Then came the part that made me wonder if common sense had taken the night off. French fries arrived without ketchup. That's not an oversight; that's a misdemeanor in at least twelve Southern states. A burger without mayo is enough to have St. Peter squinting suspiciously at your résumé. But the real masterpiece? They sent a salad...and not one plastic fork. When I finally got my food, my fries weren't hot, the mozzarella sticks were like warm (and I only got 5 instead of 6), and the Mac 'n Cheese bites were also just like warm, even after I had to wait for them to be cooked! My Rueben was also cold, and had very little meat on it. Last night I waited 15 minutes to once again ask if my online order was ready and I still had to wait another 5-10 minutes to get my food. What's the point of ordering online ahead of time if you still have to wait 30 minutes at the store?
