They should have let me know immediately when I asked to send a fax that their system was broken. What a waste of time. They printed everything I needed, didn't waste any of my time by dragging their feet, and didn't overcharge me even though I still would've paid if they did. I don't care if FedEx Office opens up a location next door to where my meetings are, I'm still only gonna be coming here.
