Came today for breakfast. Fast drive through service. So nice and friendly. Biscuits were hot and fresh and so good!!

Do not go here! Just go somewhere else. As an Alabama native I LOVE Jacks and this one is one I would not visit again. It is horrible. I had a simple order. Number 5 make it large. Sweet tea with extra ice. Ketchup and mustard only on the burgers..... they somehow charged me for another large drink and when I tried to confirm my order to make sure we were on the same page... they were rude to me... acting like they knew what I was talking about.. but they didn't... bc they gave me the wrong thing..... I can handle one or the other, a bad attitude in exchange for the right product done well OR the wrong product served with a smile BUT a double negative from a fast food place... it's just unacceptable. I will NOT be back to this location and I will share the news... horrible. read more

Tried the crispy chicken BLT salad & it was outstanding! However I ordered the strawberry cream pie & I guess they still had it in rotation from last week b/c it was so dried out I couldn't get it out the box! Idk why I'm having such a hard time getting a Strawberry cream pie in the Moody area! First McDonald's now Jacks! I just wanted to top off that bomb salad with a little treat and was highly disappointed!! read more

I have been a fan of the hamburger steak from here since I found out about it! Originally , this meal wasn't on the menu..... it's growing more popular, so it's now featured on their 4 after 4 meals. If I come to Jacks , it's going to be for the hamburger steak meal! It's a hearty meals that just hits the spot for me. You also get two sides and a biscuit, all very reasonably priced . This was my first time at this location . Although it was very busy , it didn't take long to get my food. My meal was very fresh and prepared just as I requested. The cashier was nice and made sure everything was ok with my order. Great food and service for a fast food establishment. read more

This Jack's is usually a hit or miss. The last few times it's been mostly a hit but when it does miss it misses big time. That being said almost everyone is nice and while the drive thru can feel like you're being pushed out it's a drive thru. I loved the peach tea flavor they had over the summer but I like my tea with lots of ice and getting extra ice never happened, even when I asked for it. It was just easier to buy a cup of ice and pour them together. I've never had food come out to me terrible except for once and that was when I first started going to this Jack's. It's right by my husband's job so we eat there more than we really should. While I can say that nothing bad enough to keep me from coming back has happened I'm only loyal because of convenience. read more

This Jacks location is super close to my home so I visit often. My absolute favorite is their Original Iced Coffee. If you haven't had it yet, GET IT! Tonight I drove through to try their new Fish Meal. Services was quick and they are always always so friendly. They have a GREAT group of workers! When it comes to the fish meal and hush puppies....I say leave that for Captain D's fast food chain. Only reason for the 4 stars today. read more

So I have tried Jacks for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast: I went about 7:15am. I ordered the grits, eggs, sausage, and a biscuit. I told them no hash rounds and substitute them for another side of grits. The grits were very runny. The hash rounds were very hard and not hot. Everything else was just ok. I don't understand why everyone LOVES Jacks breakfast. Dinner: I went at about 7:15 pm. I ordered a box (8 pieces) chicken and (4) biscuits. I told the girl this was my first time trying Jacks chicken and she told me I came to the right place. She told me that anytime she wants chicken she gets it from Jacks. So I was excited to try it. Ummmm, this was the worse chicken I have ever had. Bojangles chicken is way better. Publix chicken is even better. KFC chicken is better too. I am highly disappointed in Jacks chicken. It didn't have any flavor at all. It was very greasy and hard. So that tells me there oil was old and they leave the cooked chicken out to sell for a while. Smh that is not good at all. It's been years since I've stopped in at a Jack's. The restaurant was clean and they now offer free WiFi. The burger was tasty and included several pickles (not just two) as well as fresh onions. the caterpillar fries were actually tasty.... a nice touch, when I asked for mustard they offered me honey mustard for FREE... where many "Mc Chains" tend to charge for their premium condiments (Practice Safe Lunch Use A Condiment). If I run across another Jack's in the future I would stop in again. read more

I haven't been here in a while and now I remember why. The woman at the register may have been new but she was far too new to be on the register. I think they served me 3 hour old fries and rewarded chicken. They were out of ice and ketchup, both pump and packet. The soda was even flat. They may serve a pretty decent breakfast, but their dinner is wasted calories and wasted money. read more

The food is good. On-par with other Jack's restaurants, which I love. The drive-thru service, however, leaves something to be desired. We live nearby, so we've been here several times and I have never been when I didn't have to park and go in to have my order fixed. Missing fries or sauces or burger - always something. It's annoying and the other food cools off while I'm going in to get the missing part(s). read more

I've had a great experience lately with Jack's in Moody. The breakfast is great and the employees at the drive through are also great. This morning I had realized I didn't have a drink for my breakfast sandwich and the lady at the window made it at combo for me without any fuss. I def recommend this Jack's location. I also enjoy the salted caramel iced coffees. The other day I went to get a salted caramel milkshake. It was absolutely delicious ! Thanks so much! read more

Had the very worst experience, standing and waiting in the store for 15 mins, one register running, and when I told the manager he should open another register because people were leaving. The manager (Marion) was rude and responded no because we are short handed. I will never go to this facility again, and will never recommend it.store #236 read more

Breakfast is great with nice fresh biscuits. Lunch and dinner options from burgers, chicken plates, or a salad. All options are great. Service is fast and restaurant was clean. Been eating jacks since I was a child. It's an Alabama original for sure. I make a point to stop and eat it when I'm in town. read more

Ok,I love Jack's when it's right and good.Ive gone to this Jack's for years.Its just gone down hill.I dont usually complain.I was sitting at the window this morning waiting on my food,and this girl blew her nose and then went straight to dipping ice cream for a shake,WOW!!no hand rinse or anything.I get to work ,and getting ready to eat.I guess they wanted me to eat biscuit and gravy like I'm a dog.well,I found a spork in my work truck.I start to eat barely warm gravy.Its only been 7 minutes since I picked up.I keep going back and thinking it will change.guess I'm the fool.it starts with the manager.The manager was in trussville for years and I always had problems there when she was there.when I saw she came to moody I knew it wasn't good. read more

Tried the new catfish, very good. Friendly staff, good service. The experience was past dampened by being subjugated to watch and listen to Fox News. Why bring a bad experience by forcing guests to watch anything political??? Not sure I will return to the in store experience. read more
