Alabama Stackers is a fantastic local restaurant in the downtown sectoon of Jasper, Alabama. It is a small business with few tables inside, but it appears more geared for takeout. I went with the double smash with fries. The burgers are made with locally sourced beef and the fries are handout and made in-house. The service was extremely friendly and professional and definitely made my visit a lot better. It is good to see a local burger joint showing those fast-food burger giants how to do a burger and honestly, the price was comparable. My double smash and fries was ten dollars out the door (excluding my tip). They gave a quality meal at a low price. Anytime that I am in Jasper, I will seek here out. This place gets and deserves five stars. read more

Sweet owners. But burgers and no pickles? No tomatoes? No lettuce? No onion? No business from us! The hot dog was better but again...no onions? No chili? And 9.75 for the hotdogs with cheese and OVER HALF my cheese was stuck to the PAPER they wrapped it in! Then my fries we OLD! The wife and I made a trip to Jasper today just to go to Alabama Stackers since she had never been. The burger was everything I told her it would be. The service is quick for such a great burger. It was a little damp and cool, so we chose to eat in the car rather than their outdoor seating. Well worth the drive!!! read more

Alabama stackers always has good, fun fast food. Their service is efficient and polite and they make excellent fries, grilled cheese and chicken sandwiches in addition to burgers! The best thing is the shakes!!! Especially the chocolate & strawberry combo shakes...when you can get em. I had them one time, and I have been Chasing that "high" ever since! Alas! I was at work and couldn't get away so I Door Dashed my meal. The fries are freshly cooked NOT frozen so do not expect them to be crunchy. They are NOT burnt they are fresh potatoes cut and fried they turn dark when cooking. The burger was good however my opinion I wasn't a fan of the sauce...doesn't mean it isn't good just means I have a different taste palette. It's a "homemade sloppy burger" not processed. If a plain Jane burger is what you're looking for, here's an option. They refuse to dress up any burger with so much as a pickle. I can understand wanting to streamline your production process and cut down on prep and waste, but come on! Either cheese or no cheese. Not with it to me. Mainly I just don't get the biz model. Someone buy a jar of pickles for goodness sake! You know, a still pickles can add another layer of depth to the flavor. No onions, no lettuce, no tomatoes, no nothing but meat and cheese. No thanks. First time trying. Stopped by with wife and daughter. Double stack, double stack+, and corn dog all served with fries (chips are also available). Burgers are not offered with veggie toppings but instead keep it basic; meat, cheese, and bacon if you want it. Daughter's corn dog was massive. Their hot dogs are also very large but they were out of weenies during our visit. Fries were great and a hefty helping with all 3 orders. Drinks are canned or bottled, no fountain drinks. Their milkshakes and floats looked tasty. You order inside and can eat at an outdoor table, which is covered, or get your food to-go. There is also a drive-thru. Outdoor seating area has several fans for air circulation. They also have a cornhole setup next to seating area, which is a nice distraction while waiting for your food. Anytime a burgers wrapped in that paper, you know it's gonna be good! Burger was juicy, bacon cooked perfectly, sauce was yummy, yum! Fries were excellent and unique to other places that serve fries... highly recommend if you want a good burger, you can't go wrong with this place! In town working and decided to try this place out. It's located downtown Jasper. A pretty cool little town. A little small building, no dining inside but they have a few picnic tables around back that are covered. This place has a very pleasant feel. The two women working inside were very nice. They could tell right away that we had never been there before. They began to explain everything detail about their menu and suggested a few items. After we had placed our order they explained how it was a family business that they started in 2020. Just a pleasant overall experience with the customer service aspect. Now the food.... It was pretty good. Everything is fresh and patties out the morning of opening. Burger had a real good flavor and they have this special sauce they have that is awesome. And they recommend I get dirty fries which were fantastic. They have Cajun seasoning and ranch on them. Overall it was great all around. I would rather go to a small family owned business like this one than a chain restaurant. Definitely go try this place out. read more
