Only one staff lady reached out to see if i needed help on the first floor, no one else looked at me when i was checking things out upstairs but that's alright, i don't mind since i could cruise the floor in peace. The setups are nice and organized. The store felt really clean. The demo setups had some stylings that I could see in my own home. Given some of the prices of the dining room tables I would have to really be in love with the setup. They do have custom ordering upstairs where they have designers who can help you choose materials and styles. All in all didn't have a purchase today but i liked the store itself.

The salesroom had dozens of sink faucets, and I went there to do brick-and-mortar shopping, since seeing the fixture and discussing it with a knowledgable salesperson was important to me. When this happened a year ago, I let it slide. Now, different salesperson, same lack of interest in customer service. I truly want to deal locally, but that is proving difficult. Maybe the Snow and Jones salespeople should go on a field trip to Yale Electric and to F.W. Webb, not too far away, as they have larger showrooms, but more importantly, their experienced sales staff doesn't blow you off.

Well....to my surprise we never received the promised email so we ended up ordering online through Home Depot and found out later thru the parts department at S&J their price for the same faucet was $125 higher!!! I felt that if we were a couple looking to redo an entire bathroom and kitchen we would have been given that quote on the spot. Also, please note we were the only people in the showroom with three employees sitting at desks. This experience didn't sit well with me and I will never go there again or recommend them.

The end result was better than we hoped and we only had one small change order for a late change we made to the plan. We truly appreciated the professionalism and flexibility of the whole NKB team from the design process with Tong through final payment with Adelya in Finance. They kept us on schedule and on budget with no surprises. We now have a beautiful bathroom that we will enjoy for years to come!

Surprisingly the low ball option were t so low. We chose DK&M after looking at reviews and remodels they've done. What was essentially a new cabinet project turned into a much bigger job with a wall separating the kitchen and dining area knocked down and a large opening cut in the wall separating the kitchen and living area. We went with a cabinet design from Waypoint that while a standard cabinet are proving to be solid and well manufactured. DK&M (Bill Reed) explained the process and timeline very well and then met the timeline exactly. We replaced the range and microwave as part of the project. Given this was done between January and March 2020 eg COVID time we were surpassingly unaffected by material issues and in fact most vendors were ahead of schedule. They partner with Envy Remodeling and the team Rob sent in was top notch. Very professional, on time , and excellent at their jobs. I did some rough analysis of material and labor costs and based on the hours spent onsite and similar big box store cabinet prices we feel it was a fair project cost. Looking back it was a very smooth process with no drama. We would highly recommend this team for any remodeling job.

Amazing! SSDB was my 3rd estimate for a leaking shower. They not only scheduled an actual time for the estimate (not a time window) but showed up on time and quoted significantly less than the previous estimates (which I was unwilling to pay). They provided me with options for the new shower to be installed and again, showed up on time! All of the staff were professional, thoughtful, and efficient, completing the new shower acrylic cover in one day despite having an odd shaped shower and some unexpected glitches (with the space) last minute. They were able to create an amazing idea for the shower and were polite all day! They not only installed a beautiful shower but went above and beyond to do some extra caulking and did an impeccable job cleaning up before they left. I contacted multiple companies when I began to think to redo the bathroom. I could not have gotten a better company. From Steve in the showroom helping me pick selections, to his visit the same day to measure and confirm what was best. Rich came when materials were available. He removed the whirlpool tub, replaced with new regular tub, installed tub surround, and shower doors. The work was impeccable completing small details to finish. Jay came for plumbing. I have a small house with only one bathroom. I did not want the hassle of ripping my shower out and taking 3 days (with luck) to have it completed. I met at the showroom and had them come to my house to measure. I had the job done a few months later and the install guys were fantastic. They were clean and courteous and the job came out great. My daughter and I feel like we are in a high end hotel when taking a shower now. If you want a new, beautiful bath, you will not be disappointed. A HUGE thank you to these three fellas for making the entire process so easy from start to finish. I had my Mom's bathroom converted from a tub to a beautiful walk-in shower with all the great features. Excellent communication, quality work, great clean up, explained everything, and reviewed the procedure with my Mom before they started the actual work. They also ensured the bars and shelving were where she wanted them and fit her height needs. Everyone from the owners, Steve and Rich, sales representative, the plumber, installer, etc was professional, and accommodating.
