Had 8...yes 8 fans and some lights to hang and man were they done fast. Great job on them all and they wired them all in and I watched so it was apparent this was easy for them. I would take 1-2 hours per fan and at least three blood pressure pills and 12 ibuprofens. So needless to say it was worth every penny and was a reasonable per-fan price.

Poor electrical work. Not up to code. Not safe. Fire hazard.

DON'T HIRE THIS ELECTRICIAN. AVOID AT ALL COSTS Extremely poor electricians. They "attempted" to update my sub panel. Had the panel inspected by a master electrician after they were done. Master electrician reported that the panel was not up to code, dangerous, and a safety hazard. Also when the were installing the panel they destroyed my garage door opener, microwave, and HVAC system. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. FIND SOMEONE ELSE. When I reached out to them for a refund/or to come back to fix the problem, I was ignored.

My dog checking out what Jacob is up to.

Jacob and his associate are fantastic. I recently bought a house and had some GCFI and breaker issues come up during the inspection I hired them to address. When they came out they discovered the GCFI plugs were wired incredibly wrong, and would have caused major issues. They explained to me simply how it was done wrong, what they were doing to fix it, what the costs would be, and thoroughly checked around to make sure they did not miss a plug. I also casually mentioned a light switch that was annoying me, and they were able to quickly explain what was wrong with it and fix it. He also noticed I had a ring doorbell and nest thermostat I had not installed yet and offered a quote to install. I went ahead and had them do the doorbell and he did a great job. Fast forward a few months and when we went to use an outside plug, it started smoking. When I messaged them again through yelp, he came out that very day. Thankfully Jacob assured me that it would not have burned down, but showed me yet again what had caused it, and what he was doing to insure it would not happen again and at what price. The bottom line is that Jacob (and his associates) have always been great to work with, incredibly helpful, with reasonable prices. And they like dogs. I know I will use them again in the future, and have already recommended them to others.

I asked Neal to hold on in coming out as I wanted to replace the GFCI first to see if that fixed the issue.

Zack did an excellent job installing the Tesla wall connector. He showed up on time, went through…read morehis plan, and got it installed neatly and without conduits. Everything was cleaned up and ready for me to set up. He had to cut some drywall to run the cable, but did it low behind my softener so it's not even visible. I highly recommend Grayzer for charger installs. They've been focused on them for a while, and it shows.

The first time they did it they installed a 240 volt outlet in my garage and I plugged a tesla mobile connector into that, worked well. The next time they did it at the new house, I thought they would do the same thing but apparently they stopped installing the mobile connectors. Now they only install the wall connector which is a large sci-fi looking thing that is permanently affixed to the wall. It's also more expensive than the mobile connector. None of this was made clear to me when we started the project with Grayzer. They came to my house, got about 90% done with the job then saw the equipment I had and said "sorry we don't do those anymore". They explained the situation to me but since I didn't have the equipment they wanted they couldn't finish. They did however insist on being fully paid for the job. Stupidly, I agreed to pay them and they left saying "call us when you have the wall connector". That was a mistake. Never fully pay for the work until the job is fully done! So I bought one and scheduled a time to finish at which point they said they would need to charge another trip fee to come back out. I explained that it wasn't made clear to me that I didn't have the right equipment until the job was almost complete but they didn't care. They were insistent that I give them another trip fee before they would come back. Frankly they were pretty rude about it too. Like really rude. Whoever I was emailing was belligerent and completely unprofessional. It was extremely frustrating. I tried to explain that as the professionals in this situation they should be the ones checking that all the equipment is ready to go before the job starts. At the time I didn't know the difference between a mobile connector and a wall connector. I didn't even know that tesla had multiple options for wall chargers. I had what I used the first time so I figured it would work. It's not that the trip fee was so much money but after having to drag this out over two visits, spend another $150 to upgrade to a wall connector, a trip fee on top of all that was a bit much. In my opinion, a reasonable company would just accept responsibility and waive the second trip fee. Or at least offer to split it. But not these guys. They dug their trench and they weren't coming out. It was childish and stupid and I'm embarrassed for them. And to boot, the people they sent out to finish up the job were jerks. One of them was yelling and cussing at somebody on their phone like a crazy person in my garage. Honestly, these guys are like school on a Sunday -- no class. I guess this is what happens when you get to be a popular company. Customer service and basic decency goes out the window because what do you care, you have plenty of business. Right? Yeah right.

This company is outstanding…read more Honest. Dependable. Great communication. Great quality. Great price. It was very easy to set up the appointment, and they came out quickly. The team arrived right on time. James and Kyle from Texas Electrical Services came out to our house in Cedar Park to do some electrical work. They replaced two faulty breakers and replaced some broken wall outlets. They fixed two light fixtures that were not working properly. They were very pleasant and respectful. Both communicated very well and were patient with our questions. They worked very fast but with quality. Everything was done well, exceeding my expectations. Their pricing was very clear and fair. I highly recommend Texas Electrical Services of Austin. They are now my electricians for life.

We hired Austin's Texas Electrical Services of Austin (TECL #29127). One part of this was…read moreinstalling an outdoor outlet, which requires running a conduit. For this they used a flex conduit and to hold the flex conduit outdoor-rated fasteners need to be used. This was clearly not the case, as there is corrosion and rust clearly visible on the fasteners that were used to hold the conduit (see pictures). I'm sure of this because we also had conduit installed by another electrical contractor for another purpose on a similar exterior wall on the other side of the house that has zero corrosion on it. I reached out to them several times over the span of 4 weeks regarding this, and didn't hear back once. I also specifically remember that the person sent out to do the work was very rude and difficult to work with. This was particularly relevant for hanging a chandelier, since it ended up crooked and he didn't ask for feedback until after he had already taken down his scaffolding, and wasn't willing to put it back up. So to this day we still have a misaligned chandelier. Cost isn't all that matters. For what this level of quality you're better off either learning to DIY, or paying more to hire a better company if you want everything done right and good customer service.
