    1/2 lobster

Dune Brothers was a great find! We arrived late and the place was packed, but the staff was kind and let us know the wait would be about 15-20 minutes. Even though we sat close to closing time, the service was still attentive and friendly. The food was good, my lobster roll wasn't particularly memorable, but my husband had the half lobster and said it was amazing. The real standout, though, was the martinis, easily the best we've had on this trip. The place is beautiful, very smart designed to get the maximum out of the spaces

This is their second location that is a brick and mortar. I first tried their original location that is seasonal. This place is small but they do have outdoor seating. I ordered the fish and chips and skate. Fish of the day was fluke. Service was good our server kept checking in on us a few time. Fish was very moist. My only complaint is the thick layer of batter they have on, almost as think as the fish. The grilled skate was really good. It came with a buttery raisin sauce.

You've got to have seafood if you're in New England. I appreciate making clear chowder a choice as it is the local variety but I appreciated the honesty of the staff that there's a reason it isn't the most popular. The chowder was A+. The lobster was great but I was a little surprised that market price was $70. I also wish that it came with butter for dipping instead of cocktail sauce. There was some sort of congealed butter stuff in the base of the plate but it wasn't really dippable.

This place is very new because this location was where LiKeNoUdder use to be. Upon entering, everything was new, newly renovated and clean. We arrived right at opening! Staff was prompt and kind. She offered some of the specials and let us know what was and wasn't available. Keep in mind, they have some items available because they try to keep fish fresh and from the market place. They do replace some items depending on availability like for the fish and chips, or mussels for the calms dish. We were checked-in on frequently, and offered condiments, and more drinks. The steam mussels were the best part of our meal! The item on the menu is stated that little neck are used but instead, they were replaced by mussels. The soup was lemony with herbs and a side of bread that was delicious when dipped in the soup. We got some clam cakes because it's a New England special~ they were light and fluffy. Com cakes always are 90% bread and 10 or less % clam~ which is normal. They were the best clam bake because they taste light and savory. I also used them to dip in the mussel soup. I had fish and chips! The fish was a market place fish because there was no potluck version available. It was meatier and tasty. Tasted fresh and very warm. This was all in the pricy side~ but let me tell you I'd go back! We loved the mussels! Will try the regular time of clams next time around!

The new sit-down Dune Bros is awesome. Our group of 4 stopped by on a chilly January Friday and put our name down for an hour wait. (They will call you so you can stop by any of the local bars). We tried the crab special, snow crabs, the crudo, and fish special! Everything was delicious and super fresh. 10/10 recommend.

This longstanding Jewelry District trailer now has a brick-and-mortar storefront on Ives St. in the old Like No Udder location! I had no idea this was coming, but I was happy to see a new lunch option in Fox Point! They did an amazing job renovating -- it's a small space but very bright, warm, and comfortable. I can't believe they managed to squeeze a fish counter and indoor dining in here. There will be outdoor tables too but obviously that's not so relevant right now. The service was great! The menu is really impressive. It's the same spirit as their downtown location, but a little dressed up. Since I don't eat fish, I had a variety of sides and accoutrements. The salt and pepper fries are their huge crispy fries dressed up like calamari with hot peppers and scallions. I usually don't enjoy coleslaw, but the lemon and olive oil slaw was a fresh delight. The pickle plate was interesting but I could probably skip it next time. The portions are massive and I think anyone would be challenged to finish the fish and chips. Would definitely recommend this spot for anything from a casual lunch date to a celebratory dinner! Truly the only downside is the small space.

    Amazing fish and chips.

Had some very tasty local oysters that were delicious with that perfect salty brine. Their homemade Cocktail sauce was very tasty. I Followed the oysters with fish and chips made with pollock. Very fresh and delicious and the crust was amazing sprinkled with flaked salt. My waitress was very knowledgeable about the type of fish being served and the type of oysters. She also recommended a great white wine to serve with my dinner. The ambience is casual with a seafood market theme decor. Extremely clean and up to date. I will certainly bring my family and friends next time.

Go for the specials here, they are killer. I wasn't ready to spend $37 on a lobster roll (I bet it is delicious though, getting it next time) so we got a bunch of other stuff and were really impressed! Clam cakes and clear chowder hit the spot (they were out of white, cry). We had scallop&bean&razor clam special and chick pea salad special and ciopinno- mixed seafood stew special. They all were 10/10. No complaints on any of them. Fried fish sandwich was huge...but definitely needs that tasty tarter sauce. The panna cotta caught us by surprise - it was delicious and a great size portion too! Not a ton of seating, so glad we went early.

We walked to this location from Brown which was about 11 mins. It's a small location, there was no wait when we went around 5:30pm. Unfortunately they were out of lobster rolls. Food was tasty and fresh.

They close online ordering when they're really busy. One of my friends refreshed their online ordering around 11am and saw they were allowing online orders, but by the time the 6th friend tried, it had closed back up. I placed my order for one sandwich at 11:05am and the expected pick up time was 12:12. I ordered their hash-it-out, added sausage, and subbed the spicy aioli for their maple one. The bolo bun has a subtle sweetness to it, so it felt like I was eating a healthier, higher-end McGriddle. Everything was perfect. They were already closed when I drove by yesterday evening so I wasn't able to see what it looked like inside. But for some reason, I felt compelled to give them a visit. After all, when it's cold like this...I have a tendency to find a bakery in the morning and go very carb-heavy with a nice hot mug of brewed tea or coffee. As I walked up, I was immediately awed by the snow covered outdoor patio. It was beautifully covered in a light layer of snow (obviously unused due to the weather) with little birds all fluffed up and perched atop some of the chairs. They sure looked like little caretakers of the area and were a very cute sight! Walking through the door immediately transported me out of the elements into a very warm and comfortable zone filled with the scent of freshly baked bread and pastries and fresh coffee grounds. Both happy and awake banter as well as sleepy groans enveloped the room. You could hear the staff buzzing around moving pastries and firing up fresh brews for those in line. It's pretty awake in here compared to everything else outside. Stepping up to look at the baked options on the front counter, I was greeted by one of the friendliest voices I've heard in a while. She was so cheerful that I couldn't help but wonder if it's the coffee or tea they serve here or the potent pastries lining the display shelves. Well, whatever it is, I definitely want what she had! I settled for a dirty chai and a couple of pastries and sat on one of the high tops beside my little feathery friends staring in from outside. Each sip divine. Each bite absolutely lovely. Even chatted with an older gentleman with the coolest indigenous soft cloth coat beside me. Everyone was friendly. Everyone was kind. They sure are not the usual sleepy and grumpy breakfast spot. I'll definitely be back when here in Providence again!

The first time I came, it was a rainy weekday and this time it was a sunny weekend, so I was expecting an even larger crowd; and my prediction was correct. The line was just out the door but because of their awesome staff, the line was moving very quickly. While we waited in line, we could watch them making pastries through the glass, a couple feet in front of us. I admired that level of transparency. When we were third in line, the kindest lady asked us whether we'd be eating in or taking out and she took down our name to help us find a table when it came time. She did the same for the rest of the people in line. She also gave us some recommendations, including the cinnamon bun - apparently they're so good kids cry when they sell out. I didn't intend to order anything with my drink, but I couldn't get the cinnamon bun out of my head so I ordered it along with my iced spiced chai latte. The hen (I think it's their logo) on the aprons of the employees are super cute. We did secure a table. The tables are close together to maximize the number of people who can sit down but I didn't mind. I love their art all around, mostly of birds which I am obsessed with. I love that they have a lot of natural lighting coming through their tall windows. I also like the navy blue and white theme they have going on. The chai latte was perfect. It was the right color (a dark tan), meaning the ratio of tea and milk was good and I could taste a lot of the spices. The cinnamon bun blew my expectations away. The second my teeth made. contact with the icing, it was a magical feeling. I couldn't quite put my finger on what it tasted like, but the closest I got was dulce de leche. It is truly unlike any other cinnamon bun I have ever had. The dough is soft and there is a good amount of cinnamon. It's also $4 which is not bad. I had a bite of their canelé, which apparently requires a lot of work to make. It was very moist, with a great caramelized finish. I am super excited to try their new weekend dinner menu, but also more of their all day menu items.

Not happening. Crispy chicken sandwich was properly seasoned and not dried out (why is that so hard for some places?). Fries were solid too -- crispy, not limp. And the kale salad with roasted chickpeas and chicken made me feel like I had my life together. Fresh, simple, and actually satisfying.
