This place really sucks. The person at the register inside rang me up for two happy meals and I only ordered one. Well when I get the happy meals I told the girl I only ordered one. She said "okay". I then asked "Can you fix it?' She then said "No he has to then turned around and walked away... Anyways the line was long. So we just kept the two happy meals. I guess it was my fault for not catching the $9 total when I paid. Missing food from order is very common. Found out when I got home that none of my big Acs were on the bag. They don't answer the phone when you call. Drove 20 minutes back to pick them up and she handed me the bag that had been sitting on the counter for over 40 minutes. Fries are now cold and nasty, sandwiches are cold and nasty. read more

Never. Ever. Ever. Go to McDonald's off the Brompton/Moody exit attached to the Loves gas station. Pretty sure the person working the drive through was either drunk or on drugs as I had to repeat my order to her 6 or 7 times before she understood. And then I get to the window and have to wait over 10 mins and I WAS THE ONLY CAR IN LINE. I go to McDonald's in moody Alabama every day, sometimes twice a day. I get a hot caramel latte 'special request'... I get whipped topping with caramel drizzled on top. The ppl in the morning are the best. They treat me like I'm their family... bestfriend. The manager, Angel is truly an angel. The evening shift once upon a time was the same. If I ask for a toy, they always give me one for my grandkids. I offer to pay but they give it to me. I guess bc i spend a lot of money there. I buy kids meals about 3 times a weeks. But the second shift has gotten to be a little rude. They make me feel like I expect something for nothing. That's not the case at all. I will absolutely pay for whatever I buy. Sometimes after I've already paid, their latte machine would be down and I'll tell them I'll get it later, just to save the trouble of giving me my money back. But I dont know why or what's happened but that second shift has got rude. Maybe drama??? I dont know. But it's just best to keep business business. Nothing personal any more.
