Despite that, the drink tasted like peach juice straight out of a can--not tea. It was disappointing to pay extra and still receive a drink that wasn't prepared the way I requested. What's frustrating is that this place is literally a block from our home. We should be regular customers, but after this experience, we'd rather drive all the way to Westminster to get our tea. The location may be convenient, but convenience isn't enough when the customer service makes you feel unwelcome and the drink doesn't meet basic expectations. We won't be coming back.

Instead, there's a small menu posted that looks almost like an afterthought, featuring only a handful of drinks and food items. I'd estimate it shows maybe 10% of the actual offerings. I even asked other people waiting in line where the menu was, and everyone just shrugged. Apparently, we're all supposed to magically know what we want before reaching the register! The line to order was also lengthy, with only two cashiers handling customers. Rather than assigning another employee to help move the line along, one cashier would periodically step away to put order stickers on cups for mobile orders, leaving just one person taking orders. With more than 20 employees in the store, you'd think staffing the ordering area would be a little more efficient. When we finally reached the register, I asked an employee where the menu was. They suggested using my phone and pointed toward a dark corner where the menu was posted. Sure enough, there it was! A menu that customers apparently have to discover like a hidden Mickey. To be fair, the employees were friendly, and our drinks were prepared correctly and came out quickly. We'll definitely come back, but this location could benefit from a much more customer-friendly layout, better menu visibility, and more efficient use of its staff.
