We visited this Hardee's because we are on vacation and my Wife LOVES Hardee's. After this visit I can definitely see why. I honestly believe the Sausage, Egg, and cheese biscuit I had was absolutely one of the best I have ever had, I normally don't go for Sausage biscuits but they accidentally gave us this instead of the Bacon,Egg,Cheese that we ordered and I can honestly say I am glad they messed it up because it was DELICIOUS. They actually gave us a Bacon,Egg,Cheese one since they were just gonna have to throw the first biscuit away if they took it back to give us the correct one. I would absolutely recommend this Hardee's 50 times over. You want good breakfast this is the place to come. read more

When in the mood for great hamburger experience my wife will consistently request we find a Hardee's (not as easy as it once was). She's a huge fan of the Famous Star Quarter Pounder and claims that Hardee's includes better veggies to round out the full flavor. Being more bargain conscious I opt for two double Champ burgers. This occasion may have shifted the Famous Star obsession into a flame-out fizzle. The beef patty was much thinner than normal (kitchen mix-up?) and the veggies were limp and lame. This gigantic disappointment will result in avoidance here in favor of other burger options. The service was courteous and we didn't have the heart to reveal this disappointment. Am hoping this was a rare exception; sadly it will be a long spell before we give it another shot. read more

Ok, I'm definitely going to start this review by stating, yes I did just give 5 stars to a fast food joint. I honestly don't think I've done that once before (if I have it isn't very often). Second, this review is 100% based on my drive through experience. I can't report on what it's like to go in and place an order or dine in .... may be a totally different experience. I pulled up to the menu board and was greeted by, quite possibly, the friendliest attendant I've ever come across working at a drive through station. Nice greeting and let me know she'd take my order when I was ready - not rushing me in any way. I don't frequently go to Hardee's (really anywhere) so I needed a minute to see what they had. Kind of surprised they didn't have plain sausage biscuit listed (maybe they did and I missed it) I asked if they had one. She quickly responded yes. To which I asked if I could get that in a combo. Again, quickly responding, she let me know I could and asked what I wanted to drink. Order in I moved up to the window. Same friendly greeting at the window - money exchange happened quickly and food was handed out to me almost instantly. Great drive through experience. This is how it should be done everywhere! Parked in the parking lot to eat my food, and now for the second time already in this young day I'm surprised. The food was literally hot off the fryer. Couldn't believe how fresh the biscuit and sausage both were. The hash brown's were equally fresh. Great flavor on everything. Really impressed with the product they have to offer here. Really glad I checked this place out. Hopefully future visits will continue to impress like this past visit was able to do. read more

As you can see from my reviews I rarely give a fast food place 5 stars, but after stopping here for lunch today (Sept 6, 2018 about 2pm) I am must say it was a pleasant surprise. I ordered the #8 which is the 1/4 lb Thickburger with fries and drink. I usually order the Frisco burger or the Thickburger, and they're usually just average, usually been sitting for a but and mushy, etc, but this burger today was freshly made, and I know because I saw it being made, and it was made just right, fresh tomatoes, onions and lettuce, and burger wasn't dry and bread wasn't soggy. Burger patty was hot and veggies were cold like they're supposed to be. I'm not much of a french fry eater but I was hungry so I got a small fry. Again, they were fresh and piping hot, and tasted great. I let the manager and other employees talk me into getting the Froot Loops donuts, and at first I was like "I like froot loops but I dunno about them as donuts " but the other employees assured me I would love them, and man I'm glad I listened. I love these things! So the place was clean and well maintained, all of the condiments, napkins, straws and everything were well stocked, coke had lots of fizz, etc. As far as customer service and professionalism, this place takes the cake. I have been to thousands of fast food restaurants and done reviews on hundreds, and I wish every fast food place had a crew like this. I was served by a female manager and an employee named Tara, these ladies were awesome. Helped me decide on my meal choice and also suggested the donuts, and were very professional, courteous and friendly. As a matter of fact, every employer there on this shift was smiling, looked and acted professional. I am seriously impressed. Promote everyone here and move them to all the surrounding Hardee's and let them show other crews how it's done! 5 stars! read more

I honestly can't remember the last time I had a good experience at Hardee's because they're so few and far between, and this time was no exception. They do have some good food, but the rest is hit or miss. Today I got the chicken burrito bowl and my husband got the mushroom Swiss burger and curly fries. The bowl and burger both had good flavor and the restaurant was mostly clean, hence the reason for the two stars. However, the bowl was lukewarm at best, and the fries were cold and tasted like they'd been sitting for at least a half hour. Another thing I don't get is why it always takes almost 10 minutes to get food at any Hardee's. I can understand the thickburgers probably take a little bit longer to cook thoroughly, but at least wait to make the rest of the food so it doesn't get cold. read more

I stopped going to the Hardee's at 970 Gilbert Ferry Road in Attalla , Alabama a year ago because the men's room in the restaurant was the filthiest men's room I had ever been to . There were always water leaks around the toilet and you couldn't sit down or your clothes would get wet and the toilet seat was always loose . When you complained to the women working there , they would always smile and say they would fix it when they got around to it . It never changed . They had good food and I enjoyed eating there , but I won't patronize a place with a 3rd word toilet . read more
