My main reason for the deduct is they have had some issues getting orders right. We have gotten to the house and found that they have either made things incorrectly and/or left items out of the bag. So, that results in a return trip, food getting cold, people eating without people, etc. Just not the best scenario. Wish they did a better job of double checking order to ensure accuracy. We continue to come here because the boys do like the burgers (I still refuse to eat a square burger) and the chicken sandwiches and when they have them spicy chicken nuggets aren't bad.
