We had a great experience using Mueller Highlife to install a shade sale over our parking area. We live on a narrow lot with several old growth pecan trees, and needed something that would provide some protection from falling pecans. We couldn't install a parking structure because of the narrowness of the lot. Making an appointment is easy. They came out to do an estimate, drew up the plans, and got us on the schedule for the following week. Communication was prompt and friendly. Installation took two days, one to dig the holes and insert the poles, and another to install the shade itself (both processes are very fast, but I think the concrete needs time to cure). Mueller Highlife installed a sail shade over the deck in my backyard, and I couldn't be happier. The deck got sun all day, so it was too hot to use most days. Now I can drink coffee out there and watch the lizards without baking in the sun. Sail shade, lights and fan installed to battle the Texas heat. They came back quickly in response to a minor issue and made the appropriate adjustment after initial install and payment. Only issue I had with them is that they were slow the respond to initial request for info BUT I assume many contractors are overwhelmed and short staffed these days. Just be patient if it takes awhile for them to respond for the initial assessment and quote . We had an umbrella previously and the sail shade is immensely better than an umbrella. read more

Last spring, we contacted Mueller Highlife regarding sunsails. Greg responded within 24 hours and scheduled within a week to give us a quote.
