Quite possibly perfection on a plate.

Sweet baby Jesus in heaven. The grilled cheese brisket has got to be one of the greatest sandwiches I've ever put in my mouth! Order it. Don't think about it. Just do it. You're welcome.

Great place to have a casual lunch or quick drink while galavanting around Main St! The bartender was so amicable & knowledgeable about the adult beverage menu! She was full of smiles! Prices are midrange, & decor is nontraditional/chic/industrial! Super clean spot.

We were in town for a family thing, and we wanted somewhere to meet for lunch. We always try to go to a local restaurant if we can. It was pouring, so I dropped people off at the door and just made a mad dash. Neat, inviting inside, and we sat near the back of the dining room. We got the candied bacon bombs for an app a long with the pimento cheese pups. My main meal was Beef Tips & Rice, which I think was a daily special and not always on menu. Great meal for a rainy day.

Brisket grilled cheese. AMAZING!!!

Fantastic food, good ambiance, and wonderful service!!! Had an amazing date night with my husband here. My husband asked for tartar sauce on the side, and they don't typically serve it. Someone whipped him up a small serving to go with his meal, and it was delicious. Would definitely go again!

Really amazing little place in downtown Gadsden. The service was outstanding. Our waitress was a pure joy. Helpful and attentive. The ambiance is quite nice with a bar and ample seating inside. The food was the true star. Great menu and daily specials. Being moved from the Tampa area my wife had a Cuban and I had the grouper special. Both were ample portions and great takes on traditional Tampa fare. If you are a meat lover, get the Candied Bacon Bombs. We loved them. Definitely a place to check out if you are in the area.

Popular pub on Broad St in heart of Gadsden. Pleasant welcoming entry to their comfortable seating area. Staff are super friendly cute and converge soon as you walk in, making sure u taken care of; v kind. Be ready to eats cuz each of their menu items are substantial and made for a couple :) Barkeeps quite adept; ask for their special Bloody M. Did not expect this-- their salads are quite exquisite and v v. tasty, man. Check the Spinach Berry Salad. O course they gots multiple burger types, And their entrancing Sriracha Chicken :)

Service is awesome! Not the fastest on the actual food cooking but I assume everything is made fresh. And the wait is so worth it! The cheeseburger was delicious and juicy. A lot of places dry out the patties when it's a well done burger. Not here-fantastic!!! The sidewinder fries are also great and not greasy. And the mashed potatoes were perfectly seasoned and buttery good. The restaurant was clean. The music was mellow and the atmosphere was romantic, modern, historic, and classy all in one.

Great atmosphere with excellent food and drinks with the best waitress Hannah that we've had in I can't remember. Highly recommended

Visiting for the weekend for a wedding, The Rail was recommended to us. According to Yelp, they were NOT open...however they are open! Check out the hours in the picture I posted! Great fried pimento cheese for an appetizer, delicious! Burger and pimento cheese chicken sandwich were both delicious and filling! Clean! Friendly Staff.

It was okay. Kids meals are a great value and the Alfredo was great. Brisket wasn't great though. Service wasn't stellar but all in all ok but for $70 was were hoping for more.

Holy moly!!! I…read moreattended a conference in Guntersville this last weekend. Events concluded somewhat early on Saturday and I wanted to make the most of my drive out that way, so I decided to drive a little farther to give Gordo's Way a try. TL;DR -- I'm gonna be making more special trips to Albertville. This restaurant is located on Main Street in Albertville. It's on the corner/end of the street. Street parking is limited but there's a large lot across the street that I took advantage of. They appear to only be open Friday - Sunday so plan accordingly! A few picnic tables are arranged in front of the entrance. The restaurant is small with room for maybe ~25 seats on the inside. You order at the counter. The menu is diverse with a lot of authentic Mexican and Central American dishes. Big focus on birria -- not just tacos, but pizza and ramen too. Service was exceptional! The young woman who greeted me at the counter was so friendly and nice. She immediately caught on it was my first visit and she graciously offered to explain the menu to me. She was exceedingly thorough - more than I truly needed but I didn't mind because she was so sweet - and she knew her stuff! If you're new to this cuisine at all, Gordo's Way would be a great place to explore because the staff will take care of you. They have several containers of aguas frescas, to include cucumber pineapple, horchata, orange pineapple, etc. I knew I wanted one but couldn't pick -- they kindly offered me a sample. The cucumber pineapple was perfect -- delightfully refreshing, not too sweet but not too cucumbery either, and so that was my choice. I ordered two birria tacos with a side of rice and beans to accompany my beverage. This was actually my first time trying birria. I've waited to try it because I wanted to try it somewhere I was confident would do it well -- reviews led me here. I wasn't disappointed. It was delicious: the beef was chewy, savory, succulent, so moist; the onions were crunchy but unobtrusive; the tortilla was thin and crispy; and the consommé for dipping was perfectly umami and surprisingly not insanely messy. The only thing that didn't completely knock my socks off was the rice. It wasn't bad, just kind of standard. The beans were, I think, charro beans -- definitely pintos, not refried. They were smoky and tender. Go out of your way to Gordo's Way -- you will not regret it.
