A very disappointing experience with my grandsons We came for dinner and there were 5 of us in our party. So the order was on the large side. We ate in the dining area. The cashier was friendly, but the order was messed up. I think of the five orders, only two were correct. Water was replaced with a lemon drink, fries were omitted, one sandwich was missing. We were late in getting the boys fed, and they were cranky, so finding meals messed up added to their bad moods. This is probably only the second time I have been in this particular location. You can't go wrong with food from Chick-fi-a. I love their grilled nuggets and side salad. Their Mac and cheese is pretty good too for fast food. It doesn't matter what time of day you go the customer service is always top tier and bless those employees taking orders in the cold. Great casual spot for kids and adults. read more

Most every Chick-fil-A in the world is good to go to bc they all have a similar way of operating so it's the nicest fast food option of all. This one is nice and the servers were nice here. Hey, y'all, it's Chick-fil-A so you know the food is great! Fortunately, the folks at the location, as well as every location, are the best! I placed a mobile order using their app for the first time last night. I think I half expected it to be harder to pick it up through the drive-thru than it would had I parked and just gone in but they were packed to the gills! Again, because they were busy (always are) I thought it would probably be a little longer. Imagine my surprise when we were approached in the drive-thru line to take our order and I told her we had a mobile order. She got my name and said it would be ready when we got to the window. I didn't expect it to be that easy! The food and the service was top notch! If you haven't downloaded the app, do it!! Ordering through the app and picking it up in the drive-thru was so easy!! I'm just frustrated. Granted, I woke up mad because I had to be up so early on a Saturday. But, first off I asked for fries instead of hash browns (I always do this) and was told I couldn't do that, and then told I couldn't scan my points because the transaction was over but that I would get a receipt and could put them in that way. The food was terrible and cold and on top of that about 30 minutes after eating my nuggets and fries I puked in my vehicle and the only thing I ate was the chicken and fries from here I felt fine before I went in even had a job interview that I had thankfully finished before all of this happened over all service was also not the best the lady behind the counter was not the nicest person you could come across in other words it's not her pleasure to serve you and the staff is just running no organization like most other chick-fil-A's out there and the inside of the chick-fil-A was like any other except you could not get your own straw and of course they did not give me one, so I had to go back in and request one. Sometime the food is good and sometime it isn't good no different from any other fast food restaurant. One thing that chick-fil-a gets right everytime is their customer service. I realize I cannot complain about long lines at Chickfila because they all have them, but these are the worst. In addition, their routing for the lines are extremely confusing. You have to go one-way all the way around the building and stay within the cones. However, people are always confused and cut in line. So smart and efficient. The drive-through line is always long during peak hours but they are smart enough to have folks taking orders while you are in the line on their iPads so that when you get to the window your order is ready and they can start preparing it sooner.
