It's kind of weird to even have it on the menu. I would not order the bibimbap again; it is very gochujang on white rice. My husband and I ordered online at 5:40 pm tonight. The order said it would be done at 6:00-6:09. Guess when our order was ready? Around 6:30! While the food was pretty good, this poor communication with the staff and delivery apps is just not worth it. My husband was talking to the delivery drivers waiting and they said this is a normal occurrence. So if you want your food fast, try one of the other restaurants on the street maybe. They also acted like they never received my order but pinned the receipt to my order and I can clearly see the pick up time and order time on it. Do better jtab! read more

What a wonderful experience! This place offers it all. Dim sum, sushi, poke bowls, noodle dishes, fun boba drinks and mango sticky rice. Servers were extremely kind and patient. Also helpful with the questions we had since we had never experienced dim sum before and was curious as to what many of the menu items were. She helped us narrow it down to a few and they all satisfied. Went with spicy pork bao, creamy egg custard bao, shrimp Shumai, Singapore noodles, shrimp poke bowl, and a few different beverages. I came back recently to MoCha inside Jade Tree Asian Bistro. I ordered on the spot and waited about 10 to 15 minutes for the order to be ready. I had the matcha boba bun, the green tea mille crêpe cake, and the mango mille crêpe cake. The matcha boba bun comes in an order of 2 for $6.95. The bun had matcha and boba in it. It was hot and fresh. It had a good taste but didn't really taste like matcha and the boba consistency is what you would expect. The green tea mille crêpe and the mango mille crêpe cake were $6.25 each. The flavors were good, but it was extremely small. I was shocked at the price and the size of the crêpe cake. Didn't realize the restaurant was located in the heart of Federal Hill - Providence amongst other great eateries, but parking is a challenge even for a quick pickup. The inside of the restaurant is very clean and a bit sleek and at the same time homely. Staff were friendly enough. The mango tea was absolutely delicious. So refreshing on a hot day! Go for the mango popping bubbles, they are generous with their portion. Just note the bubbles tend to stick to the bottom of the cup if you don't slurp them up with the tea. The Tokyo Snow drink was also excellent, the perfect sweet to creamy ratio. For starters the delivery guy left my food out on the side walk in front of my buildings door where people like to urinate instead of waiting the 45 seconds it takes for me to get to the door. I get back upstairs and I open the food. Dumplings are burnt and soggy, chicken was ok but was more brown meat than white and menu specified white meat, and the moo shu was so over cooked and salty it was inedible. The moment I went to get a piece the mushy coating just slid off. The tofu was cut in big chunks and was chewy. The shrimp tempura roll was fine. The crab Rangoon were disappointing also. To be clear, my review is for takeout orders which I place through GrubHub. I've never dined-in here. I usually order sushi and boba from JTAB about twice a month. Their sushi is delicious, and their boba drink options are some of the tastiest I've had delivered. I will say their delivery drivers are a hit or miss. Some follow delivery instructions to a T, while others ignore them completely. I have noticed that sometimes delivery is through them and sometimes through GH, so not sure which is better honestly. Their food is good, service is usually good, so overall, they're a go to for takeout for me. Besides sushi I really like their salt and pepper wings, too. Never crowded. Mobility / wheelchair accessible. Food is always good quality every time I order. I love the Sunset Maki roll and I get it over and over but their Godzilla Roll is good, too. Pick up orders are processed quickly , basically less than 20 minutes every time. I didn't think I would like their drinks but apart from I think it's chewy discs of mochi in it , I really love the avocado drink with sago , agar and cream mousse so I'm going to figure out the one ingredient and get it without that since they're pretty accommodating. Oh and there's a huge variety of food so you'll eventually mix it up. I loved their chicken fingers and am eager to try the red snapper combo. Vibe in the restaurant is low-key as it's kind of a takeaway place but they're super courteous and professional. Don't expect super high production value decor but it gets the job done and the food is tasty and well-prepared so bear in mind that you can come get food from this place and even sit down on graduation types of nights when there are lines up the block at all the Italian places on Atwells. The "dumplings" are disappointing; they're small and thin, and you can tell they're made from pre-made wrappers rather than homemade. The General Tao's tofu was nice and crispy, but the sauce is way too sweet. Although the menu says it's "hot and spicy," it was not spicy at all. The portion was large but too light on the vegetables for my taste. There was like one piece of broccoli--either put vegetables in or don't! They also have a full sushi menu. The sushi is slightly better... not the best sushi I've had but it's decent (similar to Haruki Express quality). No, no, no. Do not eat here. Ordered beef and broccoli with house fried rice with crab rangoon. Crab rangoons were empty. They literally sold me a set of empty triangles. Not one of the empty 8 had filling in them. It's imitation crab for Pete's sake! The shit isn't expensive! Filler up! And the rice was so salty from the soy sauce overload I developed instant heart palpitations. At first bite, the beef and broccoli tasted normal but as I continued to eat that too was overly salty and made in a snot thickened brown sauce.
