These were purchased in August 2025 and altho my receipt clearly stated that items could be returned within 90 days, when I attempted to return the unused , unopened sheets of tile less than 60 days after date of purchase, Floor and Decor REFUSED MY RETURN STATING THAT THE TILES I JUST PURCHASED 60 DAYS AGO WERE NOW OUT OF STOCK AND UNRETURNABLE!!! The quote was great and inside the budget we'd allowed and we got a ton more than we expected - broken boards replaced, boards that had been replaced with the wrong wood were removed and redone with the correct, matching wood, a couple of boards that didn't lay completely flat were repaired, and so on. But the finished floors were the star of the show! The floors look new. Not repaired, not improved - NEW. We have a long house, and you can see a huge expanse of wooden flooring from one end to the other, and the effect is now gorgeous. We are entirely happy and we got exactly what we'd hoped for. We recommend Max and Luxe Flooring 100% and would use them without hesitation on any further refinishing projects.

No other company did this. Second, he had the lowest quoted price for the job. Third, after I selected him, he was transparent about tradeoffs rather than purely trying to upsell me. They said it might take two weeks, but they got it done in one. And my lamp is back to its healthy, non-shocking ways. Go there. Not bad! Basically, I would say that they were very knowledgeable, extremely welcoming and affable people with excellent customer service, and as far as I can tell, they charged a reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again as they certainly have earned a repeat customer (just hoping that I won't have any more broken lamps, haha).
