There's nothing good about this place at all. I've been here twice both times made me want to quit eating forever. The service is rude slow incompetent and completely useless. I ordered two whopper juniors because they were on sale. I thought well maybe they will be fresh since they're on sale and plenty of people should be ordering them, but I was wrong now it's 11:30 AM prime lunchtime and both of the buns were so hard I couldn't even attempt to bite into them. I went inside immediately to get a refund of course that was extremely difficult to get. They can take your money, but they can't seem to refund your money. I ended up just leaving without a refund without any food much angrier than I had showed up. This is the last time I will ever step foot in any Burger King in the entire world. Burger King is dead to me. I have been screwed over by Burger King for the last time. This isn't the only location that sucks extremely bad. I can't even think of one good location at all. This place would be good if the food was hot. I'm not sure if it's there signature but there food is always cold from the fries to meat to the bread it's horrible. THE slowest drive thru in history. I got stuck in the drive thru and couldn't get out of line once i realized how slow it was moving. I literally waited over 30 minutes only to receive cold food! 1 star is a generous rating! DO NOT GO HERE! This place is dark gloomy and gross. It should be closed down to something else or have better management. Yes they scored a 95 on the help departments clean score, but the workers seems to be unenthused about being there. The guy at the drive through window had gloves on but they were to protect his hands and not the customer it seems. He grabbed the window, prepared soda's, food, and rang up tickets all while wearing the same gloves. It's disturbing that they're too lazy to change gloves/wash hands. The only reason we went was because my daughter wanted the vegetarian impossible burger. Which she liked. Guy taking Orders was less than enthusiastic. Wanted water w no ice but we got tea w no ice. Food was pretty cold especially the onion rings which were the only thing I was looking forward to. Forgot straws and had to go inside. The bathroom floors were extremely wet from being mopped at 2:30 pm. My chicken sandwich was actually decent just cold. read more

I like this Burger King. I have never gone through the drive-in window. I always go inside, even for take outs. The staff has always been very nice to me. I have never had any problems with food or service. Yes, they are understaffed but most places are these days. I have always found it to be one of the cleaner BK's I have been to. And with a coupon, you can get a meal for around $5 plus tax. Where else can you consistently get a lunch for under $6 ? Overall grade: B+. I will continue to come back read more

How does this place even stay open? 7 people ahead of me waiting for their orders; counter staff had no idea who got what, in what order. Receipt numbers didn't matter, since their printer was broken and they couldn't print receipts anyway. 30 minutes later, I finally get my food, AHEAD of several people who had been waiting before me. The staff very poorly trained,Friday December 7,2018. 840pm,ordered Double Quarter King combo for $8.90,straight off the broiler,crew member attempted to serve me a microwaved heated old meat and cold onion rings made right after I complained,Sunday December 9,2018 ordered same meal at 1111am again cold meat and old ass onion rings served in 1minute and 15 seconds takes at least 3mins for meat to cook thru broiler, 'What happened to HAVE IT YOUR WAY?",service was corrected after complaining about it again spent another $9.12 and they want $15 an hour. read more

There is always something not right there. Drink machines are sometimes down, their drive throu is sometimes not working, yes you read that correctly. They take your order and make you pull up to the curb, even when no one is behind you, it so you are out of the cameras way of being timed. read more

Went through the drive thru at 6:00. Ordered 2 combo meals. Was told to pull up like the other cars ahead of me. Waited in my car until 6:20. I was fuming. Went inside and asked for my money back and the staff asked what my order was. When I told them, they looked shocked as if had never ordered it, even though i had my receipt and i had indeed paid for it....21.00 worth!! The staff asked me if I wanted the drinks. They even asked me to go back to my car and bring the drinks back in. After doing so, i got my money back with no apology or excuse. We waited 20 mins for our food. Six other family's got their food before us, one family had about ten people ,all these family ordered after us..my wife said sumthing and the girl said I'm only one person and walked off after another 10 mins she ask for our ticket then was running her mouth ,then a guy comes up and asked what we ordered ,we told him the girl has the ticket ,then the girl puts her hand up and said she wasn't going to touch our order because she was fucking pissed. I thought this Burger King had finally gotten their act together several months ago...apparently not. We tried it again yesterday and will NOT go back. Rudest cashier ever. If there was a manager present, they obviously didn't care that their employees were rude to the customers. To make matters worse, nothing about the order was even right...if you order the "Bacon King"' and pay $7.99 for the combo, shouldn't it have BACON on it?? My husband actually took his back in and was treated rudely again, as he watched several employees get in an altercation behind the counter. This location needs to purge this staff, hire a new one and have them take lessons in customer service from the folks next door at Chik-fila.
