Drive thru was quick, convenient and good customer service. I went here because I haven't eaten Burger King in years since the nearest one burned down. I ended up ordering the Double Western Whopper with no onions. The whopper was ok, but had too many jalapeños peppers on the burger and also had onions. They do charge for extra pickles which most burger places don't do. I'll definitely come back if I'm craving another burger from here. read more

There was 4 people in front of me and it took 20 minutes to give me my food. When I finally got my food they messed it up. I ordered a double and they charged me for a double and then gave me a single. Also $13 for a double whopper. Price was outrageous. read more

I was here today for a quick lunch, ordered fish combo, it took them almost 15 mins to give me my order until I asked where is my order, a lot of commotions within the employees as to why orders are coming in and out but mine is not, claiming the fish needs to be cook but I noticed the fish is been cooked and been waiting in the tray and another reason is the guy is new in this job but regardless, I also noticed that people from the drive through are coming back inside and complaining about their order is wrong, it's the worst meal I have ever eaten. Service was fine, food was inedible. Absolutely the worst breakfast sandwich!!! We ordered two biscuits with egg and bacon, it was drenched in oil, dripping off the sandwich. The bacon was crispy and the only thing edible part, and to through the rest of it into trash before I could even take a picture. read more

Customer service is probably the worst of any BK I've ever went to. My food order was messed up and all the carbonated drinks were watered down. The food when corrected was cold. Fries were so chewy I just threw them away. Manager was useless to assist. Go anywhere but here. read more

I ordered an Icee, after they told me they couldn't accept cash and I paid with a card, they told me the icee machine was having problem, would I like a coke instead, I said no. they told me it was working now. They did this three times by three different ppl. I pulled up, they brought us cold food and gave me a huge coke and said they couldn't get the machine to work. Customer service sucks, food sucked, everything about this place sucks! Next time I am traveling through there (which I do a lot) going to Tennessee I will make sure to stop at the towns before or after this horrible place! read more

It was clean and the food was great for fast food. A great stop on our way through. The staff was very friendly.

There today for lunch. Walked in to have two men in front of me waiting to order, toke 10 minutes to even be acknowledged & one of the TWO LADIES finally toke there order & ours. Then after additional 25 minutes received our food. Only THREE IN RESTAURANT WORKING. One man doing all drive through orders one lady taking orders (drive through & front) she was also running orders to those waiting for food parked around restaurant that ordered from drive through. Other lady gathering orders, and going in back and making the food for orders, and taking orders & $$$ at drive through. Never washing hands in between! Did put cloves on when in back- also noticed did not actually take off when came back up front. Badly need of at least one more person. Never acknowledged any customers as came in, never apologized for the long wait on food, never really said anything. Cold food served to us, not sure about the others sandwich, but ours cold, fry's kinda warm, his onion rings- kinda warm. Disgusting seeing how much it costs these days! Only went to BK for he wanted onion rings! More than likely will not go back. Oh, also noticed several come in & leave without ordering! We stayed for retired. There are not enough room on this page to tell what was wrong with our order. What I don't understand you guys were busy and still managed to serve the coldest sandwiches I ever had and I've been served one before that half raw and it was warmer than chicken sandwich that I had at your restaurant. Cold and dry is the worst. I'll never be back anyway but teach your cooks to do better. Cold food is not acceptable. read more

Went in for a quick bite and they were fast ,friendly service and clean areas , fairly good priced .We will return next time in the area

This was my first and LAST visit to the Springville Burger King. It supposedly closes at 10:00. I got there at 9:05 and there were people inside but nobody would answer the drive through speaker. Knocked on the drive through window and was ignored. Called on the phone because I was just curious about what was going on. It rang ten times with no answer. Won't be going back. If that were my franchise I would not be impressed with how it is managed. read more
