All of the sish was cooked well and was tender and juicy. However it did not appear to be cooked in a Paella pan so you didn't get some of those bites of crispy rice and the seasoning was off it had no saffron or tomatoes like I am used to. It was more like a plain rice that they added peas, carrots, and red pepper. Just didn't taste like any form of the paella that I have eaten previously. Depending on the weather I either get a Chocolate Frappe (no one makes Frappes like people from New England) or a Lime Rickey (people in the rest of the country don't know what they are missing!). Not sure if FBC sells fresh out of the oven pizza. Nevertheless, the reheated pizza was amazing. Crispy crust, chewy dough, and probably what stands out the most is their cheese. My favorite take out from FBC though is their Midnight Chocolate Cake. This is my go-to snack during the quarantine. Goes well with iced coffee or milk!
