A couple helped me unlock my car because I forgot my keys inside. They came to help me before taking a previous call in Linden which explains the extra star. However a couple days later I found out they left a considerable amount of damage to my door. The top of my door doesn't close flushed anymore and now I can hear wind coming from my passenger side when I drive. Would not work with these guys again. read more

Waited over 4 hours and they no showed for a simple roadside assistance. The simply had to bring fuel.

Locked my keys in my car. They said they would be "at the latest" there at 12:30. I said it was cutting it close to my flight time but I should make it if that is the time they arrive. They called me at 2:45 pm, saying they have arrived (after I called them 3 times and eventually got a other company who took care of me from beginning to finish in 15 minutes). I missed my flight. I recommend walking, breaking into your car, buying a new car, and/or giving up before you call these guys. read more

Worst company ever if I could give no stars I definitely would. Called the towing company at 5:27 guy said he will arrive in 72 mins ughhhhh waited longer than that. For him to say he can't unlock my truck because he have a hard time with those kind of locks. Like wtf are you serious. This kind of service is unacceptable. read more

The gentlemen that came to give my car a jump were so quick to come. My car didn't even need a jump, corrosion on my battery just needed to be cleaned and they did it with a can of pepsi. I have never had such terrible service. I was stuck in a parking lot with my keys lock inside, vehicle running with my baby inside and they cancelled service on me because they said that I wasn't with my car?? They didn't even look! I was there the entire time and my phone died so I couldn't call. My husband, who wasn't with me, ended up calling them back and they told him they cancelled the service call -_- so he called the local police department and they came out and waited with me until they finally showed up two hours after I called. read more

I requested a roadside service at 10 AM. They gave an ETA of 60 mins. I kept calling them thereafter for at least 8-10 times for the next 8 hours. Each time I had to wait for 30-40 mins to reach the customer service representative. Each time I got a response that the driver is on his way and will be there in 15-40 mins. Finally I had to give up after 8 hours and had to call up another agency. That was a horrible experience read more

He is not an honorable man, on our first phone call he told me he wouldn't be able to honor his side of the contract because he was unable to take my payment method (debit). He said he will let his dispatch know to send someone else, his dispatch called me and told me that he is going to cancel the call. I threatened legal action because they were willing to leave stranded a 41 year old male who's disabled just because they hadn't "stepped into the 90's and gotten a way to take debit. He hung up on me. I called USAA and arranged another driver and to log a complaint. I had a scheduled driver for 6 pm - 8 pm. It turned out to be the guy from Jack Rabbit. I inquired as to what happened after going back and forth he said he had said that he was going to find a way to take the debit card. If this was true why would his dispatch call me and tell me their cancelling the ride. This didn't make sense so I called the number I had for his dispatch I explained the situation (calmly) and he hung up on me. My guess is the combination of my legal threat, my complaint, and the fact I was disabled led them to figure out a way to get out of trouble and that's what they are trying to do. read more

Horrible service... I called to get a tow today. They said they would be here in 20 min. No big I expected that. I get another call telling me he will be here in 4 min. "Sweet" I thought. The guy gets lost and goes onto his next call and just leaves me. With mo appology. Don't ever use this place. They are a joke. read more

Allstate motor dispatched them to me and would be here in 45 min. 2 hrs later and nothing . I called Allstate and the tow company said they can't find my car - seriously you can't see the only vehicle in the grocery store parking lot - they lied cuz they were late . Horrible company read more

This was in Camp Hill, PA. My insurance company sent Jack Rabbit to get my car unlocked when I lock them in last week. So man and his girlfriend show up, she jumps out of the car and says sign and initial here and then gets back in their unmarked truck with tinted windows so dark you could not see in and she smelt like alcohol. The guy started pumping up my door on the side and he pride open my door about 2 inches and he saw my eyes bulging out of my head and he tells me not to worry that it wont scratch my car. I was worried about the door breaking, not getting scratched. After about 15 mins he got it unlocked and they left as quickly as they came. I got no paperwork etc. I went to drive home after that and I realized that my door was pulled away and wont close the correctly.. I have left multiple voice mails and emails with the only contact info I have and can find for this company for over a week and no one has contacted me. Yes, I can go through my insurance but I refuse to pay my deductible. What kind of ligit company doesn't reply to one weeks worth of messages regarding a complaint. and their message says my call will be returned in one business day!! Do I need to get an attorney?? Called Subaru's number for warranty roadside assistance, and was told to expect a local tow company I was familiar with. Imagine my surprise when, instead, a young guy in a beat up sedan with a magnetic sign saying "Jack Rabbit USA" pulled up with his girlfriend or wife sitting shotgun and whipped out a suitcase jumper box. The whole deal seemed really sketchy to me at first, BUT he was very courteous and professional and showed up exactly at the promised time, so I'll give them 3 stars for that. But if my car hadn't accepted the jump, I would have had to call back and wait for an actual tow truck. Also, I have no written record of the transaction because their driver explained all their dispatches are done by cell phone, even though I had to sign a paper form for the service. It was like the Uber of roadside assistance or something! I'd rather have a driver in a uniform with the name of the company, carrying a clipboard, in a vehicle with company logos and towing capability. Thanks to the nice guy who got me back on the road again, though! read more
