Ran to UPS ScottsV where they sent it through first try and said it's not uncommon for print shops to still operate with outdated fax machines that are notoriously know to have issues. It about cost me my case. Can't express the helpfulness of the UPS staff vs the lacksidasical, non-caring attitude of Annex's staff.

She was so kind and patient and compassionate towards the extra time it took for documents to be signed with an X while my client held a sharpie in her mouth. One of the other employees even signed as a witness because we were short one witness. They really couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Christine was very thorough with the documents too, as different protocols are used in California when signing X. She made extra sure it was done right, She also made a whole bunch of copies for them. They really did a great job today. Very impressive. I can't thank them enough. I hope this helps :)
