Tender, but almost no flavor and none of the smoke I expected, especially after tasting the ribs. Mac and cheese: Grainy and not enjoyable. There are several reasons mac and cheese can turn grainy, but either way, I'd pass on it next time. Collard greens: Surprisingly good, but I was shocked they didn't have pepper juice available--a Southern staple with greens. I'd eat these again, but I'd bring my own pepper juice.
