Awesome food and service. Gavin was amazing. He was even nice when he told us we had to leave

Food service was so good we had to be put out. Love the atmosphere and the waiter. Thank you Gavin!

My dad took me here and said it had good breakfast. It was okay, nothing came at me as special. Seating was okay but it was noisy read more

We visited Jam & Toast for Saturday brunch. The restaurant's decor is stunning. It features indoor and outdoor seating. Arriving around 11, we were seated immediately. Traffic into the restaurant was steady during our entire visit. As a customer, cleanliness is just as important as a beautiful aesthetic. Jam needs attention in that regard. The restroom and floors look like they've seen better days (a used and visible plunger was in the corner), and the ketchup container at our table was unusable due to being covered in dried ketchup. Our server was efficient but not very welcoming. It was definitely a business transaction. Last but not least, the food. Our order came out within 10 minutes of being placed. The French toast was good. My husband's eggs appeared to be powdered, and the bacon was blah. I don't think I've ever had blah bacon. Overall, we left feeling very underwhelmed and won't be back. The space is beautiful though. read more

Love this brunch spot! And not just cuz my niece Hope and cousin Julie works here. I actually came to eat here with my cousin Joi before they started working here and enjoyed it. It's so bright and cute in here. We came here yesterday for my sister's bday brunch. We damn near ordered everything it seemed. Orange juice is fresh squeezed. Coffee is great. Food was super. Especially the Chesapeake Benedict. The asparagus and brussel sprouts were pretty good too. I would definitely come back for brunch and just to chill. read more

This place is incredible ! Gavin was our server. Very professional!! 1st time in. Will be back soon to try other items. Thanks!

Told our waiter when we arrived we were in a hurry. Brought our drinks after almost 10 minutes, left and came back after almost another 10 minutes to take our order. One person in our party had to return to work so when the food was finally delivered it had to be boxed to go. And, it was not very good. Used to love coming here but won't be back. read more

The restaurant itself was cute, and the service was very friendly. In terms of the food itself though, it was slightly disappointing. The eggs were barely seasoned, and the hash browns did not stand out. I did really enjoy the french toast though. The sweetness combined with the bananas was perfect in my eyes. It's a cute brunch place, but do not expect anything amazing. read more

Gavin, our server, was superb! He was attentive, polite, and welcoming. He made my family and I feel valued. I was thoroughly surprised when he did not object to my request for triangular shaped, pecans with semi-rounded corners on my French toast. read more

I've been here before, but unfortunately the food and service have gone downhill. We ordered the J&T burger that came out looking dry--and they completely forgot the fried shrimp that was supposed to come with it. My Vegetarian Skillet was bland and lacked flavor. Service was just as underwhelming. Our server forgot to bring my printed receipt, and we ended up waiting 10 minutes before having to ask another staff member to remind her. Overall, not a great experience. I hope things improve, but I won't be rushing back anytime soon. read more

The food is consistently good. I'm especially fond of the corned beef hash. Ask for it crispy. The service is always friendly and attentive. We visit often! My only complaint is the booth seating is too far apart for comfort. We always request a table and the scoot it up to a better, more convenient spot. read more

First time at Jam & Toast and it was fabulous. the meals came out prepared exactly how we requested. our server, George/Jorge, was very knowledgeable and personable. he never let our drinks go dry and checked on us the perfect amount of times. He gave us time to taste the food before asking how it was and don't hover. I recommend this place hands down. read more

This is my first time here. Upon entering, it is loud. Like background noises loud. There will be utensils clattering, people chatting, and music playing. Overall the atmosphere is very suited for a busy breakfast, and the service is standard. We were greeted, seated promptly, and were given ample amount of time to decide on our order. I chose their [Strawberry & Nutella French Toast] and their [Vegetarian Omelette]. [Strawberry & Nutella French Toast] * This dish is a 8/10. It was good but nothing exceptional about it. Very sweet, the cream was chilled and the toast was warm. Very standard. [Vegetarian Omelet] * This dish is an astonishing 9/10. The flavor was delicious, the veggies were fresh and the cheese was stringy. Overall, a very pleasant experience and definitely worth a visit! read more

This place is a solid 3.5. We tried many dishes as a large group for lunch and their menu is pretty simple with breakfast items for $10-15. My friend really liked their mimosa. It was a generous serving with freshly squeezed oranges. I had a croffle, which was pretty good but none of their food as a group felt super special in terms of preparation or complexity. They offer very classic American breakfast foods. Everything was also light and under seasoned which I felt was intentional for people to add salt or whatever they want. The most unique thing on their menu out of what we tried was the quinoa in their hashbrowns which was a side with one of our dishes. Service was alright. We waited a while to get our check after finishing. Our server cleaned up an entire table next to us with another worker and checked in with us later on so it would have been nice if they acknowledged us and brought the check over sooner. read more

Jam & Toast in Suwanee, GA is a great brunch spot! Food 5/5. Service 5/5. Ambiance 5/5. This brunch spot has a variety of options that are family-friendly of all ages. I'm a big fan of their Quinoa Hashbrowns and their homemade jam is delicious. I like how they use modern breakfast spots and add an innovate and healthier twist. I think this makes them stand out! The interior is very simplistic and nice. It feels very classy and like an elevated brunch spot. There are a lot of seating for parties of all sizes and is family-friendly. The service was nice. The waitress/hostess at the entrance didn't greet us and didn't acknowledge us at first. She had a sour/unhappy face as she brought us to our table so it wasn't a great first impression. Our actual waitress was much more pleasant and provided good service. We ordered the J&T board and a bacon burger. J&T board sounded great because it provided variety; it came with a large biscuit, a croffle, a sausage patty, bacon, strawberry jam, dulce de leche, and butter. The biscuit was good and so was the bacon. The croffle was just a croissant that was smashed in a waffle iron so it became dry and stale. The sausage was too salty. Dulce de leche was sickeningly sweet. Husband said his burger was okay. It came with plenty of fries. It'a a large space to chill and have a coffee, but I wasn't a big fan of the food. read more

A great little spot. So bright and shiny with good food and great service. Fast, good and not crazy prices like Original Pancake House. We got the American Breakfast - eggs, bacon, hash browns and two pancakes. Eggs really good bacon really good hash browns decent and the pancakes are star. If anything I would ask for a better pancake syrup. Otherwise don't change a thing. I think it was like $13 for a large plate. read more

I came in for Monday brunch. We were seated immediately. The decor is nice but our booth was a bit untidy. Our server was friendly. She took our orders and brought our lattes back shortly. She also handled request promptly. My food was okay. I ordered the vegetarian skillet. It comes with spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, asparagus, brussel sprouts, cheese, eggs, and hash browns. The spinach was raw--not necessarily cooked into the dish, the mushrooms were whole, and the tomato was a thick slice instead of diced. Also, the hash browns were pretty soft. On the other hand, my partner enjoyed the grilled chicken sandwich on a croissant with home sliced potatoes. The skillet definitely wasn't what I expected it to be; I wouldn't order it if I come again. read more

Tried this place on a whim. I'm so glad we did. The food was great! Our server, Malia, was so kind and attentive. With all of our many questions and modifications, she was very sweet and accommodating. The restaurant is clean and the decor is impressive. The menu is extensive. There are many options for breakfast and lunch. There is a bar as well. Didn't visit the bar this time. Will give it a try next time. This is a great place to bring clients and family visiting from out of town. Reservations are only available during the week for a minimum of six persons. We will definitely return. read more

Parking Jam and Toast is located in a shopping center. So parking is available. Exterior Jam and Toast is very visible in the shopping center. Interior Jam and Toast is very modern. The food was ok. I had the chorizo skillet, tomato soup, and tried some of the steak bits omelette. They skillet and omelette lacked flavor, but the soup was alright. The food is not terrible and the service is good, but for the price I would say there are much better places to eat. read more

Dropped in here for lunch yesterday with colleagues, and was pleasantly surprised at their lunch menu! Based off the restaurant's name, I thought this was a breakfast-only restaurant that served through lunchtime. But they had a nice-sized lunch menu in addition to the breakfast items. I personally ordered the club sandwich, which came with a side of fries. One of my colleagues had the Pesto Club Panini with fries and another one had avocado toast with a side salad. I believe we all thoroughly enjoyed our lunches! Will definitely add this to our rotation of lunches near the office!!! read more

Food was just ok, it wasn't bad or exceeded expectations. I don't recommend hazelnut latte as it was way too sweet and tasted mostly like syrup. I enjoyed the quinoa hashbrowns a lot. The croffle was good if you want something sweet. read more

We took a gaggle of kiddos to put to brunch between games. The facility is very nice and clean. They have a nice menu of classier breakfast and brunch items too. The food was well received all around the table. Two things I would have like to see differently: #1) if you are with a group (we were) they allow a maximum of 4 credit card transactions. We had 5 families and it was annoying to have to combine a check and Venmo each other when the server should have been able to handle it. #2) I didn't see GF bread options and for this type of place, that was surprising. read more

Angelina and Gavin are absolutely amazing at what they do. Hospitable and executes with a smile on their face! Definitely will be back!

Where do I begin? This was our first time at Jam and Toast. We had a large party of approximately 15 ladies celebrating birthdays, arriving at 11:30 am. Advanced reservations were made, so we did not surprise the hostess. We were accommodated at two separate tables which is understandable but the available table that was adjacent to our larger seating was not used. Instead, 5 ladies sat two, vacant tables away from the larger group. This place has its rules when it comes to payment. No separate checks, only 3 credit cards per table can be used or you'll be asked to be included on someone's card to be settled later. Paying cash was a nightmare. Our server never produced a receipt - just verbally gave us our individual total. Service: I got one coffee refill. Not sure if that's a house rule or what. Our server came by only once to ask about refills and never returned except to ask for payment. We had to find her to ask for take away boxes and our checks. There's also a time limit on tables. We were within this time limit but that did not stop the server with the table of 5 ladies from interrupting them, mid meal, and ask for payment. Food: I had the Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict with a side of hash browns. My yolks were solid and everything was barely warm. I should have sent back but did not want to risk the microwave 'reheat.' I would suggest getting the hollandaise on the side so it does not cool off on your eggs by the time it reaches the table. I will mention another guest suspected her omlette was made with liquid egg product rather than fresh eggs. The restaurant is a lovely space, very nice, clean and modern. It was not particularly busy, with several empty tables. It's just unfortunate they have these payment restrictions for large parties. All waitstaff are equipped with hand held POS machines. No restriction as to type of card - only the number of cards used per table. It's hard to say if waitstaff are not trained well, or don't care and rude. Why ask customers to pay up while dining and expect a 20% gratuity? If you are in a party of more than six, I would not recommend this establishment. read more

I ordered eggs scrambled with cheese, bacon, potatoes and French toast. My eggs were scorched, my potatoes and french toast were cold.
