The atmosphere was friendly, you could tell it was a family restaurant by the vibes and the way they treat everyone. The eggplant parm sub looked divine for a vegetarian, and if you're like me looking for a classic Italian sub you don't need to look any further than Lola's for a DELICIOUS lunch in Natick :) make sure to add the hot pepper relish for an extra tasty kick!! The store, though, is very interesting and I would not hesitate to buy some of their imported goods, but doubt that I would get sandwiches again. Too bad, I had high hopes. After living in Framingham almost 7 years, I have yet to find a great sub shop. When we lived in the North Shore, great sub shops seemed to be everywhere.

All of the sish was cooked well and was tender and juicy. However it did not appear to be cooked in a Paella pan so you didn't get some of those bites of crispy rice and the seasoning was off it had no saffron or tomatoes like I am used to. It was more like a plain rice that they added peas, carrots, and red pepper. Just didn't taste like any form of the paella that I have eaten previously.
