I hadn't been to sonic in a while, and I really love their shakes. I ordered a chili cheese dog and an all American dog with onion rings of course because they are the bomb.com and a banana shake. I've always liked sonic drive-in set up and it's so easy to order on the screen pay for it there and then they bring it to your car. It feels classy, super fast service. Super good food. And it's not that expensive either I recommend it. read more

The drive thru was very slow we waited at least 20 minutes just to be able to pay and then when we got the food the order was nothing like how we asked for it plus it all just looked thrown together. read more

For the first time in my life I had a nightmare at sonic. First I ordered 3 drinks and an ice cream and there's no one at the sonic let me be clear. My online order say it will be 5 minutes, cars start to come in and get there food before me. Not sure when or if I will return. The person who brought our order to the car had to tell us she was sick and had been throwing up all day (keep in my she just handed us food to consume). Then we had to hear her life story and how she thought she may be pregnant since she has missed her period. It was probably the most bizarre fast food experience I've ever had. Service was great! Order screens were dirty and old. Needs a makeover like most restaurants in the area.

It took four times to get our order right. The first order had food missing, then they brought the wrong food, then more wrong food, and finally correct. It's definitely gotten better since I last came. Within the past month, it feels as if the management has gotten better overall. My food now comes out faster and more precise than before. Something that could be worked on though is the people hired for the night shift at this Sonic. Each morning I come, everything is amazing. I click the red button and I get immediately serviced and my food order is always accurate. When I come for dinner, it takes a few clicks of the red button to finally get an answer and it's correct 80% of the time. It feels as if the day shift workers are putting more work and effort into what they do, whereas night shift does not. read more

The young girl that first brought out our order told me what all the food she had was and it WAS NOT our order. She then looks at me like she's went stupid and goes to get help. The next woman comes out and says that the girl brought out the right order and I told her it was the wrong one anways. ( why would I tell her my food was wrong if it wasn't?) anyways I get the food, drive 30 minutes home and see that I got SALSA with cheese sticks. Fucking SALSA. I never really grew up a "Karen" but this Encounter scarred me. So me and my friend went there and ordered the honey bbq popcorn chicken with a side of cheese sticks and chili cheese fries. But the food wasn't the worst part... so two waitresses come out to give us our food. As one of the waitresses hands me the food the other waitress made a smart comment by saying "I love getting dirty looks" when me nor my friend even made eye contact. In my 18 years of fast food eating, I have never seen such behavior. read more

This location is always busy and they always get my order right. I ordered the cake batter milkshake and added strawberries.. YUM! Their half priced milk shake after 8pm deal is awesome. The staff was tired when I was there but they still had a smile on their face. Will be back on my next milkshake run! read more

Good overall experience! Food was good. Person on speaker forgot to ask me what type of sauce I wanted with my chicken and everything tasted a bit over done but overall was what you expect from any fast food restaurant. Tables outside are in a desperate need of a good cleaning. Didn't look like they clean them in between guests. read more

If i could give negative stars i would. Please quit going to sonic because they are just rude and the prices are ridiculous. I went to get the 99 cent mozzarella sticks today anf my screen wasnt working so i couldnt see my order and when i got my bag i seen where they charged me 3.69 and wouldnt give me a refund. The girl at the window was so rude and could have cared less and to top that off they aint even hot and these cheese is hard and chewy. Worst sonic by far. Forgets to put items in the bags all of the time. Most recent trip ordered a burger with mustard only and they put all of the toppings on it. They have the poorest customer service i have seen in fast food. Needless to say, will not be back read more
