Place has been around for a super long time - like since before my parents youth and has been a staple bakery. It's Italian family run, part of or attached to the house. Bustling with customers and staff pushing out various types of delicious breads, some pastry/desserts, and their pan style pizza. I have had the pizza a few times. It's not your typical slice of pizza but very delish - nice and cheesy and light on the sauce. It comes cold and is rectangular shaped (made on a baking sheet pan). I think some people eat it cold?? but I heat it up briefly in the air fryer /toaster oven. I have only had cheese but it does seem like they have toppings. You can get a few slices or a sheet. I have gotten a few breads too and they are always great! Super fresh and great ingredients - guilt free! The slider buns are really good - cute slider size. They heat really easily (I keep them in freezer) and take no time.... Has a nice crunch but softness too. Will definitely be grabbing some other breads to try next time I'm in the area! read more

I drove some 2700 miles from to visit this Bakery and it was closed :(:( Framingham is where my ancestors grew up so I wanted to visit the area and especially this bakery I wish they would open up when I was there. Sucked Traveled an hour to go to this fabled bakery. Go in at noon and it's mostly sold out. Go some pizza, rolls, and some other item (very forgettable). Pizza sucked and bread was average at best. A co worker recommended this place so we decided to split a sheet of cheese pizza. We had someone pick it up and unaware that the pizza would be frozen. Right way my co-worker said it didn't look right. Taste was bland. I could have done better with Elio's pizza from the super market. Waste of money. read more

How did I not know about this place all these years? Just discovered it. They have an amazing choice of fresh bread, loaves of bread, rolls, hotdog rolls, you name it! Framingham baking is my go to store when I want delicious cookies or bread, such as dinner, rolls or loaves of Italian or sourdough bread. The brownies and the pizza is also excellent especially when I need to bring something to a gathering. I highly recommend them. read more

I have been to this bakery twice now since coming back into the area after many years. I knew them from a long time. Their pizza (I called beach pizza) good for taking to the beach. Comes by the tray and half tray the half is 25$ more money for other toppings options etc. the full is 40$ .. that said the first time I went not too long ago they wrapped up the pizza two half trays for a full tray right in front of me. Although a bit pricey now it was pretty close to how I remembered it. This last time I went they asked would I like fresh or frozen I did not know frozen was even an option. Which at the time surprised me but I thought it was good to know. After saying fresh it was not wrapped in front of me this time and when I put my hand on it, it was cold to which I said this is the fresh and they said yes, I said oh it's cold they said yes it was in the fridge. To which the older lady there said "board of health" .. I was a little taken aback and thought well when did this change happen because I was just here. Anyway after getting home I choked down two slices which were stale and not fresh, my other relatives did not enjoy it either most not even finishing an entire slice. Their square cheese pizza is gross!!! Remembered it being a lot better years ago. Ordered two trays of it and they told me it's served at room temperature. Put it out for my party and NO ONE ate it. Then I tried it. Ewwww. Taste like fake cheese and yeasty dough. Had to throw away all of it since no one wanted to take it home. Very simple and understated bakery. Almost looks like speakeasy bakery. I had a for $3.95 carrot cupcake and it was absolutely delicious. So happy it was homemade. And the homemade rolls were nice and bouncy and great for sandwiches. I'd like to pop in again to get those carrot cupcakes. read more

When I went in there today this morning to pick up my order two loaves of bread and six pieces of pizza and it was over $23. that's ridiculous. A nice local bakery shop that just celebrated its 100th anniversary! I visited Framingham Baking a few times for their iconic tray pizza. I had to reheat the pizza slices in my oven. Not sure if FBC sells fresh out of the oven pizza. Nevertheless, the reheated pizza was amazing. Crispy crust, chewy dough, and probably what stands out the most is their cheese. My favorite take out from FBC though is their Midnight Chocolate Cake. This is my go-to snack during the quarantine. Goes well with iced coffee or milk! read more

We have been at Dulce before for their excellent gelato. This time, I decided to treat myself for my birthday to their chocolate cake with ganache icing, It did not disappoint. I also liked that they offered a "short" cake that was estimated for 6-8 people as I had only my immediate family for the celebration and didn't want to have a lot of leftovers. Finally, I got to stop by here this morning. Ever since I moved to Framingham, I really miss going to local independent bakeries. I often go to Wholefoods but it is not the same. As part of my personal project to try the local restaurants and bakeries around Framingham area, my first target was "Framingham Baking". When I arrive here, it was a little bit intimating because the entrance seems different than other typical bakeries. I thought maybe this place a bread factory not a bakery for an individual customer. But when I entered the store, I was relieved. And inside of me was shouting "BREAD"! There was a sample of pumpkin biscotti that I tried. As a pumpkin lover, I needed to get couple of those. I saw a guy getting a frosted carrot cake. So I got one too. And then, I saw another lady getting something else. It turned out to be that they were selling Sicilian-style pizza. I studied in Sicily for 6 weeks so I know how good those types of pizzas are. I was really stunted to find out that a little town in Framingham, a local independent bakery is selling a Sicilian-style pizza. There were different types, such as egg plants, sausage, cheese and so on. As a meat lover, I got the sausage pizza. I loved it. The owner's father started selling the Sicilian-style thick pan pizza way back then, which means that this bakery has been here for a quite a while. If you are reading this review and debating to come here for good pizzas, pastries, and loaf of bread, please don't hesitate. This place might become your favorite bakery :-) read more

Although I've had their pizza numerous times as well as their baked goods, this review is based solely on their cinnamon buns. Truly awesome. They're more of a treat because you can only get them on the weekends. Limited supply too so make sure you get there early! I warm them up a bit and enjoy them with an iced coffee. I decided to try this place because I was craving cheese pizza and my husband said he had a slice here in the past and loved it! When we arrived there, the bakery itself is attached to a house, when you head in the bakery, there are a few steps to walk down, and pretty much does look like a basement. That day we went, they did not have cheese pizza so I was a little disappointed and ordered the sausage, pepper and onion pizza ($2/slice) instead and got a dozen oatmeal cookies ($7.25). They have soda beverages, tons of bread options and a good variety of baked goods! I didn't really enjoy the pizza, I could only taste bread but i did enjoy the cookies, they are tasteful, thin and homemade.
