I go to this Bojangles very often after school, here are my thoughts. This is a very nice adorable little Bojangles. All of the employees i've talked to are extremely sweet, i've only had one bad experience and I don't even blame it on the employee. The food is very good, it's warm when you get it and spiced perfectly. The iced coffee is must. I 100% recommend it. When I go to a Bojangles, I expect a nice little chicken place with that wooden country vibe, and this is exactly it. This bojangles is very rarely busy as well, I can't really say that about the drive through, but what fast food place doesn't have a packed up drive through? There is a small wait but it isn't the worst possible thing on earth. This place does not in a million years deserve lower than 3 stars. The place is extremely clean and well kept by their sweet staff. If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. Out of the two food options at this shopping area, go to the Bojangles. read more

Terrible experience. When I ordered, I specifically asked how long a chicken tender family meal would take. I was told it was ready now, so I placed the order. I then waited 20 minutes with no line. After waiting for a while, I went inside and was told they were "fixing my sweet tea." Went back in again and was then told they were "fixing the fries." If the food wasn't ready, just say that. Don't tell customers it's ready now and then keep changing the excuse. Poor communication and a complete waste of time. read more

I drove 12 miles to this location when I no longer could deal with closest Popeye's. Unfortunately the dining room was still close due to staffing issues. Their drive thru was relatively fast. My orders were correct 9 out of the 10 visits made. Their employees were friendly except for one young lady. I love their transportation box that made it easy to carry everything inside. Except I think it defeats the purpose to include the sweet tea in a box with hot food. I want my hot food hot and my cold drinks cold. Packing them in the same box just didn't work for me. One of the worst fast food restaurants I've ever dealt with! It can take 10 minutes just for them to acknowledge you--if they even bother to take your order at all. More than once I've sat at the speaker with no response, only to drive around and see the employees just sitting inside the dining room instead of doing their jobs. Not friendly and rude, has damaged inside, went in with family they put food in a to go bags. They had no ice, Pepsi zero was out of syrup, Diet Pepsi was flat. I gave up, and drank flat soda. These used to be place I stopped when coming through town , but won't do that again will find something else where. read more

Pulled up to the drive thru, well before closing time, and was blatantly ignored. We then pulled up to the drive thru window, and saw someone just standing there, we locked eyes and they just rolled them and looked away as if a CUSTOMER was inconveniencing them. This place needs better customer service, and people who actually want to work, regardless of the time. read more

First time eating from this restaurant. The drive-thru service was fast. The available choices were limited. They only had thighs, fries and pinto beans available. The chicken and fries were hot. It seems as if bojangles has jumped on the bandwagon of DOWNSIDE on their portion/entree sizes and NOT decreasing the COSTS !! The chicken egg and cheese biscuit was ALREADY small in comparison to its ..............now they've made the biscuits AND THE chicken fillets smaller! This establishment is serving cold chicken and informed me I would have to wait 15 minutes for hot chicken. I was unhappy we couldn't go inside to make our order even though we understood. However, by the time I checked my order there were many cars in line and I didn't want to waste more time to ask for the missing items. I wish I had when we got home and found out they had given us a combo of spicy /mild chicken without telling us. There weren't any condiments, napkins or straws. The food has always been decent. However, service is lacking, and 8 out of 10 times when I go through the drive thru they do not put biscuits with a any of our orders. And if you want to order chicken tenders, be prepared to wait a long while for them. Once I wasn't able to understand the girl taking my order in the drive thru, and so she decided to yell at me. As always, Bojangles delivers in tasty chicken and amazing Cajun fries. However, if you are in any hurry to get your food at ANY time of day here, expect to be waiting for 45 minutes plus. Their dining room is closed and there are two people working inside so there is not much of an excuse for the wait time. Hopefully this location changes things soon. read more

Tasty and filling. The cicken and biscuits are the bomb. And the sides are good too. Spice it up with some special sauces and finish it off with some rice and mac and cheese you won't be hungry for a while. If you hungry and you are in a hurry and you like fried chicken, the Bo will fix you up pretty quick. Weather you go in or drive through they have always served me faster than the time it takes to set the dinner table. read more

This Bojangles REALLY need to take pointers from NC. I got the chicken supreme dinner and the roasted chicken bites dinner. They were both cold. The fries were absolutely disgusting. They tasted like cardboard. This place needs new management. They definitely need more training this one could close and no one would miss it. Don't waste your time. Zero stars if I could. I pulled into the drive thru and there was a wet floor sign in front of the ordering intercom. No note. I assumed it was not working as there were cars at the window and pulled around. After waiting for 2 cars to be served, as I am sitting there, what I assume is a manager comes out with more cones. She places one in front of my car without saying a word and waits for the car in front of me to pull off and places the other one there and walks inside. You clearly saw me, a customer waiting and neglected to say anything, or apologize for the inconvenience or explain. yes this the chicken place with the tea and muffin bread roll called as a biscuit. its good eating as the halal offerings are plenty and have no pork.or swine meat. you just have to be careful. good and spicy read more
