I don't believe I have ever reviewed a fast food restaurant before, but feel compelled to do so today. I happened to be here on a Saturday afternoon after a trip to the waterpark. I didn't have any expectations regarding my experience, but was pleasantly surprised when a delightful young lady approached our table after we ordered from the kiosk. She asked how we were and if she could get us anything. She proceeded to check on our order and then brought it out to our table. She asked us if we needing anything else and even checked in again later. The food was as I expected it to be, but her kindness and bright smile was delightful. I appreciated that. read more

Whoever is working the drive thru is the rudest person I've ever dealt with in the service industry. Typically McDonald's is McDonald's, not much to say. But this place was disgusting. I used the bathroom and it was so dirty that I didn't even want to touch anything in there. The ground was all sticky, toilet seat looked grimy. And I am the kind of person who really isn't picky on this kind of stuff. Then, the area to order food was also totally gross. Like miscellaneous stuff sitting in the case with the muffins, sticky counters, etc. And the staff was totally uninterested and rude. This McDonald's should receive a ZERO! My family and I were traveling, and decided to stop at THIS McDonald's. There were 2 drive-thru, but tell me why there weren't any signs, or cones placed to let us know only one lane was open?? So, that's what we thought. After no staff took our order on the intercom, we went back around to the other lane where we saw cars placing their orders. And guess what happened?! That lane then STOPPED taking orders!! It got so bad I got out my car and had to walk down to the window and ask the employee what was the problem? Of course she was rude responding, I'm on my lane." So, my wife pulled right up to the window and placed our order; which I thought was unprofessional on the staff, because the other cars were experiencing the same problem. But that's not all, it got worse! Not only did they mess my order up, they didn't put any napkins in our bags, and the WORSE thing is when they told us they ran OUT of ketchup??? Huh?? This place is so annoying. I have been here two day in a row, and all I wanted was a Plain hamburger with only LETTUCE AND TOMATOES. What do I get? A cheeseburger with pickles and ketchup and who knows what else Then the pop. Oh my god. It's is disgusting. I don't know how they can keep selling it. The (4am) staff were very polite and helpful. Bathrooms and restaurant were very clean. The restaurant was very well located and visible from highway 20, and well lite in the dark! Thank you staff for beings so polite and helpful! Would recommend this McDonalds! read more

Stopped here to get coffee at 6:15 pm. They asked us to pull up and wait because they were making a fresh pot. We pulled up and waited... And waited...and waited some more. Finally pulled into a parking place to get out of the way. Waited some more. Noticed a car dealership next door. Walked over and spent 10 minutes looking at a truck. Came back... Still no coffee. Finally walked in. Three people at the window visiting. One customer in the entire place. They all looked very surprised when we asked where our coffee was. They gave me two fish filet sandwiches that are obviously not fresh. They are VERY hard with so much tartar on them that I can make 4 more decent sandwiches.
