Good when it's good but mediocre at best when it isn't. Your experience really depends on the location and the staff.

I've come to this Hardee's since I was a kid. It's one of the few places you can even get food in Warrior and close to the interstate. By far the best food and service I've had at a fast food restaurant possibly ever. Yes...including all the Chick-fil-A's. My dad and I came here for lunch and were just going to get it to go since we had a friend coming over to our house later. She rescheduled after we ordered so we decided to just eat it there. The cashier was a nice older gentleman and noticed we were chilling there. He came bearing extra containers for us to be able to eat it there. He also checked on us during our meal to ensure we had all the sauces we wanted. I wish more people were like that! I love it when people love their job! Especially in customer service! To drink I had a mountain berry blast Powerade. Good till the last drop. My dad and I each had a roast beef sandwich and shared an order of five chicken tenders and small fries. The roast beef sandwich was delicious! I don't typically like roast beef, but this bread on this sandwich was toasted to perfection and smelled so good! The chicken tenders we really enjoyed. I was a bit hesitant since the last time I got chicken tenders was at Sonic, and they were awful! Thin and fake! The ones here were really tender, hot, and crispy. Now I know I can order them at an Hardee's establishment (Hopefully). The fries were delicious, and with just a small order of fries, my dad and I were already having trouble finishing it cause it was just SO MUCH FOOD! Food was ok - it's a Hardee's so you know what to expect. But there's more to the story: they knowingly overcharge you and won't fix it when you call them on it. Excuse: "They just do that to us..." and no apology. Would not refund the difference. Was in on a Sunday morning and it was pretty much empty the whole time. I suspect this type of unscrupulous deception may be part of the reason. Safe to say, last visit. It's a shame, 'cause I really like Hardee's biscuits... but not when they cheat you. read more

Twice in the last week (today is 8.4.24) I have been unable to order from the drive thru (due to a "situation" .. no wonder their location is often empty and 5 or so out smoking together ... Terrible way to run a business .. read more

I love Hardee's, this one seems to be on the outs. I have never had a bad experience here but the hours seem to have been affected since the pandemic. A lot of times i have went by on what was there normal hours and they were closed. I hope it makes it great breakfast stop. read more

i went into the restaurant and it smelled like pickle penis, and i almost throw up. when i ordered my food the person smelled like cigarettes feet. then, i got my food and i had a nasty bandage in my dry ass biscuit. read more

I have never been to a Hardee's that charged you .50 more on each combo than on their menu board and when you question it the answer was " oh our prices have changed " ((really, that's your answer)) and when you say to the clerk "that is considered false advertisement" you get "oh we're waiting for our new signs" OK considering the price that was up there WAS already written on a piece of white paper and taped up, no. The food was fine, coffee fine; service was slower that molasses in January.... really slow. But customer service, epic failure. read more

I got a Double cheese burger combo it's their version of a "Big Mac" theirs is hands down the winner! Way better then the "Big Mac" it's a lot of food for only $5. DH got grilled chicken bowl it like it a lot except it had a few pieces of fatty meat which he couldn't eat. He also got a chocolate shake he loved, and two apple pies that he claimed were good. The crew members were very friendly! They brought out our food and another even came to our table to clean it off for us. How often has that ever happened? NEVER! She was sweet she said, "that's what they pay us for, for real." Lol read more

Forgot to toast Frisco Burger, Monster Burger lukewarm, ketchup watered down. Onion rings and Iced tea very good.

Not just ordinary fast food. It is good fast food. The burgers seem like real meat. They are well cooked and delicious.

The male manager today was really wonderful. Even though there were clearly new people being trained he was on top of teaching them and correcting their mistakes while being very friendly about it. While it wasn't necessary, i appreciated the free drink for my wait. read more

Since we don't have Hardee's/Carl's Jr.'s in the Memphis area, I had to make a stop. The place (being next to an interstate) was busy, but most of the diners seemed local. Drivethru was the passers by. The service was polite and friendly. The steak biscuit was on special (upsell thanks to the cashier), but the breakfast platter didn't look like the photo (let's face it, they never do). The staff kept the dining area clean and checked on the patrons (seemed to be regulars from the area). Doubt I'll be in Warrior in the near future, but I'll give a Yelper thumbs up to this branch. read more

They seem to be a revolving door or fail. Every other Hardee's can get my order correct, this one though they seem to ignore what you order and just give you what they feel like you should get. Ordered no onions on your burger because you're allergic to them and could DIE from it. Nope you get onions so basically the entire burger is contaminated unless you just want to eat the bottom bun. Not only are they incompetent, but apparently half deaf as well. NEVER going to this one again! read more

Epic failure in providing timely and quality service. Waited longer than should have at speaker in drive-thru and then had to repeat order three times. Less than enthusiastic employee set the tone for the next several minutes as we waited for 2 simple cheeseburgers. We thought that surely with the wait the food would be freshly made and hot as it was just after the breakfast menu. Further disappointment ensued as I bit into the stale bread, lukewarm meat, ice cold pickle, and barely melted cheese. The bar is already low, it's Warrior, but it just got moved down. read more
