    Cauliflower Shawarma Plate

This is what you call a " gem in the hole" kinda place. Food was absolutely delicious and freshly made. The best option for easy Mediterranean takeout!

Mediterranean Pickles - Chopped pickles are stored in a clear plastic container on a granite countertop, ready for use or serving.

Very small store front that could be easy to over look, definitely worth a stop! I ordered all small dishes/sides to-go for lunch so I could try a bunch of things: lentil soup, grape leaves, and a side of pickles. They were very quick to have the whole order ready and everything was very yummy!

The food is delicious but it made more special with a kind and generous server (Melvin). Definitely gonna comeback! - A black chalkboard menu displays food options like falafel, shawarma, and kofta, with ingredients and descriptions, in a restaurant setting.

The food is delicious and tasty! It made more special with an exceptional service of the server (Melvin in framingham) he is so patient in accommodating orders and gave a suggestion. As a first timer I will definitely come back! Nice job, Kous kous!

Mix Plate - A plastic takeout container holds rice topped with meat, falafel, a side salad, and hummus, with a small container of sauce.

Amazing customer service, food was ready in minutes, and it was so fresh and delicious. New favorite spot!

Pretty delicious meals but I wis it had more spices. I felt like it just needed a bit more, especially the hummus. We had the cauliflower shawarma which was pretty good and a couple of side dishes as well. Once again, just needs a bit more spices since it felt like it was missing.

Chicken Shawarma Plate - A plastic takeout container features yellow rice topped with grilled chicken and a white sauce, alongside hummus and a tomato-cucumber salad.

Dry, bland chicken shawarma plate. They also took significantly longer than expected to make my order with Uber Eats (an extra 40-60 minutes) and forgot the tahini completely. Salad was warm and had a poor taste, and the garlic sauce was chunky. Hummus and falafel was fine.

Eggplant pita. Really delicious and flavorful!

We were looking for a quick delivery near Framingham and stumbled across Kous-Kous, and it was a fantastic find! We ordered the eggplant pita, the chicken shawarma fries, and one of the combo plates, and all three were absolutely delicious. The meat is tender, the falafel is yummy, and the sauces/flavors are excellent. The eggplant pita particularly caught me by surprise; I've had many veggie wraps before, but this was delicious. I will absolutely be ordering from them again. All of the food kept well in transit and tasted very fresh!

Cauliflower Shawarma Plate - A takeout box contains cauliflower shawarma over rice, a side salad with cucumbers and tomatoes, and a portion of hummus with a meatball on top.

I wanted to eat Mediterranean food. And I did not want to step out the house. So found Kous-Kous on the Yelp. I placed my order on Grubhub. And the food definitely exceeded my expectations. Their cauliflower shawarma plate was fabulous. It comes with salad on the side which was fresh and delicious. And their hummus was mine blowing. I also order falafel on the side which was pretty good. All in all it is perfect place if you want you want to good Mediterranean food.

So Kous-Kous just opened at 40 Hollis Street in Framingham where Sabor de Casa was. In fact there sign is still up and the phone number still comes through as such. I was their first customer. On to the food. I ordered the Chicken Shawarma plate with yellow rice, pickles, grilled marinated chicken and the most wonderful eggplant dip. Seriously good all around. And, the owner threw in some of their hummus. Nothing says Middle Eastern hospitality like 'Here, try our hummus.'

Always great! Love the mixed grill shawarma. Also do great job with catering plates for larger gatherings.

Meat in the mix kebab (beef and lamb) was stale and tasted horrible. Was really looking forward to the mix, very sad how it turned out.

Dave's is a lot like Raising Cane's, but with the ability to customize the spice level of the chicken. I opted for Dave's #3 ($13.99) so I could try both a slider and a solo tender. The pieces of chicken were very good. They had a nice exterior crisp covered in a flavorful heat, with a juicy, tender, pull apart inside. While I preferred the sandwich, it definitely could have used more slaw. As far as portions...for me, two sliders is likely too much, but I think I'd be unsatisfied with one, so the #3 was a good option. Similar to Cane's, the fries are crinkle cut. I prefer the dusting of seasoning on the Dave's fries, as I find Cane's to be overly salty. I do wish they had more options for sides...for instance, a nice refreshing cucumber salad, potato salad, cold bean salad, etc. would be great with that chicken. I happily dipped my extra tender and fries in the Dave's side sauce...no need for ketchup, though they do offer it. Interestingly, a new Raising Cane's is scheduled to open right around the corner from Dave's...bring on the chicken wars...I'm rooting for you Dave!

High-effort, well-executed and conceived takes on middle eastern and American food - lamb over rice, falafel, burgers, hot chicken sandwiches, hummus. Chicken is their strongest suit, in my estimation. They do amazing chicken tenders and chicken wings, paired with a tasty sauce and breaded for a really killer crunch. I love em. Same goes for their chicken burgers, chicken over rice combos, and chicken wraps. Lamb here is great, as is the falafel. I haven't had a bad meal with either. I tried their hummus on a recent trip and thought it was good. Nothing mind-blowing but better than the average. Also want to call out their waffle fries and onion rings, which are perfectly done. I love em to death. Whatever my main is, my side will typically be either the chicken tends or the waffle fries. For the negatives, their non-burger beef offerings suffer from the beef having lots of chewy bits in them. For example, their steak and cheese should be a sure thing, but every bite had a bit chewy bit I had to stop eating to pull out. They also overdo it on the mayo/sauce for that sandwich. So yeah, avoid their steak bomb and steak and cheese. I haven't tried their milkshakes but I am very sure they do a great job. Halal Eatz is one of those places you can usually trust to do a new item very well.

The burgers were juicy and cooked perfectly and weren't overly salty either. There was a nice amount of grilled onions in my smash burger too. I love waffle fries and couldn't resist when I saw them on their menu. I was greeted with a warm welcome walking in and the cashier seemed genuinely appreciative of my business. Went back a second time a few days later for a double classic cheeseburger and another cookies n cream milkshake. The restaurant is small but has a few dining tables and clean. The free hot tea is a nice touch! Halal Eats is located just a few miles from the Burlington Mall and is well worth the short drive!
