    1/2 lobster

Dune Brothers was a great find! We arrived late and the place was packed, but the staff was kind and let us know the wait would be about 15-20 minutes. Even though we sat close to closing time, the service was still attentive and friendly. The food was good, my lobster roll wasn't particularly memorable, but my husband had the half lobster and said it was amazing. The real standout, though, was the martinis, easily the best we've had on this trip. The place is beautiful, very smart designed to get the maximum out of the spaces

This is their second location that is a brick and mortar. I first tried their original location that is seasonal. This place is small but they do have outdoor seating. I ordered the fish and chips and skate. Fish of the day was fluke. Service was good our server kept checking in on us a few time. Fish was very moist. My only complaint is the thick layer of batter they have on, almost as think as the fish. The grilled skate was really good. It came with a buttery raisin sauce.

You've got to have seafood if you're in New England. I appreciate making clear chowder a choice as it is the local variety but I appreciated the honesty of the staff that there's a reason it isn't the most popular. The chowder was A+. The lobster was great but I was a little surprised that market price was $70. I also wish that it came with butter for dipping instead of cocktail sauce. There was some sort of congealed butter stuff in the base of the plate but it wasn't really dippable.

This place is very new because this location was where LiKeNoUdder use to be. Upon entering, everything was new, newly renovated and clean. We arrived right at opening! Staff was prompt and kind. She offered some of the specials and let us know what was and wasn't available. Keep in mind, they have some items available because they try to keep fish fresh and from the market place. They do replace some items depending on availability like for the fish and chips, or mussels for the calms dish. We were checked-in on frequently, and offered condiments, and more drinks. The steam mussels were the best part of our meal! The item on the menu is stated that little neck are used but instead, they were replaced by mussels. The soup was lemony with herbs and a side of bread that was delicious when dipped in the soup. We got some clam cakes because it's a New England special~ they were light and fluffy. Com cakes always are 90% bread and 10 or less % clam~ which is normal. They were the best clam bake because they taste light and savory. I also used them to dip in the mussel soup. I had fish and chips! The fish was a market place fish because there was no potluck version available. It was meatier and tasty. Tasted fresh and very warm. This was all in the pricy side~ but let me tell you I'd go back! We loved the mussels! Will try the regular time of clams next time around!

The new sit-down Dune Bros is awesome. Our group of 4 stopped by on a chilly January Friday and put our name down for an hour wait. (They will call you so you can stop by any of the local bars). We tried the crab special, snow crabs, the crudo, and fish special! Everything was delicious and super fresh. 10/10 recommend.

This longstanding Jewelry District trailer now has a brick-and-mortar storefront on Ives St. in the old Like No Udder location! I had no idea this was coming, but I was happy to see a new lunch option in Fox Point! They did an amazing job renovating -- it's a small space but very bright, warm, and comfortable. I can't believe they managed to squeeze a fish counter and indoor dining in here. There will be outdoor tables too but obviously that's not so relevant right now. The service was great! The menu is really impressive. It's the same spirit as their downtown location, but a little dressed up. Since I don't eat fish, I had a variety of sides and accoutrements. The salt and pepper fries are their huge crispy fries dressed up like calamari with hot peppers and scallions. I usually don't enjoy coleslaw, but the lemon and olive oil slaw was a fresh delight. The pickle plate was interesting but I could probably skip it next time. The portions are massive and I think anyone would be challenged to finish the fish and chips. Would definitely recommend this spot for anything from a casual lunch date to a celebratory dinner! Truly the only downside is the small space.

    Amazing fish and chips.

Had some very tasty local oysters that were delicious with that perfect salty brine. Their homemade Cocktail sauce was very tasty. I Followed the oysters with fish and chips made with pollock. Very fresh and delicious and the crust was amazing sprinkled with flaked salt. My waitress was very knowledgeable about the type of fish being served and the type of oysters. She also recommended a great white wine to serve with my dinner. The ambience is casual with a seafood market theme decor. Extremely clean and up to date. I will certainly bring my family and friends next time.

Go for the specials here, they are killer. I wasn't ready to spend $37 on a lobster roll (I bet it is delicious though, getting it next time) so we got a bunch of other stuff and were really impressed! Clam cakes and clear chowder hit the spot (they were out of white, cry). We had scallop&bean&razor clam special and chick pea salad special and ciopinno- mixed seafood stew special. They all were 10/10. No complaints on any of them. Fried fish sandwich was huge...but definitely needs that tasty tarter sauce. The panna cotta caught us by surprise - it was delicious and a great size portion too! Not a ton of seating, so glad we went early.

We walked to this location from Brown which was about 11 mins. It's a small location, there was no wait when we went around 5:30pm. Unfortunately they were out of lobster rolls. Food was tasty and fresh.

We both ordered the Classic Smash Burger, one with cheese and one without. Unfortunately, both burgers were utterly tasteless, with virtually no seasoning detected at all. The Chomp Sauce that was supposed to elevate the burger was so sparse it barely made an appearance, leaving the burgers bland. Honestly, the bun was the best part. The brussel sprouts I ordered also lacked flavor and seasoning aside from the char, and his Cajun fries were so salty they were nearly inedible. After driving from Massachusetts to Rhode Island as a special Mother's Day treat, it ended up being a very disappointing experience, especially given the overwhelmingly positive reviews. We may have caught them on an unusually busy night, but unfortunately our meals fell far short of our expectations.

The weekdays are easier to get a table or bar seat. I love all the burgers, wings, hot dogs and shakes (Boozy or regular). Cons: I basically love everything on the menu EXCEPT the crinkle fries and the taco salad. (The crinkle fires I never liked but I am starting to see them more in some bars. They seem to not as crunchy as the regular fries and hold more grease including being more mushy then crunchy as mentioned before. The taco is like a Salsa salad which greens and Salsa. The taste is not bad but it becomes a wet salad). Pros: Everything else on the menu fantastic! My favorites: Turkey burger , mushroom burger, providence burger bar special, chili cheese hot dog, fried Mac and cheese, Strawberry Shake with a frozen fruit INCLUDING the Garlic Parmesan Buffalo wings. The only place I know can do hot dogs this great besides wieners from Olneyville and Babbas! Service: Incredible and friendly service. The bartender was friendly, though you could tell he was a little stressed. We then tried a few vegan sandwiches, but I couldn't figure out why the fries weren't automatically included. I mean, when you're ordering a vegan meal, I assumed fries would come as a standard side. The portion sizes for two were also a bit disappointing. The sandwiches themselves were tasty, but the burger was kind of lost under an overwhelming amount of sauce--even though I'll admit, the sauce was pretty satisfying on its own. Serving veganized versions of traditional pub fare, the food is excellent. I was especially pleased with the buffalo cauliflower bites. The breading was legit (and kind of reminded me of getting fried seafood by the sea as a kid). This was robust, crunchy, and flavorful - a far cry from the barely-covered-in-panko stuff I have gotten at other places. I had the Philly "cheesesteak," which was a tasty sandwich that really did riff on the old classic. My husband did a lettuce-wrapped truffle burger, and that might be the only place that I paused because absent the bun, you can see just how little the serving is. They also have sushi from the Make Out available, and I did a tomato tuna nigiri that was tops. I want to come back just for the sushi. The service was a little slow, but our server made a point to apologize thank us for our patience. She was just really busy, but she was also very upbeat and cognizant of making people wait. I don't often encounter many servers like that - she seemed to be legitimately happy to be there. They have a great beer selection, including plenty of draft, and they also have wine and cocktails available. It was good enough that we made plans to return before we leave town, and I know it will be a stop when we come back. Probably the first one!

I left hoarse. It was more like a club than a tavern the night we visited. Heads up--the ladies room is a single room, with no separate mirror/make up space. There were a lot of women who wanted to touch up or actually use the facilities the night we visited. Prepare for a line.
