I felt weird and decided to input a quick order at Culver's since it was practically next door to the office I was going to. Online ordering was very easy and they don't force you to download an app. I ordered a kids meal with a cheeseburger (the works), extra crispy fries, choc milk and turtle custard with cheesecake bites all for under $8 with tax. I did feel a little better after eating, but Culver's burgers missed the mark for me...I'm not sure a regular entree would have changed my mind. The meat itself was flavorless but the quality of ingredients were good overall and the food was fresh. Fries and custard were perfect. **The gentleman bringing out orders was quick and friendly.

Her only comment "I told you you had ONE drink". The space is very small, crowded if 2 people are seated and one is picking up a to-go order, so eating in is not expected and definitely not encouraged. I would still expect civility. Not here, at least not today. And don't expect to wash your hands before or after your meal - "it is in the office" and "not for the public". Overall, it seems Johnny Ragusa doesn't need the money - or has enough first-timers that he doesn't need to provide good customer service so you'll return. Hate to write off a Sneaky Pete's, but this location is off my list.
