standing in line, until I walk out with my drink). Now thedown side is because of their location in DTD, they tend to be more expensive than most Jamba Juices in the surrounding area. Jamba Classic Smoothies: $4.50/sixteen, $5.30/original, $6.10/power Creamy Indulgences & Jamba Functionals Smoothies: $5.10/sixteen, $5.90/original, $6.70/power All Fruit & Jamba Light Smoothies: $4.80/sixteen, $5.60/origianl, $6.40/power. Hot Oatmeal with Fruit: $2.95 Yogurt & Fruit Blends: $4.00/twelve, $4.80/sixteen For the prices alone I give them 3 stars, you'd think with as much foot traffic that comes through every day, they could afford to be consistent with their prices. While paying $6.50 for a smoothie might not bother a tourist because in comparison to what's sold in the parks, it's considered reasonably priced, the prices are defiantly a deterrent for those of us who work in the parks and like to enjoy a smoothie or two a week. read more

I'm a cast member at the grand and I literally come here once every two weeks and everyone is so nice and kind they do get busy but that doesn't mean they do a bad job the smoothies and bowl are always a perfect consistency and I've never had a brown banana so that means their fruit is always fresh ... will continue to come here and keep drinking smoothies read more

This Jamba is just your typical Jamba Juice, except that it's located in Downtown Disney, meaning everything is like at LEAST $1 more than it is at regular locations! Over $5 over for a 16 ounce? Got three drinks here today, $18.50 total. Bug in one of them but picked it out and moved on. Came back in and asked for parking validation but they wouldn't allow for under $20 purchase - agreed to buy an overpriced water to make up for the $1.50 we needed to validate, and they required it all be on one transaction. The customer service at this location is extremely poor- across the board, Disneyland guest services have been a disappointment this trip. I love Jamba Juice especially this location we come here all the time because we're also pass holders, but for the first time my husband and I felt like we were bothering the cashier. Vanessa was her name. She never smiled once.... even though we were smiling and very pleasant. I'm just assuming she was having a bad day but even then in a professional interior designer and my husband is s physical therapist. We wouldn't ever treat our clients or patients without a smile regardless of our crappy day. Anyway, hopefully she'll see this and take it as constructive criticism. Oatmeal from Jamba and a coffee from Peets (inside Haagen Dazs) kept me going for many hours inside Disneyland park. Pretty cheap considering you're in Downtown Disney. The calorie count is misleading; the berry combo is 290 and the brown sugar is 220. If you look at the menu, the brown sugar is suppose to be 7.5 ounces and the berry combo is 9. Go for the berry combo and put some fruit in your diet! read more

We were staying at the Disneyland Hotel & we were able to find some prepackaged items for the next morning (like bagels, fruit & even a protein pack that worked great for my low carb diet). This Jamba Juice is a standard Jamba Juice that just so happens to be located in Downtown Disney but I can definitely see why people leave the parks for lunch and run over here. It is very convenient location-wise, the line moves fairly quickly, and offers what is probably the healthiest option around Disney. I ordered the Razzmatazz Smoothie. It was incredibly filling and great to walk around drinking my lunch instead of wasting time to sit down and order a meal. read more

It was very convenient to go to Jamba Juice for breakfast on my way to enjoy our Magic Morning at Disneyland. That way I could drink my breakfast on the go rather than stop and eat. (Another hour of sleep is a precious thing when you're exhausted.) I got a watermelon coconut water thing which was yummy but I had to have them remake it because I saw her put strawberries in it. (The menu did not say strawberries were in the drink and I'm allergic so that would not have been good had I not caught it.) They were pretty slow that morning and a lot of people were standing around or starting drinks and then going off to attend to another task and not finishing the drinks. i always get orange carrot juice WITH EXTRA ICE whenever i go to jamba. emphasis on EXTRA ICE! i get the 12 ouce and most times, the person puts it in an original size with JUST ONE SCOOP OF ICE. well, this sweet girl that made my drink totally read my mind! she asked me over the counter if i wanted extra ice and i said YES! she then proceeded to fill the power size with ice and poured my drink over.
