My wife ordered the All American Burger and fries. It was not your typical everyday plain ground meat burger, but an herb infused delight full of flavor and the fries were excellent as well. I ordered a cup of gumbo along with the shrimp and grits, and I thought I was dining down in New Orleans. It was some of the best gumbo I have eaten outside of Louisiana. I raised my voice/ did not cuss and repeated we ordered it with ketchup, mayo and cheese only. At which she then said I do not tolerate people being rude to me, take it up with the owner and hung up on me! I spent $53.00 on lunch today and this was my first time to go there. On top of everything else I tried to eat it but a dead bug fell out of it! I will not be back! Buyer beware spoke with the owner who stated he was going to refund the order but he did not and when I confronted it he said it takes time but it could have been voided and refunded. It never was. Poor customer service/ poor management. Do not go there!! Very incompetent to say the least.
