This time a quick to-go Mother's Day lunch while traveling home. Was greeted promptly and with a Happy Mother's Day wish and a smile. Ordered my usual #1 combo with lemonade. Super fast service. Fries were good, though just a touch less crispy than usual - maybe trying to fry quick to take care of the amount of folks deciding on Milo's for Mother's Day? And amount of sauce on hamburger was a TOTAL disappointment - I kept thinking maybe the sauce was uneven and I'd eventually get to the part with all the extra sauce, but alas, such a spot on the burger didn't exist. Without the sauce, why go to Milo's? The service saved this review from 3 stars, but I sure hope someone from the location reads this & prevents this from happening in future.

We stood there for about 10 minutes, and not once did anyone look up, greet us, or let us know that someone would be with us shortly. We ended up asking the two customers how long they had been waiting. The person waiting for her food said she had placed her order about 30 minutes earlier and was still waiting. The person in front of us said he had already been there 20-25 minutes and no one had even acknowledged him or taken his order. We tried several times to get someone's attention, but no luck. The employees were in the back with their heads down, and we could clearly see them--and they could clearly see us--but no one acknowledged or greeted us. At that point, we decided to take our business elsewhere. We were extremely disappointed with this Bojangles location.
