He and his worker Neal arrived in 25 minutes and quickly identified my problem. Unfortunately, it was not as simple as we'd initially thought. However, Jacob stuck to his previously bid flat fee even though he was doing more work. He and Neal were very professional and took care of the work. I had Mark and Neil out for two jobs. One was interior; new ceiling fan/light combo and replace all cabinet under mount lights. I had a previous electrical tell me the light on the fan was bad, so I bought a new one. They discovered the wiring to the on off switched was incorrect and fixed it. They also did a great job on the cabinet under mount lights. Second job, exterior home master breaker box, upstairs AC unit fuse stayed tripped. Mark came out at 7pm, discovered a wire was bare and arching the ground, it was also the wrong gage wire for the amps required. They came out capped off old wiring ran the correct gaged wire, replaced the fuse, and it works great. They were priced well, great service, and finished the job to completion. Would not recommend this company. I texted Jacob for service after going for a day or two without power in part of my home. He responded immediately and I was grateful that he said he'd come out that night at 7 pm. He ended up going shopping and showed up around 9 pm but again, I was grateful to have someone come out same day. He listed a number of things that were wrong with the electrical box and got to work. When the lights came back I told him they were dim and he didn't really listen, telling me to try LED lights... we've had the lights for 20 years and they've never been dim but after multiple times telling him it wasn't right, I gave up. Right as he was pulling away, I realized my heating unit wasn't getting power. He came back and started working again, and eventually.. what do you know... discovered there WAS an issue with the lights I kept saying were dim, and got them to the right brightness. That said, he wasn't able to get the power issues sorted out. I paid over $200 for a job that was not finished and left without power going to my heat or hot water for weeks amidst 40 degree temperatures. He said he'd come back, "I'll come tomorrow morning" more times than I can count over the course of two weeks and never did fix the issues. We had also told him we had some other work we wanted done and he said he'd schedule with us... never happened. read more
