They have a wide selection of unique options for every style at competitive prices and various price points. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful when it comes to making selections for your home. I recently purchased ceiling fans for my new home here, because you can get higher quality fans than the big box stores (some are the same brand names you will see at the home improvement stores, but they have better motors and are a higher quality product). I highly recommend buying ceiling fans from Legend Lighting, as you will be able to tell a difference and you have a lot of options to choose from. Legend Lighting is a fun store to browse, easy to make purchases/orders, has fantastic staff, and you get a high quality product. They offer products you don't see everywhere - which makes it a great place to stop in. Tyson and his team at Legend Lighting are top notch!

I stopped in hoping to find something different than what the Big Boxes offer. You have to slow down and look at each item individually, or you can zip right past something cool in the scanning process. But it's nice to be able to actually see and feel a product before ordering it online, so it's worth the effort. The staff was busy at the counter with other customers, so it was hard to get help that day beyond a friendly greeting. But I did find out that they have far more options available online than what is displayed there. Prices, barring a sale, range from mid to high. I didn't find anything that called out to me that day, and I didn't have time to deal with online ordering, but I'll definitely check them out in advance for future projects. No appointment necessary, and they do have weekend hours.

They have harps-a-plenty, scores of lamp shades and a great selection of finials. Melissa let me try several shades at my home before I purchased the ones I wanted. D & W is my go to lamp and lighting store! I almost forgot to mention their enormous selection of lamps for purchase, from every era, (1920's onward). Go! Just go!

I am extremely disappointed in this business! I wanted help taking it apart so I could find the right size vase to replace it. She actually told me to watch a You Tube video. I also brought in another lamp that only needed a crystal chandelier prism and lamp shade. She wanted me to leave it with her so they could rewire it, but it didn't need rewiring. This time she offered to give me a website to order from. Does this business NOT have supplies on hand? How do you run a business if you are sending people to a WEBSITE? Every lamp in my house is a custom design and previous lamp stores have worked with me to create the look I wanted, AND they had common replacement items on hand for sale. The storefront is very interesting , but this business seems to only be interested in a fast and expensive sale. They have lost my business and I advise others to compare stores before doing business at D & W Lighting. Apparently, you can get the same results with a You Tube video.

While the major portion of our bathroom remodel is officially complete, we did decide to make some…read moresmall changes. We swapped out our existing chrome faucets for gold hardware, and the difference is night and day. The previous faucets had a very sleek, almost Star Trek-ish look (a fun nod to my hubby, who is a serious sci‑fi fan), but they no longer fit the direction the bathroom was taking. Once the rest of the space came together, it was clear the chrome felt out of place. The new gold faucets align beautifully with the overall design and add warmth and elegance to the room. They tie everything together in a way the chrome simply couldn't. What felt like a small change ended up making a big visual impact, elevating the finished space and giving it a more cohesive, intentional look. If you're on the fence about switching hardware finishes, this is proof that even after the "big" remodel work is done, thoughtful finishing touches can truly transform the final result. The faucets were priced competitively. Many thanks to folks at Tri-Supply!

We chose to buy from them instead of…read moreWayfair (we already knew exactly which pieces we were going to buy) because we wanted to deal with a real human instead a cold online presence. We were initially told that the order would take about a week to arrive. Some days later, I got a text from the sales rep saying the order would arrive on October 12-two weeks after we placed it. We were already delayed on our kitchen project so that was disappointing but we felt stuck, so we decided to wait it out. Never heard back from Tri-Supply. I called on the 12th to check on the order and was told it "should be here"--but no confirmation that it had actually arrived. Fortunately the staff found it and brought it to the front desk before I arrived. Side note: I was a little annoyed that I had to pick this up myself instead of it being shipped directly to me; I've ordered samples from Top Knobs so I know they have the ability to ship direct. The order was packed in a FedEx box. I checked the tracking--and it had arrived at Tri-Supply on October 5! So they just let it sit in the warehouse for a week without contacting me--and just waited for me to call to see if it was there! I checked the text from the sales rep (the one who said it would be ready on the 12th), and it turns out he had actually texted me that on the 5th--the same day it was delivered to their showroom! I have to say, all around this was a very disappointing experience. Lack of communication delayed our project by a week. And it's low-key infuriating because we could've gotten the items much sooner from Wayfair--and with a 15% off new customer discount. I contacted Tri-Supply a week ago to give them a chance to make this right, and I never heard back.
