Thai Iced Tea
Abigail S.

The food was very good. It came out super fast, the tom yum soup had a nice broth, could have had more in it. I recommend getting a side of white rice with it. The pad see ew was cooked perfectly. The broccoli and chicken were awesome. The noodles weren't too hard or soft. Good flavor. Thai iced tea was 10/10. Perfect ice to drinks ratio. The service was great. She was super nice and very attentive. The inside was very cute. Authentic place! All three items were $30 and you get super full from it too. Do try!

Located in a strip Mall.. we went there for lunch... Out of all the Thai restaurants I've tried, this one is definitely my favorite! Every dish is bursting with authentic flavor, made with fresh ingredients, and cooked to perfection. You can actually taste the wok in every bite--that smoky, charred flavor that makes great Thai food so special. We did order a couple of dishes, Pad See Ew, Soooo good!!! the smoky wok flavor... Papaya Salad, is so fresh and flavorful, Chicken satay, not over cooked.. they offer this chili sauce you can add to your dish, its a must try.. The sua Rong hai or grilled heef.. with the sticky rice.. yummmm.. The service is always warm and welcoming, making the whole experience even better.

Tom yum noodle soup with beef, papaya salad, and chicken satay.

very authentic Thai food. a good selection of variety. server was very nice and gave good recommendations.

Absolutely insanely rude staff. The woman working the front needs to be replaced or given a course in customer service. This place closes at 8:30, right? So, we walk in, starving, at 7:51. You'd think that would give us 39 minutes to eat. Nope! She starts rolling her eyes and muttering under her breath, and told us that we had to order right away. We ordered appetizers and then she told us we couldn't order anything else. "Our kitchen wants to go home" or something along those lines. The appetizers were fine, but I've never been rushed out of a place before they even close. The lady was so nasty!

Met a friend for lunch here. At noon on a Friday they were busy but it wasn't crazy. Service was fine, not rude but not overly friendly either. It's not an upscale place to take anyone to impress them but the food was solid. I ordered tofu pad Thai and a Thai iced tea (same thing I always order at a new place). Tasted yummy but needed heat (for me!). Had enough left to take some to go for lunch the next day! I would go back.

First time here. I ordered spicy papaya salad and medium spicy beef salad. Nothing is spicy at all. Not a damn chili on these foods. Beef salad tastes like fried beef in syrup Disappointed.

I would keep coming back to this place for the wonton soup but if I'm going to be with a group I would try other dishes because I saw other people ordering them and they look good. I first saw what appeared to be a roach in the bathroom and tried to brush it off. Then I saw a MOUSE crawling inside the restaurant. My food had just arrived, I took one bite, and immediately lost my appetite, not to mention ton the food looked like it was a dollar store microwaveable dinner! There were also mops and piles of clothing/belongings sitting in the hallway near the kitchen area, which only added to my concerns about cleanliness. What made it worse was the response. There was no manager available, staff acted like I was making the mouse up, refused to take my concern seriously, and still made me pay for food I couldn't stomach eating after what I witnessed. Seeing both a roach and a mouse during ONE visit is enough for me. I have filed a formal health department complaint requesting an inspection. I would absolutely not eat here again.

Thankfully, Phat Phat stepped in to fill that gap. We drove 30 miles for a late lunch around 2:30 p.m. to hopefully beat the crowds. There's a huge parking lot in the back, the building itself is incredibly unique, and the interior is absolutely beautiful. It feels modern while still being warm and inviting. We wanted to try a variety of dishes, so we ordered two baskets of the Shanghai Soup Dumplings, the Enoki Mushroom appetizer, Chicken Fried Rice, Phat Phat Chicken, Nasi Campur, and finished the meal with the Mango Sago. Everything was incredible. The soup dumplings definitely filled the void that Din Tai Fung left behind. Every dish was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and served piping hot. The Mango Sago was the perfect palate cleanser and a refreshing way to end the meal on a hot summer day. The standout for me was the Enoki Mushroom appetizer. That will be a must-order every time we come back. We also have Indonesian family and have visited Bali, so we were excited to try the Nasi Campur. It was spot on. The satay is another must-order in my opinion. Our waiter was kind and attentive, and the rest of the staff were just as welcoming and pleasant.
