In the drive through today, normally we go inside.... And like clockwork, our drinks weren't correct. We tell the girl at the window, give her the sticker to fix it right, and this man, Higgs, comes to the window, tells my husband he needs the drink they were replacing and says extremely rudely, " we can't let you keep the extra drinks, so I need that." My response was simply, oh I thought we weren't suppose to give things back thriugh the drive thru window. He told me I was wrong and reached his arm towards my husband as if to almost hit him grabbing the cup. This was a hot drink, mind you... the way he spoke to us was appalling. We patronize this Starbucks daily. They almost never get our very simple order correct. We were stunned at how he spoke to us as if we were trying to just get an extra drink. Who on earth drinks two venti lattes before dinner... which is when we typically have our late afternoon coffee. We ALWAYS throw away the incorrect drinks... why would we want them? Again, he seemed so hostile when he approached us at the window. My husband went in afterwards. He asked the man, Higgs, did he not recognize us since we come in every single day. He said he'd never seen him before. This man has taken our order numerous times... numerous... most of the people I. There know our order by heart! Not sure why he is so mad or has some other reason for being hostile and very aggressive and so rude to some of his stores best customers, but we don't feel welcome there anymore. I still am trying to figure this out. He owes us an apology! He's lucky he didn't knock the drink out of my husband's hand when he was handing it to him since he was so aggressive as he grabbed it!
